Man I turned on boops strictly for the ability to boop others and I'm am entirely bewildered by the fact that suddenly some of my side blogs that I haven't touched in years are getting boops. How??

You know, one thing I don't like when I digitally color sketches is that the colors end up looking a little desaturated because of the paper. It doesn't look bad, I guess, but I have to eventually find a way to "fix" it eventually.

Anyway, today marks 6 years since BATIM Chapter 4 was released. Damn. I know I say something similar every time I recognize the passage of time, but it's hard to believe that it's been more than half a decade since this chapter came out. Time passes, I get older, it's crazy! And I wanted to do something to celebrate. I've never been able to do anything to celebrate this chapter's anniversary since 2019. Which is a shame because "Colossal Wonders" is my favorite chapter in BATIM. Some of my favorite moments from this game are in this chapter.

And every year I try to do something to celebrate the anniversary, but I never manage to do it and it sucks! And as usual, what I really wanted to do this year didn't end up happening. I'll probably do it at some point later, but there was no way I could execute the idea I had in mind in such a short amount of time. But I still wanted to post something today, so something small will have to do.

In this case, oh hey! It's Bertie and Lacie! In recent times I've been going back to old designs of mine of the human cast of the Bendy universe, and since CH4's anniversary was coming up, I thought it would be good to update my designs for both Bertrum and Lacie. It's been so long since I last drew them, so it's about time. I liked the general idea of the last versions of them that I did in the past, so I tried to keep those ideas still, in a way, but at the same time giving them new life. Lacie falls more in this case, tbh. Bert still maintains some of the previous idea, but I had to change a few details. He still looks good, tho.

I originally wanted to put Jack Fain here too, because,by all accounts, Jack Fain only came into existence with the release of CH4 and the remasters of the other chapters. As much as you can put him on CH2's anniversary,he, at the end of the day, was only introduced on April 30, 2018. Problem is, I didn't like the drawing I made of him. I don't know, it wasn't that good in my opinion. And I didn't want to redo the drawing again (this would be my third attempt) and I wouldn't have enough time to redo his part. So today we'll just have Bernie and Lacie. Sorry Jack. Maybe next time, when I show my CH2 cast designs in one place.

Once again, happy anniversary to Chapter 4! This is my favorite chapter of the game to date. It includes some of my favorites from the story, it has several surprises that caught me the first time I saw the chapter, it brought new updates to previous chapters that added things that I still like to this day (and this goes especially for CH2) And overall, it's a pretty cool chapter me thinks. 👍

That one day we can hear more from Bertrum and Lacie again.🙏 (Especially Lacie. Seriously, don't you guys think it's wild that Lacie is the only one of the human cast of BATIM who hasn't appeared in practically anything since the first game. Like, yeah, she's mentioned in the Handbook, but other than that, she's not mentioned in nothing else after, whether in games or books. I think about this from time to time. Truly one of the Bendy characters of all time)

Thoughts on the State of Play reveal

1- I know I said I'd keep the Son*dow tag blocked for a bit after Prime ended but I think I'll keep it blocked till the end of the year now lmao

2- I know the rumor has been going around since yesterday but I took it with a grain of salt since it's. Yknow. A rumor. But even when I let myself think 'what if its real tho' this is SO FAR FROM WHAT I EXPECTED. A!!! I thought at most we'd get is a remaster that'd also make Shadow playable! As soon as I saw the new level I was like WAIT WHAT. WAIT WHAT!!?!? and it just kept going from there!!!

I'm so happy we'll be getting a HD biolizard fight! He'll no longer be contained to the 3DS! Also from what little we saw Shadow will get to have some dynamic posing in the boss fights, like Super Sonic did in Frontiers. Good! I loved those!

3- Ian Flynn has #KnowingSmile'd the announcement and I'm hoping this means he got to write for whatever new content there is.

And speaking of Frontiers! I'm hoping that this ends up being Shadow's 'Frontiers' moment. In that his writing and character get what Amy's, Tails', and Knuckles' did in Frontiers.

4-I had the stream off to the side in another tab since I wasn't interested in most of what was shown. And then I heard the first few notes of the Generations music and i immediately switched tabs and I just!!! Feel like I did in 2011 except my computer/internet is way better, and you tube is shittier!

5- I'm excited for this for such Me reasons. For those new here- I live in a country that had no Sonic stuff for...well, never, really. Not until about 2022. The second movie did what I'd hoped the first movie would do (but then the pandemic happened) and brought over Sonic stuff here. For the first time in my life I went to a toy store here and it had Sonic stuff. I got to buy physical Sonic comics for the first time. For the first time in my life I can go to a video game store and actually see Sonic games there. It's been wild

That being said, 2011 had Nothing. Sonic Generations came out. And I didn't want to pirate it because a friend of mine had worked on it. I was determined to find it. And I only saw it irl one time- for the Playstation. A console I've never had. It was pretty upsetting! I remember posting about it here even....I've been on tumblr too long SHDGSHDHS

Later I'd find that there was a 3DS version. I have that! So I looked for that version of it alongside the PC one

So, for almost a decade, I looked, to no avail. And for this whole time I refused to look at any playthroughs! Any knowledge I had on whats in the game came from the trailers we saw

And then in 2019 my best friend helped me buy the 3DS version. I had 9 dollars on my 3DS and whenever the game went on sale it'd be on for 10 dollars. So he gave me a dollar and helped me get it SHDGSHDH

So I finally experienced Generations! It was surprise after surprise in that one, because I knew it was different but I didn't know how. I didn't expect a Rush level in it, or for the Biolizard to be in there!

