I'm working on a Shadowpeach animatic for my Cracked Family AU and this is one of the story board frames! (It's colored blue so you can see it against the pink.)

I'm almost done with the first half of story boarding, it is a lot of sad, depressed Wukong just going through life in the bath robe he hasn't washed in months while being reminded of much better times daily.

This is the full frame, I color code different layers so I know what I'm drawing on.

I have a lot of happier frames I might share early too but for now, just sad monkey regretting his life choices.

As I said I'm doing my own project!

I want to post and detailed how I work on my storyboard here, not as a how to. It's just for myself actually, just in case! So I started with thinking and coming up with ideas about the song in general ( Sleepwalk - Forrest Day ) when I have the general idea of what I wanted. I start to draw some of the scene and ideas first and figure out the surrounding then I write about each scene besides the lyrics what I wanted it to be etc. ( I have a problem with getting off track :P ) the whole project will be focusing on my oc [ Gwyath and his cult.. also by some random person perspective ]

Last project I did of an animatic it tooks me 7 months.... because I was LAZY so I want to know how long this will take me :D I did a short animatic of my friends birthday and that take me 3 DAYS FOR 1 MINUTE so XD I need to really stop being lazy. Problems Im facin now is probably the backgrounds I can't do that, I don't know how to draw- I'll probably figure it out eventually.

I'm going to continue to rambling this everynow and then just so I will feel like I'm being productive of my own project... To be honest, I actually want to create a fandom of my own... I really don't mind if people use my character for stuff. Just hope I make something creative for anyone who's interested in it. I've been really inspired by a lot of people from different community to make something of my own.

Let's hope I can cook something delicious this time lmao

Note: this is just a side note.. so the whole stuff is about cult n stuff I probably need like a lot of ocs as cult members for this animatic XD I might just ask around when the time comes. Maybe, maybe not I have so much idea-

So i was working on a storyboard for that one song i need to finish

DAMN homegurl lookin ROUGH. she has seen better days. Also i did this in like a minute max why is it decent. Maybe i dhould draw like this more she kinda slayin

And i still need to figure out how to make an instrumental for this bc i havent been able to do anything decent with that yet :/

i got distracted and decided i needed to board hold them down because I had a image in my head and god that song is fucked up but artistically it is something that I couldn't get out of my head- anyway have a blurry snippet of how I stage my boards (I do 4 passes, stage one is this then 2 is putting it into sbpro then clean up then fancy shading then camera moves) sometimes I skip steps or just do 2 passes and run off anyway I don't think u can actually see anything on the image that well but tw for alluding to murder and sa cuz that's what the song is
