So when i found out i had feelings for matt, i locked myself away. Scared of me slipping up infront of him just for him to tell me what ive been hearing my whole life, because with matt it felt different. I felt safe. So hearing them words come out of his mouth would've broke me. This is how i made sure i would never have to hear them.

Ive been hearing my phone go crazy all day, every time i check it, i see matts message popping up on my screen, i then shut my phone off to ignore him, somewhat scared of messaging him. until i finally have the courage to open the messages, and by this time, ive had 13 notifications. All from him.

Well... Hello, i guess.

Im not really sure what im doing with this tbh. My therapist suggested i start journaling some time ago. Ive never been good at writing my feelings, but seeing as i wont be able to afford her soon.. I guess i ought to start and try to make something of it.

My name is-...I probably should have come up with one before this. But then i likely would have never started. Lets go with Pip, for now.. Maybe ill change it later. (I hope i change it later.)

Anyway, im 29 this year. I just left my fiance.. Well, actually i just moved away. We're still in contact. Its complicated. Idk where that relationship sits right now. I dont have any friends to speak of, apart from my cat, Freyja.

Im not a super social person, ok? I like the quiet. And I have a very low social battery to begin with. That's not to say i don't want friends. I actually.. Really do. Im lonely. But im awkward and don't know how to start conversations, let alone keep them going. I also don't have a vehicle, and my city is not walkable, meaning I cant just... Go out and meet people at events or anything. (Honestly I dont know if I would be brave enough to go alone anyhow.)

I currently live with my mom, brother and step-father. Also complicated relationships. Mostly on my end. We get along but I feel a bit like a stranger most days.

I also work at a rinky-dink shop nearby. Itll probably go under with the new take-over and price-hikes. I don't really like it there but, hey, gotta afford cat food somehow.

So after 5 years of an admittedly unhealthy relationship and with an excessive amount of time to myself... I will now be trying to learn who i am. Took long enough, right?

depends on if the characters asymmetrical but generally dont have problems with either + i flip my canvas to check for inconsistencies. forward is weird because depending on character design its either super easy or a nightmare (ie any characters who were never meant to be viewed facing forward)

bio/zoology + monster stuff definitely came from childhood interest, i likea tha critters :) i wanna say my interest in bots/mechs + funky inanimate object stuff too? i did play metal slug a lot as a kid and a bunch of childhood favs were mechanical characters. also ive found fanart of putt putt, captain underpants villains, and the brave little toaster in my childhood journals lmao

oc -wise, selena herself (and vicks) also are funny in their own ways. i can say for sure they were always distinct ocs in my mind but i never actually Materialized them till very very recently. selena was based on a childhood pokemon trainer oc (but noot entirely self insert? its hard to describe) and vicks is kind of. a catharsis character for me. i have been thinking about making an entirely split oc from vicks recently bc the character i view in scenarios i want to visualize has been vicks, but i dont really wanna anymore bc she deserves to be her own deal now

...i also would argue probably the reason why mws huge cast + me just being able to. establish how they interact with each other so quickly also came from childhood ocs i never put down on paper or knew how to articulate as characters. its something im very weird about bc i straight up had a "cast" of fundamental ocs (proto-selena was one of them actually) from childhood to high school that were so personal to me i never wrote or visualized any of them bc Crinj they were just for lil ol me lmao. they liked to hang out with each other :)

stupid and goofy but still understandable to infer what it is for personal stuff, labeled straight for work stuff. "sketchbook" files have scratchpad in the name, pieces that include characters that arent my own usually include the persons username, and annual based stuff have the year

sid industrial machinery is really fun for me, buildings tend to be too basic and geometric for me to enjoy drawing... i wanna do more extremely stylized furniture and prop stuff (i really like those drawings that are character inventory layouts), i actually do wanna make fake object assets for my settings eventually bc i love that kind of stuff. bottles and containers are aesthetically pleasing but havent figured out rendering the sweet spot ive seen other drawings hit, at least for me

environments are something i wanna do bc those pics of super expansive landscapes with either huge structures or so open you can see the horizon stretch for miles are really cool, but still in the general learning process so itll be a while before i can even try reaching for that effect

sure!! i think i may have mentioned the song but idk if ive ever done an analysis, i dont think i have!