And then in late 2020 when I got my new computer and could finally get steam, another close friend got me Generations for the PC! I'd somehow managed to dodge spoilers on it all those years so all I knew about it was: Theres Green Hill, Chemical Plant, City Escape, and a Silver boss fight.

I got to play modern City Escape for myself- which is the level that inspired the current iteration of my main OC, Storm. It was a joy

All this rambling to say...it's wild to think that once this remaster comes out, I'll be able to get it day 1, at least I hope I will. Still-it won't take me almost a decade to get to it

And if there's a physical release? I'll be able to go to a store here- HERE, not in one of our neighboring countries, not from somewhere else, but in a store here. Right across the street. And I'll finally have a physical copy of Generations. That was my final goal with the game-- I love it, I have two versions of it! And the plan was always that even though I'd gotten to play them now, if I ever ran into a physical copy of the game, I'd buy it. And now I'll really get to do it

Elevator Music: Swami Sound (DJ Mix) [Apple Music Exclusive]

Ohhh hell yeah, I love Swami Sound as an artist, and this DJ set is incredible. He had been teasing it a while ago so I guess Elevator Music delayed it for some reason, but its FINALLY out and its so fun. Had to listen to this on the morning commute it made the drive so much better.

Joker: Folie à Deux

Ok, this movie is not as bad as everyone is making it out to be, it was pretty enjoyable to me. BUT I have NOT seen Joker (2019)... so this likely effects my opinion a LOT. Like sure I could see how the plot would be boring for someone coming from Joker (2019) (haven't seen the movie but I've heard enough to know its crazy), like I would probably be dissapointed if I was a fan of Joker (2019) and was waiting patiently for a new one. But like... its not as terrible 0/5 unwatchable garbage as everyone is making it out be. idk I enjoyed myself, maybe it was because I was just making fun of it with my friend in the theater lol.

another thing to note: me and my friend were the ONLY ones in the theater. there were other seats reserved for our showing, and they didn't show up. we had the entire theater to ourselves. which is a... wild experience. I mean to be fair it was a Thursday night but like, brand new Joker movie and nobody is showing up????

Inspired by a quote from The Lover by Marguerite Duras: “the delicious smell of wet earth after a storm, enough to make you wild with delight, especially when it’s mixed with the other, the smell of yellow soap […] of whiteness” (61). It’s about a relationship that takes too much, until it ends and the memory of it is attempted to be scrubbed clean. Everything is washed off but the scent still lingers.

this is a series that the academic audiences tend to love lol; did a portfolio review over zoom (pandemic!) that I was gonna use to apply to uni with and included this series, and they were like oh yeah schools will love that lmao

This was actually a piece I made not for ib art, but for my ib English class! We had to make a creative piece based on The Lover by Marguerite Duras, so I based it off that quote. It was a line that fascinated me because of how much you could read into it, considering the book is about a kinda sketchy relationship between a young French girl and an older + wealthier East Asian man.

White soap and yellow soap are p self-explanatory, representing the characters. Pink is used in the beginning of the book to describe... something I can't remember orz, but I believe the black circle is for the black car? And gold for the man's wealth, and blue for the river that marked their separation. I know I thought a lot about how it all connected to the text at the time, but it's not exactly fresh in my mind anymore haha

I like these photos together not as much individually, which is fine cause they're meant to be a kind of sequence! It shows the progression of the characters' relationship in The Lover. I quite like the second one photo on its own for some reason tho, something about the texture and colour.

I've gotten comments that from people that they really like the colours in this series and that it's very candy-like. Which think is a nice and fitting description!

I had so much fun photographing these; my first (and still my only) time doing very staged photography. All with a dinner plate, water, and a makeshift lighting setup involving two very hot lightbulbs attached to a cardboard box. That first photo with the dark circle? It's the dinner plate wrapped in black pants lmao. And it's just fun to cut up soap!!

SO UHHH HEYYY GUYS GUESS WHAT I GOT

so yesterday my dad found some DVDs in a store,which just so happened to be one of the 2 existing(that i know of)DVDs with the galactik football serbian dub on it, and the other which was my sister's holy grail, naruto in serbian number 3. She's been looking for that thing forever. I dunno what kind of stroke of insane luck this was,but it happened.

I never expected to run into galactik football merch in the wild, i expected to have to order it from another country! Unfortunately, this one's cover is badly damaged because of all the selling stickers that have been on and off of it, but at least the DVD looks good!

