Today's solo dose experiment was a 10 mg Cucumber Serrano hard candy followed by a 10 mg Lavender Lemon hard candy from @sublimebrands.v2 that I picked up at @naturesmedicines.fh This brand has been consistent in its offerings and flavor combinations. The cucumber is strong but offsets the slight taste from the cannabis and the ever so slight spice from the serrano is a nice after taste and leads perfectly into the Lavender Lemon flavor. The lavender comes on really strong but at night and the early morning this is a good thing. I don't pick up any cannabis flavors at this point and within a few seconds the lavender fades and the lemon flavor comes through. After 30-35 minutes my headache went from a solid 9 to around a 4, on the traditional pain scale. This morning's solo dose was 25mg (half of a 50 mg) hybrid Mellow Rainbow by @sublimebrands.v2. Overall the Sublime edibles have been very good, with the fruity flavor masking the cannabis flavor almost perfectly, this one is no different. When I first removed it, I expected it would be soggy, like other non-medicated fruity treats but this still retained a lot of the fresh texture and crunch. Although I'm not sure if this is sativa or indica dominant, seems to feel more like an indica at the moment. I am dosing later than usual for the solo experiment but I got to bed late/ woke up late etc. but everything else is the same. My headache was about a 9 on the traditional pain scale (these packages are sealed well, if you have arthritis, be sure to stretch your hand a little before trying to open), at about 30 minutes I noticed enough relief to get up and start the day. After eating the same granola cereal and almond milk and stretching, I feel pretty good. Stopped by @the_mint_az in Mesa this evening to take advantage of the happy hour special and BOGO on edibles. The free pre-roll and tacos were good too.
