This is the call for all the folks willing to contribute some prizes. Please read the links above if you’re not sure about the details.
We ask that you contribute 3 prizes and 10 prompts.
Prizes can be crafty things, but fanfic/fanart are also welcome.
You can look at previous years to see some examples of prizes: here, here, here, here, here and here. If you’re not sure if something would work as a prize, ask us.
The deadline for completion of the prizes is the 30th of April 2022.
You may have to mail them, and it will be up to you to link in with your Winners.
You can take part in the raffle (i.e. fill some prompts) regardless of whether you have signed up as a Crafter or not :)
We had 19 crafters signed up last time we ran this event - we’re hoping for a similar number this year. We will re-consider running this event if we get 10 or fewer signed up.
Please fill in the following survey to sign up as a Crafter.
You have until the 8th of January, midnight GMT to register your interest. A complete list of prizes and prompts (in mixed sequence) will be posted on the 9th of January, in the morning.
About prompts:
Please try to avoid the prompts that have been used in WinterFRE 2020, SpringFRE 2019, WinterFRE 2018, WinterFRE 2017, SpringFRE 2016 or SummerFRE 2015
Your prompts can be as general or as specific as you like - variety is part of the point here. One-word prompts, pairing-specific prompts, rating-specific prompts, kinky prompts, sentence prompts, scenario prompts, first-words-of-the-story prompts, this-is-a-very-interesting-AU-prompts, anything goes.
Please remember that artists can also take part!
If you are struggling to come up with your own prompts, you may find those two resources useful: Saucywench’s Amazing Prompt Tag and Linane’s 70 Multi-Purpose Fandom Prompts.
If you have any questions, please drop us a line :)

Yes, the Raffle is back! *Confetti*
We think WinterFRE 2020, SpringFRE 2019, WinterFRE 2018, WinterFRE 2017, SpringFRE 2016 and SummerFRE 2015 were very popular and the fandom is always quiet in January, after the bright spark of Christmas :)
The dates would be as follows:
Crafters’ Sign Ups: 1st - 8th of January
Lists of Prompts and Prizes go up: 9th of January, morning
Prompt Responses: 9th of January - 28th of February
Lists of Responses and Winners go up: 1st of March
Prizes are due: 30th of April
We will run this event if we can get 10 or more Crafters signed up.
You can read more about how it works here.
Please let us know what you think and/or reblog to promote :)

Winter Fandom Raffle Exchange 2018
Hello again!
As promised, we’re looking to organise another Fandom Raffle Exchange throughout January and early February and we’d like to gauge your interest. We think WinterFRE 2017, SpringFRE 2016 and SummerFRE 2015 were a very popular and the fandom is always quiet in January, after the bright spark of Christmas :)
The dates would be as follows:

Prompt Responses: 13th of January - 3rd of March
Lists of Responses and Winners go up: 4th of March
Prizes are due: 1st of May
You can read more about how it works here.
The rules and the set up would be exactly the same as last time, with four major things worth calling out:
We had 17 crafters signed up last year - we’re hoping for a similar number this year. We will re-consider running this event if we get 10 or fewer signed up.
The tag to be used on all Responses: #WinterFRE2018
Crafters Signups will be done via a survey link
Any fictional pairings based on Dean’s and Aidan’s characters are welcome
Please let us know what you think and/or reblog to promote :)