This dvd contains the first 4 episodes. I believe this is the only official serbian dub DVD that features exclusively the GF series. There's another one that we already own that only had the first episode of GF along with some other series (it was a series of DVDs that featured 1 Episode from multiple different cartoons dubbed into Serbian). The tv channel that aired GF and basically all other cartoons stopped airing GF a while back and then died in 2019 (RIP UltraTV) so we were basically stuck with that 1 episode until some good soul uploaded the entire dub to YouTube and we rewatched it. My sister is actually so sick of that first episode that she refuses to watch it anymore 💀

This is the inside. Multiple things are misspelled....seriously guys,you had the title RIGHT THERE and yet you still misspelled it as "Gallactik Football". Also, the wambas had their names misspelled as well,i think. I believe it's supposed to say "vambasi" instead of "vambi" but whatever, I'm no grammar expert. The Snow Kids are also named differently in this text than in the dub: here it says "snežna deca" while in the series it's"snežni klinci"...while deca and klinci mean basically the same thing, it would be like the difference between saying"Snow Children" and "Snow Kids" lol. It's just meant to be "kids", saying "children" sounds weird because it's too formal and standard. Kids/klinci just sounds more slang-like and casual and it's meant to be that way.

I thought about translating the text but it's just a general summary of what the series is about. Feel free to ask if you're interested in me translating tho.

I still have Galactik Football merch i want to buy and i still can't order it because of my parents ARARARARARR but I'll get it eventually!!! I hope

Today is Ayumu’s birthday~

To celebrate it, I want to share with you guys the summary of Special Story from last year. (A translation will be provided too!!! 😉) This is a free story in 100恋+, everyone who voted Ayumu in year 2019 General Election will get access to read the story!

So without further do, here we go~

(This story will be told from Ayumu’s POV)

District S— (A popular downtown area in Tokyo)

2 P.M.

Student 1 “look, that person…”

Student 2 “Right, as expected!”

Student 1 “It’s a host, right.”

Student 2 “Definitely a host!”

The story started with Ayumu dressed in a formal suit, but there was a misunderstanding by a group of students. They thought Ayumu is a host (T/N: LOL!!! 😂)

After that, MC arrived and couldn’t help but admired Ayumu in his suit. And that just added the misunderstanding, the students thought a customer had arrived (aka. MC). Soon after that, Ayumu fled the scene and left her MC who hadn’t get to change her shoes yet. MC tried to catch him while plead to hold hands together.

We got flashback to two weeks ago in Ayumu’s Apartement. It’s all started because MC want to celebrate her birthday by having a date in formal suit. At first Ayumu thought it didn’t make any sense but later at Office Canteen (we got another flashback) Toru brought the topic that nowdays in SNS a ‘Man in Suit’ has an increasing popularity. Toru even offered to teach Ayumu how to do it, which was immediately turned down.

Toru Kurosawa “I don’t know who the other person is—“

Toru Kurosawa “But to prevent a rut, it’s important to do something different occasionally.”

Ayumu Shinonome “….”

Toru Kurosawa “I really don’t know who the other person is—“

Toru Kurosawa “As for woman who likes this kind of thing, I am sure she will be happy—“

That made Ayumu think that his MC certainly would like it so he decided to do that but he quickly regretted it. (T/N: 🤣)

For the next destination, they were going to a restaurant located on the 38th floor. MC was so ecstatic by the view and she is more excited by the afternoon tea set because the tea stand was five tiers high. But Ayumu didn’t seem to amused by it.

Flashback, Office Canteen. It was continuation of flashback with Toru. Now, they were talking about luxury afternoon tea at restaurant placed on the top floor. The tea stand was five tiers where usually it’s only two or three tier. Ayumu wasn't really convince when suddenly Soma chipped in which he though that there’s high possibility woman would love it. Especially if the woman loves food she would be curiou and would be happy just by having a five-tiers tea stand .

Present day, Restaurant. So we back at the present where MC had doubt if she could finish all the foods. Ayumu said that he was not worry about it at all, he said that if it’s her she would definitely finish everything. Later, Ayumu ordered afternoon tea set for two people and with original tea blend.

Ayumu Shinonome “Noisy”

MC “Eh.. I’m not…”

Ayumu Shinonome “Your stare”

Ayumu Shinonome “You’re staring intensely since a while ago”

MC who got caught staring at Ayumu then tried to explain herself, that because Ayumu is so handsome so her eyes were drawn to him. (T/N: I love how easy it’s for her to say it out loud. LOL) Ayumu wasn’t buying the excuse so MC explained it further that today was more special because Ayumu wore the suit for her. It made him 30% cooler, she was so happy and want to look at it again and again.

Flashback, Office Canteen. We got another continuation flashback, but now It was Toru gave out an advices about the importance of giving compliment on your partner’s clothing. Because if Ayumu wear a suit so his partner would be expected to wear a formal dress too. Since woman took longer time to put on makeup and do their hair so it’ll be good to praise them for the effort.

