We are having serious heat and humidity in San Diego and it lead to a post workout headache. So I decided to give @blueridgehemp #cbd infused headache ointment today. Documented the process ..5 minutes after rolling it on the #headache was gone. #holistichealth is no joke. I love plant based medicine and am so so so grateful for this product. Good evening! Tomorrow for #summerinversiontherapy we are doing hollowback, which is a backbend while inverted. I use a wall or a pole as shown here. If you are badass and can do it unsupported I bow down to you. π My tips are kick up into a handstand and slowly start to relax and "sit" on the wall. You can start really close and as your practice evolves get further and further away from the wall. Hey #summerinversiontherapy participants! I'm am getting messages about people confused over EPK 1 and EPK 2. This picture is EPK 1. The picture I posted this morning is EPK 2. The difference is in the legs. I typically enter this one from side crow, where the other I hop into from down dog or from lizard pose. Tomorrow is day 2 of #SummerInversionTherapy and we are doing Plow Pose or Halasana. Begin by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms at your sides, palms down. On an inhalation, use your abdominal muscles to lift your legs and hips up toward the ceiling. Bring your torso perpendicular to the floor. Straighten your legs and slowly lower your toes to the floor with your legs fully extended. If your toes do not yet touch the floor, support your back with your hands. Lower your legs as far as possible, keeping your legs straight. Continue to keep your back supported if your feet do not touch the floor. If your feet rest comfortably, extend your arms along the floor and interlace your fingers. Press your upper arms firmly into the floor, drawing down through the pinkie finger side of your hands. Align your hips over your shoulders.