its hard to say i do when i donts is very blatantly about police brutality and racial profiling, though it touches on other stuff. "i speak fast and im not gonna repeat myself, no/so listen carefully to every word i say/im the only one whos gonna get away with making excuses today/youre appealing to emotions that i simply do not have" very much alluding to a cop stopping a suspect.

following that the line "this is a stick up, give us all your inspiration" is really interesting in this light because it frames the persona as a criminal, and the idea of looking for inspiration could mean that they need help coming up with a lie. the line "i got the red carpet blues" could mean that the persona (who i believe is a police officer) has done a lot in the name of performing the role of a good officer, but putting on appearances gets tiring, and this is especially fascinating with the line "blackmailed myself/cuz i aint got anyone else", which could refer to them feeling guilty for murdering an innocent person, despite them definitely having the choice not to.

then the chorus, "put your hands in the air and dont make a sound/but dont get the wrong idea, were gonna shoot you" which evokes imagery of the countless times an unarmed black man has been killed by the police. "and theres nothing in your head or pocket, throat or wallet that could change just how this goes/and everyone shake to the beat with a barrel down your throat" this lines is striking to me. it doesnt matter how smart you are, it doesnt matter whether you have a weapon or not, it doesnt matter what you say, it doesnt matter how much money you have or who you are. if youre in this situation itll end the same. the other half reminds me of the way people are expected to calmly follow orders with a gun in their face, even if their contradictory. hm.

the second verse doesnt seem to be from the perspective of the police officer anymore, or at least it doesnt seem like its the same scene. "when i said id return to you i meant more like a relapse/now and i again, i think, his and hers, for better or worse/but the only ring i want buried with me are the ones around my eyes" very clearly evokes imagery of an unhealthy relationship. it could be a parallel to prisoner reentry, where the muse in this bit is a personification of prison. thats may be a reach though. this could simply be adding dimensions to the person being arrested, or implying the persona of the cop is dedicated to their work. its not good work, but it is work. im still puzzling out exactly why this half is here.

generally fob b sides have something about them that i think may be why they werent put on the album, and with this one, it feels very much like it ran out of steam, and musically it feels more generic than the rest of the album. not bad, but not quite fall out boy at their best. it feels like its unfinished, like they just couldnt quite get it exactly how they wanted it, or like it was just an idea they tossed out there.

i was thinking that the skins could be like the ones from the persona 5 crossover. like, they can be “awakened” in a sense. the base costumes will be the dream world versions of everyone, while the awakened costumes will be the real world versions. i wasnt here for the persona 5 crossover, so idk how many of those spirit things you had to collect, but i Do know that omoris spirit things could be. uh

well actually i dont know. initially i was thinking lightbulbs, like the one in white space, but the lightbulb isnt too important in the game i dont think? and im not sure about clams either. i know theyre dream world currency, but??

oh actually, maybe you can collect Something to awaken the costumes. because something is a representation of the truth in sunnys mind, and by awakening the costumes, you get to see the characters as their real selves. yeah lets go with that, you collect something from the essence

part one

the characters that will be present in part one are sunny, basil, and aubrey. i chose them first because. ofc, sunnys the protag, basils his best friend and helped cover up maris death hes important to the story but anyway, and aubrey is <<33 yuh

so heres whos going to be who:

sunny/omori as wu chang

so let me preface this by saying that im not a hunter main. never have been, never will be. and ive never played wu chang. but i swear thisll make sense, im doing research

wu chang is actually composed of two characters, with two different stats: xie, the white guard, and fan, the black guard. i cant tell the difference while im playing, considering the fact that my ass is either running away or decoding. but theres a difference i looked it up

sunny would be the white guard. xie is a fast chaser, but has slow attack speed. ie, slow hits, slow pallet breaking, that stuff. this reflects how sunny is in the real world. he can run, yes, but hes still physically weak due to being locked in his house for four years and spending all his time sleeping. he would be better for chasing than attacking

omori would be the black guard. fan is the opposite of xie, having slow chasing speed but faster attack speed. this reflects in omori. omori is Very apathetic, and really, i dont think he would care to chase anybody unless it was for a quest. though, i guess killing survivors Is a quest for hunters, but. anyway

in battle, omori is a good fighter. his attacks are strong, (although not as strong as say. aubrey or kel. but who am i to say, the playthrough i watched had omori constantly sad) out of him and sunny, omori would be the attacker. so theres my choice for them