Ayumu Shinonome “If it’s about styling the hair, mine took longer (time)…” (T/N: Laugh 🤣)

Present Day, Restaurant. Ayumu took Toru's advice seriously so tried his best to compliment her.

Firstly he would compliment MC nonchalantly and casually but before he could said anything she had abruptly stand up and saying that she would excuse herself to change her shoes. She thought that Ayumu would make a comment at her shoes so she would changed her shoes right away. Unknowingly to her, she just missed Ayumu's attempt to praise her.

Ayumu was so perplexed, he thought he just missed his one in million chance to praised her. He tried to convince himself that it’s just Toru’s opinion and beside that her girl wasn’t really asked for a praise.

Present Day, Intersection. Although Ayumu said that he wouldn’t tried to praise her anymore but he kept thinking on how to compliment her. He was glad that MC loved the food and all but he still couldn’t figure out how to praise her. He thought that the dress was not bad, the heels went well with the dress and it’d been a while since he seen her in makeup. While Ayumu got worked up to praise MC, MC probably still had her head full of the afternoon tea. (T/N: Hahaha, MC please have mercy to this poor boy)

After that, they were talking about their next destination was and Ayumu pulled two tickets from her pocket. Those were tickets for Opera play.

Flashback, Office Canteen. It’s another continuation flashback where Toru made a list about places to go to in a formal suit. He suggested a luxury brand store, because when you go to luxury store in a suit you’d be treated politely and your woman companions would also feel like a celebrity. The other places are either a hotel restaurant or a bar with a nice night view where you could get close to each other with your partner. (T/N: Toru’s imagination is so wild!)

Actually, the one who came out with Opera play was Tsugaru. He recommended it thinking that it’d be a perfect date going to an Opera wearing formal wear.

Takaomi Tsugaru “However…”

Takaomi Tsugaru “Ayumu-san‘s partner may not understand what opera is though.”

Present Day, Intersection. So we go back to the present. Ayumu asked MC whether she knew what an Opera is. MC admitted that she didn’t really know much about it and probably never see one before. So that would be her first time to go to an Opera play. She was so excited to go to Opera for the first time and on top of that she was going with Ayumu.

Suddenly there was woman screaming that her bag got snatche. Before Ayumu could confirm what was happening, MC had already made a move. MC tried to block the thief but he escaped into back alley.

Present Day, Back Alley. While MC ran after the thief into the back alley, Ayumu choose another route. He predicted that the thief would go to his way, so Ayumu hoped that he and MC could trap him. As predicted the thief showed up and get trapped between Ayumu and MC. Little did the thief know, he turned around and ran toward MC. It happened so quickl that while the thief charged toward MC, she quickly catched his right hand and twisted it then she put her weight on him. (T/N: Love it when MC is in action)

Present Day, Intersection. After turning the thief over then hey went through interrogation. After finished it, they barely had enough time to go to Opera play.

Then there were whispers talked about MC’s clothes. The dress was tattered and there were holes in her stocking which probably she got that when she straddled the thief. She blabbered about changing his clothes or maybe buying a new one but the time was too tight. MC was so flustered. (T/N: Nooo, I am sad for her 😢)

Ayumu Shinonome “It’s alright, just leave it”

Strangely enough, the word just spilled out from me

Ayumu Shinonome “It’s not bad”

MC “Eh…”

Ayumu Shinonome “Today, you’re not too bad.”

She was so stylish before but now she is tattered.

But both of them are ’MC’

“It’s really not bad”

I tucked in her disheveled hair to make it tidy.

My girl looks up bewilderedly.

MC “Hm… Ayumu-san…?”

Ayumu Shinonome “Let’s go”

Present Day, Park. Later we know that they were going to a park. Actually they would go to the park after done with Opera play but the schedule was moved ahead of time because of the incident. MC was worried about her clothes but Ayumu assured her that it was okay because the park was already reserved. (T/N: Yup, Ayumu reserved the entire park for this occasion) That left MC in a daze.

Ayumu Shinonome “Hand”

MC “What…?”

Ayumu Shinonome “Left hand. Give it to me”

MC “Y—Yes..”

Ayumu then escorted her to the center of the park and they stop in the middle of gazebo (?) stairs.

Actually, this is the hardest thing to do for today

Well, it’s a birthday

It’s a special event so..

Ayumu Shinonome “3..2..1..”

As Ayumu snapped her finger, a lot of balloons started floating up. While MC was focus on the balloons, Ayumu picked up the hidden bouquet.

Ayumu Shinonome “Happy Birthday”

My girl opens her mouth in surprise

Well, it’s understandable. This kind of thing is so uncharacteristically of me.

