Some days you just want to be alone. Some days waking up is hard, getting out of bed is hard. Some days brushing your teeth and taking a shower is hard. Some days getting dressed is hard. Some days going to work is hard. Some days putting a smile on your face is hard. Some days small chit chat is hard. Some days you just want to lay around and watch TV. Some days you want to read and lay around. Some days you just need someone to be there, but not talk. Some days are a real struggle. Some days you feel sad, exhausted, misunderstood, worthless, hopeless, forgotten, stupid,dumb, and hated. Some days you want to be where the people aren’t! #endthestigma While all of this is true and depression is a real struggle for some I want to focus on love this next week!
