Dinner omad (500-800 cals)

Exercise after dinner

Every non-dinner meal must be purged

Meta day 1x a week

Don't count gum and strawberry cals

Burn 2000 cals, do 10k and drink 1-2L daily

No dairy, gluten and meat

No eating until I've done my to-do list for the day

EXCEPTION:

For the weekends/ holidays minimum is burn 1000 cals, do 5k and drink 1L and I'm allowed 2 meals

Been a bit, I got really discouraged after my third account got t3rmed but I’m back 😗 I’m so excited I have like 7 more lbs to lose until I’m officially underweight!!! I definitely feel the exhaustion and my heart is always beating super fast (probably just the coffee). I’m really liking how my body is starting to look rn and I’m actually starting to feel like my ed is real. The only negative, other than being tired all the time, is that I’ve become super mean. Like I’m angry at everyone all the time. Especially my family because as much as I don’t want them to know I have an ed, it’s pissing me off how I keep losing and they’ve yet to notice. They’ve said nothing. Even the one person I did tell proceeded to hype my body up the other day after I cried to her about how lonely I felt. Anyways it just gives me more motivation to keep going even if I’m 1 lb away from my ugw. I hope all of you are doing well with whatever goals you hope to achieve and just remember there’s always someone who’s been where you are! You’re never truly alone 💕