But, I am definitely the one who thought about this surprise

This is something that my girl would love

After that Ayumu asked MC about what her thought on the surprise. When MC didn’t answer him, Ayumu got panicking and thought that he had failed. (T/N: Uuugh my heart!🥺) It wasn’t the case tho, MC was so happy that she cried while hugging Ayumu. MC even started babbling about how much she love it and she wanted to stay together with him for a long time which Ayumu claimed that he didn’t understand what MC was saying. (Well, she was talking while crying hahaha 😂)

But later, we got to see that Ayumu actually understood what she was talking about.

That’s a lie.

Actually I perfectly understand it.

So please stay with me

Stay with me for the rest of your life.

Please don’t leave me.

I do things I don’t usually do and that’s because you've changed me.

Later Ayumu asked MC what she wanted to do. MC wants a kiss from Ayumu! That took Ayumu in surprise ’cause out of all things she could ask for, she asked for a kiss. He was reluctant at first because MC had just finished crying but then he surrendered to her and gave her a kiss.

Although it was salty from tears, Ayumu kinda liked the kiss. He thought that there must be something wrong with him. (T/N: no Ayumu. There isn’t anything wrong with you. You’re just whipped!🥺)

After kissing, MC declared that on she would do a surprise event on Ayumu's birthday which soon was declined by Ayumu.

Ayumu said that he don't need anything for his birthday. Then, MC started listing all the things she would do such as make Dinosaurs out of balloons, make 3D Dinosaurs Pancake or she might rent a museum. Ayumu then stopped her rambling with a kiss. (T/N: uugh MC and Ayumu are so adorable. I love them 😍 )

This special story just make the CGs 100% better!

I was crying with Mc when Ayumu give her congratulation on her birthday. My heart was fluttering when Ayumu tucked in MC’s hair then when he asked for her hand! I almost thought that he would be asking MC for ‘the hand’ (in marriage, LOL). There’s so many little gesture that I like in this story.

I really like his flow of thought and how adorable he is when he was awkwardly trying to please MC. I love it whenever he lower his tsun facade and show us his true sincere heart. I hope he could be more open to his MC. But it’s okay, one step at a time.

Props to our MPV, Toru Kurosawa! He gave all guidance for our tsundere mushroom throughout the story. Honorable mention to Soma and Tsugaru too!

Do you recall aelin seeing what she recalled as the wild hunt in ToG? If so where is it in the books? I have been searching for it but I can't find it.

I believe the wild hunt was mentioned in Crown of Midnight. Now... my memory is fuzzy so it could be in the first book. Its also in TOG but there is specific mention on the wild hunt and samhain and being watched.... and more stuff in Crown of Midnight I'm pretty sure.... Like I feel like samhuinn is when Celeana is upset about losing her (insert person she wants to see through portal #spoilers) and then she opens a portal to the place she is. he came around the training center, since he had trained for so long and had friends there

he also liked to meet new trainees! he’s a super kind guy, he wants to try to be support for them, since he trained for So Long

when he first saw her he thought she was gorgeous

and vice versa, yknow. she was shy because he was a Debuted Idol AND a Handsome Man

THEN in 2019, rumor was that hyeyoung would join an nct female unit

she was already friends with mila and lily, having trained with mila, and lily was friendly with trainees

hyeyoung was used to feeling shy with people, but she was so comfortable early on. it felt right

they told the company a few months in to make life easier and surprisingly .. they were pretty okay with it, though they obviously had guidelines

a lot of their dates are in the siren dorms because it’s quieter and all of the girls have their own rooms

she comes around to the 127 dorms a lot

they couldn’t interact more than she would interact with the others, and absolutely no pda

((tbh with mila and lily, it’s more acceptable, since they grew up with their members, but the other three have stricter rules .. evie almost breaks them sometimes tho. and sometimes the guys will give casual, familial hugs to them))

they said they loved each other a few months in

johnny said it first, and hyeyoung said it back immediately

it was natural. they fully and truly love each other

they will 1000% percent get married, and they will do so whenever they can in the future

they want to keep their relationship quiet just because hyeyoung’s career has JUST started

but johnny wants to reveal it as soon as the company lets them because he wants the world to know he loves her with all of his heart

johnny’s parents have only met her over facetime, and they already love her. she talks to johnny’s mom a lot too

he has met her parents and siblings, and obviously they love him 

her dad is protective though since she’s his youngest daughter and his baby

johnny is still big on keeping the romance alive and planning things for her, always telling her how much he loves her, and showing physical affection

hyeyoung is a softer type of girlfriend, and she is big on quality time and expressing to him how much she loves him.

