San Francisco police didn't raid or shutter a known hotspot where people sell stolen goods, located just blocks away from a local precinct, even after a film student tracked his $24,000 worth of stolen camera gear there."San Francisco is a five-alarm fire when it comes to property crimes like organized retail theft, auto burglary and car thefts," Schuck told Fox News in an email. Organisations have been voicing their opinions about the founding of Newcrest. The criminal Charles Fortune is evading the police after fleeing Bridgeport, but they are closing in.

(Introduced some characters and groups to the story mostly to help and hinder the Newcrest team as they push to build their new town. Looking forward to seeing them more later on and also with other towns and cities as we go.)