the umbrella can probably be switched for a knife. maybe an elongated knife. im not entirely sure, but i know the umbrella wont stay as an umbrella

basil as kurt frank

so i know what youre thinking. why is basil “the explorer??” hear me out this is actually a really good idea

the true best choice would be emma, since shes the gardener, but idv doesnt like giving characters skins of the opposite gender if you know what i mean. anyway

basil isnt a fighter. hes an assist, yes, but that was only for a crime four years ago. not my point, he wouldnt want to be in the action

i think he’d be a really good decoder. especially a good kurt

i originally wanted him to be prisoner, out of no bias whatsoever (/j) but kurt is a good fit for him

basil hides. he hides from things. he hides from the truth just like sunny, and he hides from others. albeit he still goes outside

i will not lie, i have a very personal grudge against kurt players. i dont want them to have anything because every kurt main ive come across was toxic to me specifically. but anyway

so one of kurts abilities is that he can go smaller to run around undetected and/or hide. i find this perfect for basil, because. yknow. hiding

his other ability is to find password pages and use them to decode ciphers faster. i think this would be funny because basils existence in headspace leads sunny to remembering the truth about maris death. i mean, if he werent in headspace, omori and the gang would continue going on adventures like nothing is wrong, so basil sort of speeds up the acknowledging process

this sounds dumb actually. but it makes sense in my head

anyway, the book would be turned into basils photo album, and he wouldnt have a backpack like kurt does. theres my answer

and finally,

aubrey as margaretha zelle

aubrey was actually really hard to pick out. none of the female survivors really fit her, aside from maybe coord, but i dont know what her gun would turn into. i will admit that her section wont be as detailed as basil or sunnys. but anyway my choice is with margie

aubrey imo would be a good kiter. she has strong stats all around, so i feel as if she’d be a great fit for margie. not to mention her speed boost when falling from large heights, which would make her a faster runner and harder to chase if used right. aubrey would be more physically fit since shes a fighter and seems to do a lot of stuff with the hooligans, which also helps prove that she should be a kiter. ANYWAY

so margie has these music boxes that can mess with the hunter, right? some of aubreys attacks can mess with enemies iirc. soooo theyre kind of similar in a way, arent they?

im not exactly sure what the music box can be turned into. maybe a small piano? aubrey cares about mari a lot, and the reason shes so pissed at everyone and rebellious is because she felt like everyone had forgotten about mari and moved on with their lives. so the music box could be a tribute to mari

i dont know how many changes they made with ann tamakis costume in the persona crossover, other than cosmetics for the skin only, so im not sure if the music box was changed at all. i can dream though

in the case that its changed, the blue box could be the song from the playground in headspace (yknow the one) while the red box could be the final duet song. but just with the piano, not the violin

of course, aside from the skins, there will be other stuff in the essence too. so itll be as follows:

for portraits, theyre going to be the neutral battle portraits from headspace. aside from basil and mari, who do not have battle portraits. theirs will just be of their neutral expressions with the neutral emotion backround behind them. i would add pictures, but the character pictures add up to six, so i’d run out of room before reaching part two

for graffiti, im not really sure. maybe everyones overworld sprites in headspace? along with maybe one of Something

for accessories, i actually have an idea of what thesell be. theyre going to be character exclusive accessories, just like how tpn did theirs

for aubrey, she’ll have mr plantegg. i was thinking of maybe having her bat as an accessory, but

OH ACTUALLY her bat could be a shop accessory that changes the music boxes!! probably an a tier tbh

anyway, the essence accessory for her is mr plantegg, and its there strictly for cosmetic purposes. for basil, he’d get either a pair of garden shears, or a basil plant, since yknow. his names basil. this is also for cosmetic purposes

they all are. i should say that now, the accessories are all cosmetic except aubreys a tier shop bat

finally, for sunny, im not entirely sure what to give him. i could give him a knife, sure, but then he’d have two knives because of the umbrella. maybe a steak? or a pair of red hands? im torn on this

mari as yidhra

so i know yidhra may seem like a weird choice. i originally thought of maybe mary, but this makes sense to me

yidhra herself will be mari. im not sure which version, but even though i have real world mari in the photo, maybe headspace mari would be better. nobody can see her anyway lmao

