For Alder to be as mean as he was, there’s two most likely options:

1) he was overall good but had moments of deep anger (probably brought on by someone else) and these moments stuck most with Stickpaw, making him remember them better than the others. Alder was also probably in a vile mood when they reunited.

2) he thought Stickpaw needed the push in order to get better. + Being in the Dark Forest for a while maybe made him forget just how mean some things are. I mean, insulting someone there is like saying hello

Queens are replacement for in-game mistresses, they're not nursing mothers. They're instead like mothers of the whole clan. There are also queen apprentices that can only be of queen blood. They get -sight names until they become full queens (leaders) and get -star.

Moonspire - Polyhedron (the kits call it the playden), Bullplace - Abattoir, Hollowpool - Cathedral

Polyhedron is made of ice that doesn't melt, Abattoir is made of that kinda ancient brown dusty ice that has diseases in it, Cathedral is a bunch of tall sticks and a puddle (melted ice) (fail)

Herb mates are also another cat class only special kin cats can be apprenticed to. They have -dancer names.

The powers that be are Starclan. Aka the giant kids. No idea how that explains them being like a literal government. Maybe everyone is super religious. I mean maybe god is real. Warrior cats

Daniil was a kittypet that lived in a veterinarian clinic

Rubin was unofficially apprenticed by Isidor, never got the -heart name.

The guardian cats are also in this au. A clan full of medicine cats. This is the place where Daniil lived and Artemy studied, but they didn’t know each other (Capital basically)

The Stamatins are former kittypets and den builders that used to live with the guardian cats.

The army is also another faraway clan that is full of warriors that fight by the orders of Starclan whether they like it or not

Here’s some names for some apprentices/kits I need help w tysm for doing this! Your blog is so helpful: splinterpaw and stickpaw(twin sisters sc) skypaw (tom wc) chickadeepaw(she wc) tanglepaw(nb rc) and carrotkit(she, no clan yet)

Splinterpaw- A mischievous and bold she-cat. Splinterpaw doesn’t really care for the rules, she tends to do what she wants, she is extremely fond of tricks and it isn’t uncommon for her to explore beyond clan borders, a very nervous Stickpaw often in tow, determined not to let her sister go alone. Splinterpaw doesn’t seem to fear anything, she is always the first to try and investigate a dangerous situation, and any time she is told off she tends to roll her eyes and walk away, punishments and dissaproval seem to do nothing to her. But she is extremely protective of Stickpaw, and one thing she is scared about is losing her, so she will hesitate in doing something if Stickpaw is deeply opposed to it, 15/10

Stickpaw - A careful and introverted she-cat. Stickpaw is much more cautious and rule-abiding than her sister, but she will follow her sister into trouble to make sure she doesn’t get hurt. Stickpaw always errs on the side of caution, she will never commit to something unless she is sure that it is at least somewhat safe. Stickpaw generally lets her sister do the talking, she prefers to keep quiet and listen rather than speak, besides, Splinterpaw will readily do any talking anyway, she’s great at talking herself out of something, 15/10

Skypaw - A cheerful and creative tom. Skypaw never finds anything dull, he is always happy to do whatever he is asked to, he enjoys being an apprentice and is looking forward to becoming a warrior. Skypaw likes to wonder is out ways that might make catching rabbits easier, and he will often ask his fellow apprentices to pretend to be rabbits to try and test his ideas out, more often than not they don’t work, but he finds fun in trying anyway, and his denmates always have a good time pretending to be rabbits for him, 14/10

Chickadeepaw- A curious and extroverted she-cat. Chickadeepaw is fond of investigating and exploring every nook and cranny of her territory, often encouraging other apprentices to join her, she loves WindClan but she finds her territory so boring, so she tries her best to find anything that might make it more interesting. Chickadeepaw loves company, and becomes uncharacteristically insecure when she has to do something on her own, having cats around her gives her confidence and so she will always try and stick to other cats when she can and often begs her mentor to do training with another mentor and apprentice, 14/10

