Today it all hit me. Life is moving so fast, and I've fallen into a stressed & depressed spell. Suddenly I feel I'm not good enough to achieve what I want to achieve. I had to break out of my funk, so I went on one of my favorite hikes in the Verdugos, Stough Canyon. The Ravens put on their best aerial performances, and the sound of their wings flapping overhead was soothing. I watched a hungry and curious coyote maneuver around a group Ravens parked in the brush while they squawked at its presence. Being outdoors helped calm me down and breathe, but it has been a truly odd and heavy day. Hit up Stough for the second time this week, and it was my second go at doing it for time.
