More Thunderbirds Are Go! With an idea I couldn't shake; Kayo being the only one qualified to escort Penny to society events and "discourage" potential suitors (while shamelessly stealing Gordon's girl)! 🌸🗡️

The boys are all cute but Scott will have half a drink then idly drop some unhinged traumatic experience into polite conversation; Virgil will start lowkey stalking the unvaccinated guests; John hasn't come out of hiding since the Charity Auction Incident™; Gordon will free the buffet crabs into the ocean before showing off "cool" x-rays from the time he broke every bone in his body; and Alan will eat too many desserts, feel ill, then end up hiding under the table to play video games. Kayo is Penny's only hope of preserving any dignity! 😮‍💨

someone on tiktok tried to tell me that the reason sanji didn’t ask for luffy help on wci before the fight when the vinsmokes couldn’t overhear them was because he doubted luffy’s ability to help him when it came to fighting both the vinsmokes and big mom and i’ve yet to understand where they got that impression because i don’t think it’s possible to be more incorrect. sanji didn’t ask for help not because he didn’t think luffy would physically be able to help but rather because the last thing he wants is luffy and the crew tangled up with the vinsmokes and germa, whose power he has seen firsthand, and an emperor on top of that. the risk it poses to their safety and health is just too great and to put it simply sanji doesn’t think his life and freedom are worth that risk. sanji has never really understood his importance to the crew and we all know his sense of self worth is often criminally low (see: how replaceable he believed he was on thriller bark when he stepped in front of zoro) and in his head the simplest and safest solution is him sacrificing himself and staying with the vinsmokes to ensure his crews safety (mind you zeff’s life and sanji’s hands were (as far as he knew) on the line and there was very little luffy could do to stop that if judge followed through, especially when it came to protecting zeff) because well, they can just get another cook, can’t they? you absolutely can say sanji underestimated luffy in that moment but not in any way that relates to luffy’s strength or ability to help but rather he underestimated luffy’s unwavering faith in him. his mistake lies in his failure to recognise just how much he means to luffy and the fact that that boy would move mountains for him and that nothing, not even kicking him to hell and back, would make ever luffy give up on him.