reminiscencing abt old furblr made me wanna revisit some of the changes we’ve seen over time! to give new people an idea of it, and also to spark discussion with older members, i joined in 2017 and i havent been as active as of 2019 so i cant speak of prior or after, but heres my thoughts

fandom is still small, but growing

focus is on them as toys

lots of posts are guides on names of colors, or how to push start

2005s are not very popular, i saw someone struggle to sell 2 working ones just because their beaks were damaged

besides the pink ones, people really liked those

i also lost a bid war on an orange 2005 that ended up going for 50 bucks, do you  understand the regret i feel

lots of furbys are cheap, furbys in general are cheap, besides the occasional person thinking their nib snowball is worth 300

rise of furbology (later furbae)

popular for owning a lot of furbys, and owning a very very roughed up frog furby called swampy

theres discourse abt drawing furbys with 4 feet

small nature of fandom means that discourse usually involves people everyone knows directly (furbyconfessions accidentally contributes to drama but some spin off accounts purposefully try and start it, furby discourse blogs are a thing)

small nature also means that a lot of people remember each others furbys by name

each furby usually has a personality attached to it too, describing things that furby tends  to do more than others, or what its physical differences mean (like being mute)

furby brotherhood is the only furby discord server and it gains notoriety due to the lack of moderation but in my experience it was a really fun wild ride

customization is fairly limited to maybe drawing on freckles, accessories, eyechips (people were poking them out with needles), to my knowledge tracer was the first popular furby to have further customizing

purity culture? in furblr? since a lot of people use furbys to cope (many many posts of people bringing them out in public, describing what  they and their furbys did), theres a pressure for furby blogs to be happy safe places, safefurby tag to avoid swearing and other stuff is started?, and also to avoid hatred in the main tag

theres like, a 70% chance of anyone u interact with in the fandom being a 15 year old trans guy on the autism spectrum, similarities make it really easy to make friends

considering special interests also usually mean wanting to know as much as possible, there is a WELL of information still

rise in popularity also means a lot more information is found abt furbys, like prototypes, a new factory and more obscure merchandise

since a lot of people empathize with  furbys, damaged or not completely working furbys start to go for higher prices than previously as people empathize with them

that one furby that was found in the desert (bumbleweed) gets REALLY popular

rise in customizing coincides with more stylization in how people draw furbys

whenever someone comes up with a new idea u’d see a lot of it in the next week

like stuffing a furby to make them fat, that one took OFF

painting fur and also furby patterns to sew own skins creates a strange demand for  just the furbys faceplate

Hi Luni! I've been watching kdramas for a long time and sometimes i think about what made me watch kdramas. The reason I watch Kdramas is that they are the ones that handle emotions well, that touch on individual and social problems, that character development is well organized and that friendship and family relationships are sincerely reflected. I also love that there are deep characters in the dramas who have insights and thoughts about life.  I really like the way some writers tell about life and people. I can't find these things in western dramas mostly.

And... I really love your artistic works. 😍😍 Because I'm also curious about your reasons for watching kdrama. Sorry I wrote too long...😅😅

I started watching kdramas in 2012 because youtube recd me a low quality version of the full movie always https://mydramalist.com/1814-always and i was so emo because of it and never felt such emotins for love before that i watched most of the other things with the main leads from that (disappointing can’t reach the level that was and is always). master's sun and the heirs were the ones that made me start making edits on here (in the dark past i was into sig..............i saw the light thank you) with a friend of mine and we were really into kim woobin and kim jiwon (and I still want them to be romantic leads in a drama like deep down in my heart that wish took root and won’t go away till they finally do it and they probably never will) anyway made all the people on here mad as fuck because of them and us... ngl good times I was really into the whole vibes that they gave me and no american show could reach that crazy level of madness for me. jiwon and woobin were soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sexy to me. kdrama-edits was my first sideblog together with her and the edits are terrible all whitewashed because that was the trend in the past....................had a period where i focused on animes/mangas/games/kpop because the kdramas were disappointing me terribly and i was not happy with the faves that i had in the past and what they chose to do.......... anyway 2016 was boring and afte that year till 2019 i only watched some kdramas and did not edit any of them but in 2019 i was done with gaming on here i still game tho just not edit it anymore so i came back wtih this blog and started making edits of kdramas again. 

anyway it’s mostly about chemistry for me with kdramas and the actors in it like that’s what’s keeping me to kdramas. the chemistry. stories too but like the chemsitry is what makes me go wild. and pretty actors but mostly the chemistry is the key factor. story too. but mostly what’s important to me (and i cannot stress this enough) is the chemistry between characters and actors. 

western (american/european) media is sooooooooooooo fucking boring with what they think romance is because it means nothing to me the way they cannot make me feel anything at all is amazing on itself. hate the shows they produce and they put sex in there but it’s so unsexy to me and a turn off like the way they do so much with sex but it’s just not feeling right and earned and it feels cheap and terrible. since a decade their romance stories cannot make me feel anything at all. they don’t even do romance shows or cast actors with chesmitry together like it’s only superhero/comedy/driving/disney/funny/starwars-remakes like watching the sky is more exciting than that. and the way they put in the same 5 famour actors in everything.............and their pretentous award shows. and the shows they produce (doesn’t matter the channel or network or net/flix or hu/lu or whatever) like plssssssssssss i don’t need them being pretentous for doing the bare minimum and re-using the same plot over and over again. also the way the male characters aren’t allowed to show weakness or emotions and when they do it gets treated as a joke is also really not it for me. and the women in them are also not written in a way that i enjoy them. anne/withane was great but they cut that one like they always do. that’s also a thing with the fucking people here they make seasons and seasons till the show sucks or they cancel good shows for low ratings like ok...... i wouldn’t willingly watch a western show again like noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo you would have to pay me a loooooooooooooot for me to watch a western show. and since no one does that i am good.

