The cats were being little brats while I was reading a urine sediment slide today. Paisli was sitting behind the microscope and kept sticking her nose between my hand and the fine adjustment knob, sniffing my hand as if expecting me to have food. Meili was sitting on top of one of the bloodwork machines right next to the microscope. She was good at first, then started sniffing my head, then rubbing on my head, then grabbing my hair with a paw. She only stopped when I reached 1 hand up to pet her. Even then she still grabbed my hair another time or 2. xD So needy.

If struvite stones are recurring then a urine culture may be required.

What is the treatment?

The treatment recommendations at Veterinary Hospital League City will vary depending on the type and quantity of crystals.
