This step was not included in my workout today, but it was involved in my bonus move. @shaunt challenged the coaches in his exclusive test group to do 100 staggered pushups on each side of this step before our program launches on the 14th... Spoiler alert I failed. Pushups have bested me since the beginning of my fitness journey. I was able to do 10 pushups per side. But you know what? I'll come back again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. I bought a step the other day because I bought a TICKET! I’ll be headed to L.A., Vegas, Illinois, and Wisconsin this fall, just me. Added a minute to my #StepWorkout feeling pretty good and a little light headed #LOL I know it’s only 4mins but to go from not working out to trying to get healthy you gotta start small! We all have the freedom to spend it however we desire. When we want to say: “I don’t have the time,” rephrase that sentence to, “It’s not a priority” (because that’s what we really mean). . There are days I feel like I don’t have time/I don’t want to. But it’s hard to argue with a workout that is only 20 minutes long. Even on my busiest days, if I wrote everything I did down, I know I could find 20 minutes spent doing something that didn’t benefit me as much as this does. . Therefore, I challenge you.