Honestly? I’m terrible at making usernames. Like horrendous. I’m always lost as to what to make it. So I made it in a split decision based off things I was thinking about or doing that day. My favorite color is purple, I had an inside joke with a friend about llamas, and at the time was watching terminator 2 judgement day. So I combined it all. 😂

This is actually my side blog. @the-iron-tator is my main but I don’t do much on or with it! I probably honestly should’ve made side blogs for my different fandoms cause I know people only follow me for certain things, but it’s too much to keep up for me 🤷‍♀️

I honestly have no idea. If there’s a way to figure that out, I’m not sure how 😂 it’s been awhile tho. I wanna say I had this side blog since the beginning of 2019 cause I made it specifically to post my fanfic. But I had the main for way longer I think.

So I started this side blog specifically so I could write and post my fanfic without shame. Also so that it could be a feed for all the fanfic I found and loved reading on here. Another reason why I never made another side blog. Cause I wanted all my fandom stuff on one page for me.

Because The Little Mermaid has been and will always be my favorite Disney movie.

So honestly, they are a bit annoying. I actually won’t do some of them for that reason unless it’s a cause or reason I strongly agree with. Which isn’t normally the case. Or rather, this is a fandom blog. No one wants to see that clogging up the page when all you wanna do is reason some fanfic or look at some fanart. I like to keep that kind of stuff off. Also cause sometimes people don’t agree with you. But I never liked that. That if you don’t ‘reblog a post’ your an ass or something. Like no. If anything, that steers people away from what you want. Or similar to the posts where they are like, don’t even talk to me if you like x,y, or z. Like okay 🤷‍♀️ that doesn’t hurt anybody but you. 😂 sometimes, even if I agree that I don’t like x, y, or z, I’ll unfollow or stay away because that just gives a certain attitude that I don’t vibe with. Just like I’m sure there are people that don’t vibe well with me 🤷‍♀️

Prompt: Aziraphale and Crowley reading reviews for the bookshop

In hindsight, Crowley isn't sure why he set the blasted thing up to begin with. It was, more than likely (read: most definitely), the result of quite an extraordinary amount of alcohol, because all of his best (read: worst) ideas have always started that way and why would this one be any different?

This one, evidently, was him setting up an official Yelp account for A.Z. Fell & Co., Antiquarian and Unusual Books located singularly in one London, Soho. He's sure that it'd seemed like it'd be a laugh riot at the time, though he's not entirely sure why, and he's sure that his sloshed self had been perfectly positive that Aziraphale would never even find the page so honestly what did it matter?

What his sozzled brain hadn't counted on was that, for all of his long and storied existence, he'd been the architect of his own irritations and, like the best of cosmic jokes, it seems that he would continue to be for the rest of bloody eternity.

First of all, he'd truly never thought that Aziraphale would acquire, much less actually use, a mobile phone. But, here in the after of the world that shouldn't have been, it seems that stranger things have truly happened. Of course it didn't help that he'd kept suggesting that Aziraphale get one and then, had gone so far as to actually present the angel with one, fully loaded. He just hadn't counted on the angel taking the blasted thing with his bright, shiny, sea-foam eyes, to which Crowley had no functional defenses, and then take to using it like a fish to water.

The second thing, that came on the tails of learning to use his mobile, was that Aziraphale discovered that he could look up restaurants wherever they were and didn't have to count on Crowley to do so. Additionally, there were reviews he could look at that were just, "So helpful Crowley! Look at these humans, inventing something so useful. They always have been wonderfully creative." Each word was imbued with absolutely heinous amounts of love and good will and Crowley was really just the worst demon there ever was, because he was so damn charmed by Aziraphale being charmed that he didn't put two-and-two together before it stuck him upside the head like a two-by-four.

"Crowley", Aziraphale whispered intently while Crowley was quite comfortably napping on the back room sofa.

Crowley tried to ignore it, he really did. He was so wonderfully comfortable and it really would be a shame to wake up. However, it's been established that he has fuck-all in terms of ability to deny Aziraphale anything, so of course he took the bait.

"Yes angel?", he replied, trying to infuse demonic levels of annoyance of nonchalance (read: sleepy, part-yawn, part-soft demon noises) into his tone.

"There are reviews, for the bookshop, on the Yelp!"

It takes Crowley a minute to catch up, because he's still not used to Aziraphale having internet access or knowing what something like Yelp is. He's about to wonder aloud what customer would actually be satisfied enough with Aziraphale's customer service skills to go so far as to write a review about it, before he realizes that he's the one who set up the account in the first place and promptly forgot.

"Wha, erm, what're they saying angel?" he asks, just a bit concerned that this might all be traced back to him.

Aziraphale scrolls down to the first review and Crowley comes up to read over his shoulder.