yidhras servants will be, again, mari, but she looks as she did when basil and sunny hung her on the tree. her hairs covering her face, with her right eye being visible. kind of like the girl from the ring, but anyway yeah

yidhra is the dream witch. she haunts your dreams and she haunts mine when i go against her. maris death haunts everyone, especially sunny and basil (whom know the truth of what happened,) so this just seems like a perfect fit

her death is “leeched” onto everyones minds (pun entirely intended), so attaching herself to survivors with only her death appearance visible is mmmm

instead of an axe, maybe her weapon can be the jump rope she was hung from? and it can be used as a whip? that makes the most sense to me idk

im not good at explaining things, but if you were to see dream witch in a match, youd know how good this would work

also brings a new meaning to “my thoughts will follow you into your dreams” HELLO

hero as norton campbell

so hero was kind of hard for me to pick too. i wanted him to be a support character, but looking around, there are. barely any that would work. my closest choice was victor, but?? the letters???? they dont correlate

hero doesnt give me kiter vibes, but nortons good at rescues too, as long as youre in an area with obstacles. and usually, when someone dies in battle, hero can make life jam to revive the fallen party member

nortons magnets are used to either bring the hunter closer to him, or push the hunter away. both can be used to stun with obstacles. while hero doesnt have any stun attacks that i can remember, he does have charming abilities that can be used to take damage for the other party members. so similar stuff? idk

i guess his magnets can be turned into chocolate chip cookies, since thats what he uses to heal everyone. if not cookies, then i dont know

oh actually one of nortons abilities is called “attract.” thats so funny if you put hero as him lmao

kel as william ellis

come on. who else were you expecting me to use? its the basketball man as the football man

while kel is a fighter in battle, he can also be used as a backup healer. aubrey is the main fighter of the group, and hero is the main healer. so hes kind of a catch-all in a sense

kels an athlete. he plays basketball. williams an athlete. he plays football. need i say more

im not gonna lie, this is kind of a don tpn situation where it just Makes Sense that kel would be william

the football will probably be replaced with either a rubber ball or a basketball, depending on which skin youre using. the former is for headspace kel, the latter for real world kel

the buffs and debuffs for william makes sense on kel too. kel would probably have trouble with something as (probably) complex as the cipher machines, and the struggle and vaulting buffs show off his athleticisim

same with the football, using rush to rescue is such a kel thing to do

essence

for part two, there will be about the same things as part one

the portraits will be the neutral battle portraits, this time with the real world counterparts of everyone. basil and maris will be their neutral expressions on the neutral battle background. though, since mari doesnt have Real real world portraits, i guess they could use the one from the one i used on the mari yidhra picture

for graffiti, it can be the real world overworld sprites

in terms of accessories, theyre still cosmetic and character exclusive. maris can be the white egret orchid, since thats the flower that represents her. heros can be a spatula, as thats his weapon of choice in headspace. for kel, im not sure. hes using the ball as a weapon so???

maybe he can get a cactus, because thats his assigned plant

Jerico wasnt expecting any visitors that day, she was sitting on the roof of her appartment, can of soda in hand with some music in the background.

She saw the shadow of a Man from the Fire exit, he was inside her house.

She picks up her things and runs inside, using her powers to make her fists like rock.

She butts into her house ready to punch the intruder, she stops two centemeters from his face.

So the RWBY birthdays are released and its got me thinking:

Does this trash the team RWBY becomes all four Maidens theory?

I dont think so.

1. i dont think they had all the birthdays picked out. With them not releasing them till vol 8 makes me think they created them pretty recently. And weve know Ruby's was on Halloween for ages

2. This could be foreshadowing.

All four of them have birthdays during a different season, just not the ones we thought they were going to be the Maiden of

Yang's is in summer (July). Yang's name means "Sun". One Yang's allusions is the concept of Yang (think yin-yang). Yang (the allusion) represents many things including light and heat. Yang's semblance involves catching herself on fire, and fire is the main source of light and warmth. And part of her name means "dragon," you know the creature that breathes fire? All of this reinforces Yang's personality yes, but lets look a little farther. What is July known for? Being the brightest and hottest month of the year, and being the main month of summer. Summer, the season of unrestricted sun. The season of unrelenting heat. The season of wildfires. Even the season of campfires if you wanna keep stretching.

