Don't know the order of all these but anyway, headcanon and idea time

Maria, in her 70-90 years of life has not once paid her taxes.

Tai teaches a hand-to-hand class, Qrow used to teach a weapons construction class.

Salem has never once rolled out of bed, she has without fail for over a thousand years levitated from her mattress.

Weiss is always the last person to wake up, Ruby is the first but usually wakes Blake up by making some random noise while getting ready. Yang wakes up at any point during this.

Kali is like 2-7 years older than Ghira. I just don’t think they’re the same age and I think he’s younger.

Oscar was homeschooled.

Qrow, Ruby and Yang can’t stop making weed brownies while they were at the house in Mistral and Oscar keeps almost accidentally eating them.

He’s only stopped by Jaune, who after an unfortunate accident during their Beacon days ended up high during a history test and fucking passed it with flying colors.

Weiss spends like three weeks begging them to stop because the kitchen smells like marijuana (she refuses to call it anything else). After days of bargaining they finally come to the agreement to invest heavily in Remnant febreze and only smoke by windows or outdoors too. Despite that the smell will never leave unless Salem succeeds in ending the world.

Does Blake have a tail?

are there many cat puns about her in the series?

I saw she has human ears and now I’m confused how does she wear head phones or something like that - does she put them on her cat or human ears or both? Does her ears get sensitive?

1) blake does not have a tail

2) not particularly puns but there are a few jokes here and there (blake liking tuna a little bit more than is normal, yang using a laser pointer on her, her avoiding a dog by climbing a bunch of furniture. then in rwby chibi there’s the whole “cat burglar” segment, blake jumping into a box, etc)

3) i believe she would just wear the headphones on her human ears. arthur lookin ass

4) if she and yang had a kid then yes perhaps it would be a cat. idk if it’d be blonde tho. the genetics in rwby are weird even with the humans because why the hell does ruby not look anything like her father but she’s a carbon copy of her mom 🤨

5) she’s a faunus, which are people with animal traits. they’ve been historically and systematically oppressed and discriminated against. it’s just straight up racism

6) i mean. i think fanon has definitely exaggerated the whole pun thing. she’s said like maybe a solid 3-4 puns total in rwby canon, but she has said quite a few in rwby chibi. i feel like it’s important to note that a lot of yang’s early personality was purposefully one-dimensional so that the viewers would be thrown off when she shows she’s more than meets the eye. a lot of fanon kinda clings to that original impression we got from yang so the pun thing just stuck. the same way everyone sees ruby as a cookie-crazed maniac b/c she ate a bunch of cookies in the first ep lol

7) blake’s not CANONICALLY a stoner but i would not be shocked if it was just casually confirmed LMFAO

So about Ghira. I usually hate the overprotective father trope because it just comes off as clingy and creepy but in this case I think it might be justified because of Blake's last partner. Now I know you think Adam had potential(That's still a valid opnion) but seeing clips of the "golden volumes" 1-3 volumes mainly the fight againist Blake, Adam still seemed a bit creepy. So get why Ghira was worried about Blake bringing another boy home. What are your thoughts?

YES! Ghira had EVERY RIGHT to be concerned about his daughter after seeing how horrible things went with Adam. The dude was a violent terrorist who constantly fought with Ghira and wanted nothing more than to kill every human he could on sight. He was the opposite of Ghira in almost every way and the fact that Blake was so enamored by him SCARED Ghira!

Yeah, Adam had potential WAAAAY back in Black Trailer, before he came back in Volume 3 as a creepy stalker villain, and he only got worse from there. Seeing another guy follow Blake home and being so close to her? Yeah, that'd raise some red flags for me, too! But it should be noted that Ghira didn't like Sun probably for the fact that he was so... laid back. Like, it's gotta be such a huge fucking shift for him to see his daughter finally break up with her KKK member extremist boyfriend only to come home with a stoner guitarist with no dreams.

Thankfully, Kali is there to keep Sun from getting too far on Ghira's bad side.

The Audition

Bored. thats the only thing going through Blake’s mind. The utter boredom he feels as he sits with his “friends” at their usual lunch table. The guys blab on about sports and the girls cling to their boyfriends so closely they may as well need condoms. His gaze is zoned in on his Mac and cheese which he pushes around lazily. “Blake? Blake?! Earth to Blake!” one of Blake’s friends waves infront of the blondes face, causing him to snap out of his trance.”sorry man… got distracted.” “Thinking about some girl you fucked at Jason’s party?” blake just forces a smile and motions his head upward a smidge. The priss’s go back to their gossip as Blakes eyes are drawn to a familiar loser. Sawyer Tomas his eyes follow the boy as he carry’s a stack of paper with him. He approaches the school bulletin board stapling one of the posters to it with a sigh. The brunette stares at it for a few seconds before walking off. Blakes gaze follows the boy, his face heating up. ”who we lookin at?” Blakes friend said with a chuckle.”hot chick?” blake nods sharply before standing up and walking quickly to the bulletin board. Looking at whatever it was that the stoner left there. “BAND TRYOUTS! DRUMMER WANTED!” thats whats on the poster. Along with instructions to meet at the music room after school that day. this was his chance. his chance to finally be who he really was, his chance to finally meet the boy who he thought hands looked big and perfect for holding… but in a friendship… way… and maybe if he got in good with him he could meet the girl who walked down the hallway with such confidence it was hard not to stare.

3:11 hits and Blake practically skips to the music room, holding his sticks tight in his hands, his varsity jacket proudly displaying the “Mansfield” on the back. He stops infront of the door, taking a few deep breaths before opening the door. he looks around at the four people that already fill the room, his eyes stopping on sawyer. “Um… hi there.” @rockfailure
