I'm telling you girl, we must share some kind of vibe, because with my anxiety evermore has been a huge comfort for me as well. It is definitely my second favorite, if not favorite, album.

yup, Taylor's wise beyond her years mentally in fearless is incredible. Not to mention her line "dont forget to look before you jump". Like what 15-year old thinks about that!?! She's pretty great.

I also love the 1989 vaults 😭. Suburban legends is a song in particular that I quickly grew attached to as well haha 😂. And your memories from debut sound beautiful 💛. I'm so happy you got to experience that.

I am so sorry about your speak now memories. Going through a breakup alone is heartbreaking but loosing a friend that way is so so tough as well. I hope you have been able to find new love, in friends and more. I get having a hard time listening to the songs though.

i think red is my favorite album but it depends on how we are defining “favorite” — adding a breakdown below the cut

self-titled brings back so many found memories — I remember getting daffodils with my neighbor on the same trip i bought the album, so it’s nostalgic. I also remember putting my CD into the DVD player and blasting it throughout the house all summer (bc this was 2006). i also wrote a novel that still exists somewhere about a fantasy i made up of taylor and i being friends and dating these two guys 😂😂 so embarrassing.

lately with my anxiety, evermore has been my comfort album 🫶🏻 i’ve played it from beginning to end a lot lately and found a sincere love for it.

red is also nostalgic because i was going through it at that time of my life, and that album resonated with me. and now i have a state of grace tattoo bc it’s a god tier song!

fearless is also one of my favorite albums because what genius teenage writes “i’ve found time can heal lost anything.” like i’d always heard that saying but never accepted it until i was into my mid 20’s. and my dad and i really bonded over love story! when it came on the radio, we just loved it.

and my fond love for 1989 🤍 it has the best vault songs of any of her re-records by far, but not even that, the original album has some of my favorite songs on it. like Clean, AYHTDWS, IWYW, etc.

honorable mention: speak now used to hold a special place in my heart because my now ex-gf but girlfriend at the time played Mine while driving me to the beach for a nighttime beach walk and it was so sweet 🥹 but she is a stranger to me now and it still makes me sad to think about bc we were friends for like many years before we dated so i have a hard time listening to a lot of Speak Now songs, sadly. 💔 but Last Kiss is so heartbreaking that I will cry anytime I hear it.