Tanglepaw - A cheerful and intelligent cat. Tanglepaw is a little clumsy, it isn’t uncommon for a fish to comically slip from their paws when they try to catch it, leaving them embarrassed, and don’t get them started on their lack of tree climbing ability, even for a RiverClan cat, but none of this appears to phase them too much, they will always laugh about it after and take it as a lesson, and they have been improving. Tanglepaw tends to thrive in the memory and problem solving parts of being an apprentice, they know the warrior code and all clan procedures off by heart, they can often be seen mouthing some of the words in ceremonies since they know them so well and are captivated by them, they can’t wait for the day that they receive their full name, 14/10

Carrotkit- A curious and energetic she-kit. Carrotkit is always zooming around camp, you have to watch your paws when she’s awake, she’s tripped up more warriors than her bemused parental figure/s can keep up with, but she doesn’t do this on purpose, and will always apologise with an alarmed squeak whenever she does trip someone up. Carrotkit is always sticking her nose into everything she can, she wants to know all about the world around her and she can’t wait until she is old enough to leave camp, she often fantasies about what is out there, 14/10

stickpaw has a mental breakdown and alderstar is uncomfertable

stickpaw was banging his head on the dirt by now screaming "I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU!" over and over.

he raised his head from the ground "your a monster and i freak and i i-" alderstar hissed despite himself "do you want to die kit !" he groweled unsheathing his claws and lashing his long tail.

stickpaw was crumpled on the ground barely holding himself up with his dull short claws. he panted then looked up again "r-remember when you got angry at my once. s-said if we where alive at the same time id be dead already." he snorted "l-like tanglepaw or some cat."

alderstar was uncomfortable but not nearly as disheveled as his apprentice.

"well we are here now. And your angry so do it already"

"kill me KILL ME ALDERSTAR I KNOW YOU WANT TO!"

He launched himself at the golden tom and clawed him in the face.

alderstar threw him backward with a blow to his right eyelid.

he hit a tree hard and started bleeding from his small nose.

alderstar was scared.

And he backed into the camp of the dark forest.

Shaking slightly even though he knew it was irrational.

*one rant about how dissapointing it is that stickpaw didnt kill anyone and how dumb his attempts at harm are later*

stickpaw was clawing at the ground "SHUT UP!" he screeched "i get it you are so cool and you killed like a billion cats but i cant get away with fighting enemy warriors because im STUPID! I GET IT" he growled. "I thought you would be nicer. cause you spent so long here with cats who love you and you have like three kits and everything is just fucking perfect in your life." he gazed up at the large cream tom.

his eyes were blue with almost black reddish pupils he had tufts of fur on his cheeks and tail. he was the cat every tom wanted to be.

to put it lightly stickpaw wasnt that. he had short fur with pathetic little tufts on his cheeks he was short and kinda pudgy his eyes are large and rectangular and his body was covered in thick short scars.

he was an apprentice and a small one at that. he didnt deserve to be in the dark forest.

and not in a good way.

theres like one cat in the dark forest who brings stickpaw to this place next to a small camp cats hang out in its a very large bush den and they sit together and calm down stickpaw after one of his weird meltdowns about how lonely he is and how much his paws hurt and how his family never loved him. that cat and him become pretty good friends after a while and they are like a parental figure to him

stickpaw had been wandering the dark forest for days and hadnt found another cat until now. he saw alderstar. great .the tom stared down at him as if wondering why he remembered the brown apprentice. stickpaw scuffed his paws on the cold earth."I was your apprentice." "Remember?" "yeah" alderstar meowed. "So what did you do to end up here?" stickpaw looked up grinning "well i bit off a guys toe and got peed on by rabbits and hit by a car and also the other cats didnt like me and"stickpaw paused a moment to breathe."So i ended up here because i was super bad thats what every cat said!" alderstar took a deep breath and looked at stickpaw like he wasnt about to tell the messed up apprentice how pathetic he was for not killing another cat.
