Let them come to that conclusion on their own!!! Why would you go out of your way to spoil it for them??? Plus, not once did I hate Chaol or Tamlin while reading these series. Some of y’all are just dramatic for no reason but 🤫

For people with children or with young ones in their lives (siblings, cousins, nieces, etc.)

I beg of you.. don’t make them feel bad about eating. It will haunt them for the rest of their lives and there’s really no point in going out of your way to do that, you’re going to make them suffer.

Because of people in my life who comment on my body, what I eat, (etc.) I can’t eat anything without feeling at least a smidge of guilt.

It frustrates me a lot because I am getting better but I have my days. I’m starting to eat what I want and not letting people decide on if I’m pretty or not because of my curves and body fat. I don’t even have that much to begin with, it’s only a little bit and it’s also genetic! I come from a family of curvy and thick women.

Even if you don’t have kids, don’t comment on ANYONE’s eating habits or bodies, it is none of your fucking business! I don’t care if you did research on Google or your friend is a doctor, just shut up!

It’s not that fucking hard to just walk away or talk about something else! It’s better to just leave them alone instead of saying “are you really gonna eat all that??”

Now you just made them feel bad, you asshole! They were gonna eat all that but now they’re putting half of their plate in the trash because you opened your big mouth!
