I will not complain about my protohistory class again, but I have news. I have finally been assigned a topic for the presentation I'll have to do at the end of the course (hoping that the professor will send in the materials in time, but I think I'll wait a few days and if by the beginning of next week they aren't there I'll email the prof). I will be doing a small research on the potential interpretations of certain depositions of bronze objects that have been found all over Europe. Some of these were very rich, and there's a discussion on whether they were a sort of hoarding of economical value, or whether they had a ritual meaning. We'll see what I'll find out the the sources the professor will provide me. It's a topic I am fairly interested about, so it might help me say motivated, although my hopes aren't too high at the moment. Tomorrow I will do a big plan of all uni things (what I have to study, how much time I have, etc) and I look forward to that.

so crazy how everything is data if youre studying it. like im running a study about gravel movement and precipitation and at one of our sites literally none of our gravel moved and at no site did they move more than a couple inches and yet that is a result in and of itself. the fact that two things are not related is in fact worthy of scientific study and we will never run out of things to study because there is always as much worth in proving things are not related as proving things are….. anyway science BLAST

Do you read often?

Personally I'm slow with reading now. I'm mostly read fanfiction often, but for books I mostly try audiobooks. There is many books I want to read, but it's just hard to start reading them that's why I think audiobook is easier because I can do things at the same time. Also I love the voice acting of the person reading. There is the Percy Jackson that I want to read, also the Games of Thrones and some litterature books like Crime And Punishment or No Longer Human.

I read a ton like no kidding!! In 2022, I read around 13 million words, which is around 200 novels!! I have had a problem since I was a little girl!! My life was always shit so I would read as a way to escape!! fanfics are amazing because you don't have to invest yourself into a new story all the time and still be able to read!! Like I'm not always mentally ready to jump into a new story with new characters so fanfics are amazing for that!!

I love Percy Jackson sm!!! My childhood!! I also read some of the got books!! I love everything by ve schwab!! Will 10/10 recommend! Start with either vicious or the invisible life of addie Laurie!!