But most importantly Summer is the name of her mother. Both her chosen mother and the one who raised her. And Yang is Summer's daughter. Many of us believe Summer was the Summer Maiden, just going off the naming pattern of known Maidens. So Summer died or dies, and in her last moments she thinks of her daughters. And Yang is the one shes thinking of in the moment that she goes. Maybe theyve been dormant inside Yang since Summer's death, or maybe Summer is still alive.

Blake is Yang's opposite. Literately the Yin to her Yang. Yin represents darkness and cold, Winter's two defining features. Yin is silence as well, something that is can be heard in winter as the animals are gone. And most importantly, winter is the opposite month to summer.

So how does she get it? I hate to say it but looking at the situtaion that is Volume 8 for Penny isnt good. First you have the obvious: Penny is a robot, and Ironwood has the off switch. Secondly we know there will be several Pinocchio elements this volume (giant whale anyone?). And lastly she has a huge target on her, not just from Ironwood but also Salem's side.

Ruby is on the receiving end of a one-sided rivalry with Cinder, the Fall Maiden. Ruby has defeated Cinder twice now, and as time goes on we see Cinder slipping. Its a pretty good bet that if Cinder died itll be in battle, and if Cinder can chose itll be against Ruby. The transfer will happen via the last person you saw.

Ruby also has several things in her favor that has already been shown to us. 1) Her name. "Ruby Rose" = "Red Red". The naming pattern for Maidens is either having the exact word in your name, having a word that strongly associates with that season, or a color associated with that season. "Pyrrha" meant red, and so does "Ruby". 2) Team RNJR. Ruby quite literally replaced Pyrrha, a Fall Maiden. 3) Her colors. Red: one of the more dominant leaf colors in fall. Black: the color of death, and fall is the season of decay.

This leaves Weiss with Spring, which is her birth season. Although many think of spring as warm, the reality is its cold. It can continue to snow into June in some places. Fall on average has warmer temperature then spring. How she gets these powers from Raven I have no idea. Maybe Raven is dying in Yang's/Qrow's arms and because Yang has been taken Spring goes to Weiss, as she was in Raven's line of sight. Or maybe Weiss gets Spring from the Maiden after Raven.

3. It could be Southern Hemisphere seasons, not Northern

In the south the seasons are reveresed. January is summer, May is fall, July winter, and October is spring.

Lets start at the beginning of the year: January. Summer

First of all we have not yet met Summer, and she could be anyone. However the Summer Maiden is believed to reside in Vacuo. Outside Menagerie, Vacuo is known as a safe haven for faunus. We were told this in Volume 2. And who's a faunus? Blake, who was born in January, the second month of summer.

May: the third month of fall

As Ruby's partner Weiss also has more contact with Cinder then the others. Maybe its a two-on-one battle and Cinder happens to be thinking of Weiss when she dies. Maybe Cinder kills Winter and Weiss goes to fight Cinder for revenge, and wins

July: the second month of winter

Again we come to the subject of Penny, and how she is in close physical contact with RWBY this Volume.

October: the second month of spring

I have thought about the Raven-Ruby relationship for awhile now. Unlike most people i do not think Raven hates Ruby. Raven has complicated feeling towards Ruby no doubt. Raven may hate Taiyang and/or Summer, but her feelings for Ruby are unknown (i could actually write forever on this topic). Im 90% sure she has a portal to Ruby, the other 10% is due to the uncertainty if the bond has to go both ways. Heck, they might get one-on-one time in a future volume and we can see their actual feelings and relationship develop. Now I know what your all thinking, why wouldnt it go to Yang? Well heres one way it could go down. Raven is smart. She knows hows how these powers transfer. Raven might not want to put more burden on Yang, or maybe sees this as her last act of mercy towards Yang. In order not to transfer the Maiden power to her daughter she'll have to think of another woman. Maybe shes scrambling and is picturing young Yang and Ruby playing in the backyard, or she's thinking of Qrow and begins thinking of all the times she seen him happy in the last few years, and many of those moments are training Ruby. Maybe she's killed instantly and she happened to be looking at Ruby when she went down. Maybe she bleeds out and Ruby is the only female there as she dies. Maybe she gifts them to Ruby on purpose.

my among us ocs!!!

