This step was not included in my workout today, but it was involved in my bonus move. @shaunt challenged the coaches in his exclusive test group to do 100 staggered pushups on each side of this step before our program launches on the 14th... Spoiler alert I failed. Pushups have bested me since the beginning of my fitness journey. I was able to do 10 pushups per side. But you know what? I'll come back again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.
