Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating his massive 2023! Following the blockbusters Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki, a fan meeting was hosted at Yash Raj Studios on Monday where SRK interacted with the fans and talked about the highs and lows in his career.

During the fan event, Shah Rukh Khan opened up about the phase of his career where his films failed to work at the box office. He also talked about how 2023 reaffirmed his faith in himself and that he should always listen to his instincts. “I have been working for 33 years. Normally you do feel nervous. You feel, ‘Yaar I hope I have got the film right.’ Before these, there were some films of mine which didn’t work, so I would think ‘Main acchi films bana nahi raha hoon.’ But more than my films, the love that people showered on Pathaan, Jawan, Dunki, from India and outside the country…They have taken me to their heart more than the films and said, ‘Don’t go away for four years. Two-three months is fine.’ So I am thankful to you, the audience and the whole world for making me realise that what I do is right and I need to keep doing it,” SRK told the crowd on Monday.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is yet to announce his next project. However, reports claim that he is working on Sujoy Ghosh-directed The King, which will also feature Suhana Khan.

Kareena Kapoor drops happy selfie with Neetu Kapoor as they shoot together for new project

Sep 12, 2022 22:13 IST Mumbai (Maharashtra) , September 12 (Always First): Bollywood's leading ladies Kareena Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor recently united for a shoot. Kareena shared a happy selfie with Aunt Neetu from the sets of a new project on social media. On Monday, The 'Laal Singh Chaddha' actor took to Instagram Stories and dropped a happy selfie with Neetu. In the picture, Kareena donned a white salwar kameez with jhumkas and a black bindi on her forehead. On the other hand, Neetu wore a blue kurta. She wrote, "When you shoot with family @neetu54."

In the second picture, she is posing with Neetu for a selfie. "than the asli shot," she captioned.

In the last picture, we can see the two enjoying a meal together.

Neetu also reposted her Instagram Stories and wrote, "Love her".

Kareena is the daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita and the granddaughter of legendary actor and filmmaker Raj Kapoor and the great-granddaughter of actor Prithviraj Kapoor. Late actor Rishi Kapoor and Neetu are Kareena's Uncle and Aunt. On the work front, Kareena was seen in 'Laal Singh Chadha' opposite Aamir Khan. She also recently wrapped up shooting her OTT debut project helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film is based on the Japanese novel 'The Devotion of Suspect X', which also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in the lead roles. Miraj Creations has joined hands with AVMA Media to produce two Hindi feature films, with a commitment to back quality content to further the business and reach of Indian entertainment. The first of the two projects titled Uma will be directed by debutante Tathagata Singha and creatively produced by Sujoy Ghosh.

Sujoy Ghosh will himself write, direct and jointly produce the second project in the line-up -- a big screen adaptation of Rabindranath Tagore’s famed Bengali short story, Kabuliwala. A period drama set in the United Kingdom. Both the films will go on floor next year.

The two projects signal the revamped production vertical of Miraj Creations, which is in discussions with leading filmmakers to build a portfolio of movies with the right creative and commercial mix. Many more projects are likely to get announced shortly.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, she revealed that a lot of people felt that her name was “very Western” and suggested that she change it.“I was told, ‘Do a nose job’, ‘Change your name’. So many people! In that moment, I thought, ‘Is it really needed?’ I decided to just be me. I was quite calm and cool and collected about it, and then things worked out for me,” the actor said.She added, “I was told, ‘Change your name to Muskaan.’ I remember these suggestions. According to the latest reports, Shah Rukh Khan’s production house has brought in the rights of Korean film, ‘A Hard Day’ for its Hindi remake. Apparently, SRK and his team loved watching the film so much that he got his team to but the Hindi adaptation rights for the film at a good price. Reportedly, if things work out then the superstar might go ahead with the project, at least as the producer of the film. The report also added that Shah Rukh might once again rope in Sujoy Ghosh, who is currently helming Abhishek Bachchan‘s ‘Bob Biswas‘ for directing the Korean thriller. ‘A Hard Day’ is the story about a homicide detective who accidentally kills a man with his car and tries to hide his body with his mother’s on the day of her funeral. Meanwhile, on the work front, there have been a lot of speculations doing the rounds about Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming projects. He has been linked to doing movies with Rajkumar Hirani, Ali Abbas Zafar, Raj and DK, Atlee and many others. However, SRK has neither confirmed any reports nor announced any project yet.

State Government has power under Section 91 of the Panchayat Raj and Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 to interfere with an order passed by an authority under the Adhiniyam

Madhya Pradesh High Court: A review petition was filed before a Single Judge Bench of Sujoy Paul, J., to review an order passed by this court.

Respondent had availed all the remedies available to him under M.P. Panchayat Service (D&A) Rules, 1999 where these rules were created under Section 70 of Panchayat Raj and Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993.

Petitioner submitted that respondent could not have availed the remedy under Section 91 of the Adhiniyam. Rules of 1999 prescribed remedy of revision, which was admitted to have been exhausted by respondent. Once a specific rule dealing with service matters and disciplinary action were framed i.e. Rules of 1999, and respondent had exhausted all the remedies available therein, respondent could not have preferred an appeal under Section 91. Since Section 70 was an enabling provision, the rules framed there under cannot override Section 91 of the main Adhiniyam. Section 91 states that an appeal was maintainable against the orders of Panchayat and other authorities under the Act. Thus revision before government was maintainable.

The High Court was of the view that even if it is accepted that revisional power exercised by the State Government was in fact under the M.P. Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995 and not under Section 91 of the main Act, the outcome would not change because the power is with the State Government under Section 91 of the Act to interfere with the order passed by an authority under the Act. If a wrong provision is mentioned while exercising the power, it would not stop the Competent Authority to exercise the appellate power. The Court found no reason to review the order passed earlier.