okay so first of all i made all my designs using this among us themed picrew, i might draw them at some point but im just using it for now.

second of all, im not good with names lol, so basically theyre literally named pink, cyan, and teal (also known as mini cyan is theyre mini crewmate) idk if im genuinely going to stick with these as their names or give them like, actual names but like they work for now so.

also pink started out as an among us sona so they kinda look like me/are based on me. 

okay now thats all out of the way, lets begin 

first of all,  pink (seen here w teal):

•she/they pronouns

•nb lesbian 

• sweet and kind, passionate about lots of things but quite shy initially (they're more outspoken after having know their crewmates for a while though they feel most themself around cyan and mini cyan)

• crewmate

•dating cyan (they start dating on the space mission)

•on her first mission when she meets cyan

•initially signed up to be an astronaut (theyre astronauts right?? i think they are) because her relationship with her family wasn't on good terms because they weren't supporting of their identity (is it projecting if its my oc?) and they didnt have anyone else in their lives, plus she felt taking part in space travel would mean shed be able to help people and was always intrigued by space.

• she cares fiercely about cyan and teal and would do anything for them

• doesnt tend to be accused often (esp when theyre w cyan bc they defend each other in meetings) 

•spends most of their time doing their tasks, they're quite good at them (except the card one bc lets be honest everyone sucks at that one)

•autistic (actually all of them are autistic, sorry i have disease that makes me make all my ocs autistic its called being a fucking genius)

• speaking of which, she has a spin in space (it started out as regular intrigue about the topic but looking into becoming an astronaut made it a full blown special interest)

•always defending cyan in meetings and will basically death glare anyone who tried to accuse her

next, cyan! (again also pictured with mini cyan):

•she/him pronouns

•nb (femme aligned) bisexual

• quite a bubbly and friendly person, also quite passionate like pink esp morally

•dating pink!! (ofc lol)

•single mother of teal 

• *technically* an imposter but doesn't kill anyone

• saw what the other imp were doing on her last mission and then promised to herself to protect the rest of his crewmates from them. (esp pink when she meets them)

• a good mum, always makes sure teal is nearby and safe

• the other imposters dont know that she's an imposter

• will kill other imposters if they threaten pink or teal in any way, but will otherwise avoid it in case he get caught

• tries to do tasks even though shes an imposter because itll help with the mission and helps make her seen less suspicious but isn't that good at them

• tends to not be accused often, it happens occasionally but the idea is usually dismissed quickly (especially because of pink defending him)

•incredibly protective over teal and pink especially when it comes to other imposters, is always with pink so no other imposters will see them as a target

and last but not least, teal!!:

•he/they pronouns

•nb 

• babey

•no literally they're like eight

•cyans kid

•got the nickname mini cyan from the other crewmates

• also an imposter like cyan but doesn't kill anyone either because they r a literal child 

• an absolute nerd of a child (asks pink to show him the task theyre doing often because they're intrigued by all the space stuff) (can u tell i do not know mach abt space)

•a sweetie, an actual angel

•basically spends most of their time hiding behind cyan at first, still sticks with him though they get lost sometimes

• sees pink as their mum after she starts dating cyan

pink meets cyan on the mission and is pretty much immediately simping for her,  they become friends quickly but pink doesn't think its possible for her feelings for him to be mutual, however cyan is equally smitten for her and they start dating. pink and cyan love each other with their entire heart and soul, and pink basically becomes cyans parent.

 after a while cyan reveals that shes actually an imposter, initially nervous that pink would lose trust in her, but she doesn't and now defends him in meetings even more, nervous of what would happen if the other crewmates found out their gf was an imposter. similarly, cyan is very protective over pink being hurt by other imposters. basically pink looks out for cyan by defending her to the other crewmates and cyan looks looks out for pink by protecting her from the other imposters.

thats pretty much it lol, at least for the much happier version of the storyline, theres also a really angsty version were cyan is killed by and imposter that either thinks shes a crewmate or has figured out that hes an imposter that refuses to kill crewmates, and pink has to look after teal on her own and protect him from both imposters and crewmates that might figure out that hes an imposter.crewmates

so yea, thats my among us ocs and the story surrounding them, i might make more future (other crewmates and imposters on their mission) but thats who i have for now, i hope you like them!!! :3