"I've lived in Soho for years and finally decided to go in. The shop is in complete disarray, but the selection is great. I was satisfied until I actually tried to buy a book. The shopkeeper was icy, difficult, and downright combative. I left empty-handed. Not worth it."

Crowley cringes for a second, before Aziraphale huffs.

"Well, honestly, what did she expect? Hefting a first edition Austen around like that. Am I supposed to sell that to just anyone?" And Crowley wishes he wasn't so fucking impressed by Aziraphale's lack of propriety in these situations, but here he is, smiling like a loon.

"Oh, well of course. Why would she think she could buy a book in a book shop?" He gives a patented shit-eating grin which Aziraphale returns with an eye roll so well rehearsed it'd put Liz Lemon to shame.

"What else, angel?" Crowley asks because he's a glutton for punishment and he just loves that he still gets to rile Aziraphale up. That there's still a world where he can.

"Well, ah, here's another one." Aziraphale scrolls and lands on the next review which is, somehow worse.

"Ponce of a shop owner wouldn't let me look at any of the rarer books. Been looking for a first edition Wilde for my son but the pansy wouldn't even let me near, real bastard he was."

Crowley can't help himself. Aziraphale is radiating righteous anger and looking more indignant by the second and it's just too good. Crowley's practical jokes never work out this well and he didn't even need to manufacture the reviews! A.Z. Fell & Co. has a 1.7 rating overall and he knows, he just knows, that every single one of those reviews are 100% honest.

Horribly, once he starts laughing, he can't quite stop. It takes the angel a second to realize that Crowley's breathy sounds aren't commiserating sounds of support but are rather poorly held back guffaws and he pulls out his best thin lipped glare and that's it, that's the end of Crowley's self control. He starts laughing in earnest, nearly bent over at the waist and feeling tears line his eyes, when he hears a truly irritated squawk leave Aziraphale's mouth.

He tries to speak through his bouts of laughter, "Oh, hah, angel, you-," he breaks off again, "you really are a bastard though." To which he receives a thunderous look, laced with millennia of angelic righteousness, a scathing, “Do shut up”, and a fussy turn that would've been a hair flip had Aziraphale had the hair to do so.

Aziraphale is manically scrolling before he stops and the air changes. If Crowley had been less filled with mirth, or had been less self-confident, he would've felt the change in tension. He would've realized that the specific change meant that Aziraphale had found exactly what he needed and that he was about to hand Crowley's arse to him for the 99 millionth time in their very long lives. But, as it was, Crowley was feeling far too chuffed for anything so fleeting as self-awareness.

When he finally looks back to the angel, planning a bit more gloating, he sees a carefully serene, calm smile reaching back, and his blood runs ice cold. This can't possibly be good.

"Well, how about this one, then?", he says and gestures for Crowley to read what's on the screen.

"Mr. Fell is actually quite nice, if a bit fussy once you get to know him. He really knows his stuff. He let me use some of his original texts for my thesis. A bit odd, though, every time I went to do a bit more work or look at a new text, there was a man completely asleep, snoring, on the sofa. Weird look about him, sunglasses while indoors (even while sleeping?) and lots of black leather, definitely dyes his hair red. Looked a bit like a washed up rock star. Maybe a friend of Mr. Fell's? Either way, the selection is fantastic even if it smells a bit odd and seems a bit dingy."

Crowley's not laughing now. It takes a moment for him to register that the "indignant squawk" he heard was actually from his own mouth rather than the angel's.

"How dare she-, a washed up-, these are Valentino!"  He yells gesturing wildly towards his own face and the sunglasses that aren’t actually there at the moment, creating more of a chaotic flapping than any recognizable gesture. And now it's the angel's turn to stifle a giggle behind a well-manicured hand. "And I do not dye my hair! It's just like this! I'm a demon, remember?"

At this, Aziraphale starts making a sound that Crowley will respectfully refer to as cackling.  Of course, this was going just too well. And he clearly needed to stop kipping on the sofa as often as he did or it'd do awful things to his carefully crafted reputation.

"Oh, my dear, that's just divine” the angel says wiping an ancient handkerchief primly under his eyes. Crowley wants to be annoyed, and he is to some extent (he'll find bloody Naya L. and give her a piece of his mind, he will), but Aziraphale is just so happy and he's a true sucker for that laugh and that smile.

"M'not washed up, m'just retired."  Through the haze of exasperation, he realizes, perhaps for the first time, that he really is. Retired, a retired demon. That’s what he is. Aziraphale seems to realize it too, because his smile morphs from snide and down right bastardly to warm so quickly it gives Crowley emotional whiplash.

"Yes, I suppose we are, dear." The angel puts down the phone and herds Crowley toward the sofa where they can get comfortable; Aziraphale seated on the far end and Crowley's head comfortably pillowed in his lap, angelic fingers carding through his (definitely, absolutely not, dyed) hair.

Were either of them to look at Aziraphale's phone screen, they'd see the review just below Naya L., which read simply:
