Random Grey's Anatomy Opinions (Part Four)

Arizona, Callie, Meredith, and Jo's short hair/bob eras were amazing, but Amelia's was so bad. Meredith's bangs era was also really bad, but Lexie's was really amazing (but then again, Lexie slayed in every hair era). Bailey and Maggie's season 19 hair styles were so pretty, and I bow down to the hair hair department for that. Simone's original curly hair was gorgeous, but I wasn't sure how to feel about her shorter and straighter hair, and I still have mixed feelings about it.

Even disregarding my dislike for Owen, Teddy's relationships with Koracick and Henry (say his name, Teddy!) were so much better and so much more compelling.

Eliza was not that bad of a character when she first started and people were definitely being so immature to her, but she did end up a really bad character (especially when she didn't tell anyone that Stephanie was missing).

Numerous dynamics that should've lezzed out at least once: Teddy & Cristina, Meredith & Cristina, Lexie & April, Addison & Meredith, April & Arizona, Cristina & Callie, Arizona & Herman, April & Cristina, Callie & Addison, Bailey & Addison, Jo & Stephanie, Lexie & Amelia.

Everyone guilt-tripping Meredith about leaving the hospital in season 18 was so immature and stupid because not only was it inconsiderate of Meredith's feelings, but it also indicated that the entire hospital would completely collapse without this one singular doctor.

Meredith is by no means the worst character, but she certainly isn't the best either.

While Amelia should've gotten to say goodbye to Derek and she had a right to be upset that she didn't get to, I can't really blame Meredith because her entire world turned on its axis and she was trying her hardest to keep herself together for her kids (and we all know Meredith is a constant mess on a good day).

In the early seasons, Izzie was a great, complex character (besides her really weird misogynistic hatred for Callie), but was quickly ruined when she slept with George and just went downhill after that.

Breaking up Winston and Maggie was a stupid decision because they were so cute, but I do understand that they had a lot of problems because Maggie and Winston did not really seem to know each other after their marriage.

Whenever the show brings out a new batch of interns, the show kind of shoots itself in the foot because it tries to balance the stories of the old cast and the new cast, but with more and more cast being accumulated, there's just not enough attention for the new members, so the general audience cares much less about them (there are exceptions with characters like Jo and Schmitt becoming fan favorites).

Die Frau war über 100 Stunden nach dem Erdbeben aus den Trümmern befreit worden. Die Rettungsarbeiten hatten aufgrund der schwierigen Lage der Verschütteten rund 50 Stunden gedauert. Leider war Zeynep in der darauffolgenden Nacht im Krankenhaus gestorben. Your couch never did suit the apartment you lived in. It was too nice looking and the colour didn't match the rest of the apartment, but it was the comfiest couch you'd ever been on.

It was also easy to fall asleep on accidently.

The clanging of keys in the lock only stirred you as you heard a chuckle.

"Since when did you sleep on the couch?"

"Ugh, what? Joey?" You murmured, sitting up with a grumble as Jo's eyes widened.

"Wow."

Jo's face had you pulling the blanket around you, heading to the bathroom to spot what Jo had seen in the mirror.

"Least you can hide that easily!" Jo called out as she heard you step into the shower.

"Why are you so chipper, Joey? Who'd you- oh, you got with Karev!" You realised, not even flinching as Jo walked into the bathroom, perching on the sink as you stood in the shower, washing your hair.

"How do you do that? How can you instantly tell-"

"I've been asking you the same question for years." You retorted, leaving Jo to pause.

"You're always more relaxed, that's how I can tell, you're less grumpy. Honestly, if you weren't covered in hickies, I'd think you volunteered for Carina DeLuca's study." Jo admitted, leaving you to snort.

"What? Did you?" Jo asked but you didn't answer.

"Y/n, have you spoken to Shepherd recently?" DeLuca enquired as he approached you at the OR board.

"No, she just gave me a really long hug before shift though, what's up?" You replied, turning away from the board to meet DeLuca's worried face.

"You're worried about something." You pointed out, watching as he fell into shock.

"How do you do that?" He murmured as you rolled your eyes.

"Your expression gave you away. You're worried about Shepherd." You paused, turning on your heel.

"Y/n! Wait!" DeLuca shouted but you were already running down the corridor.

"Not synthetic oxytocin, natural oxytocin, no-one is allergic to that." Carina explained, leaving Warren to ask how to do that.

"I assume she's referring to nipple stimulation. Uh, it can increase the body's natural levels of oxytocin." Arizona explained, biting her lip.

"Nope! I am not doing that!" Warren exclaimed, crinking up his brow at the idea.

"You wouldn't be the one doing it!" Arizona retorted at Warren's exclamation.

"Can we please go to lunch? Y/n, did you talk to Shepherd?" DeLuca asked, leaving you to walk over.

"Not yet, I've been running around looking for her." You replied, but Carina changed the conversation.

"Uh, I'm not talking about, uh, upstairs stimluation. I mean downstairs stimulation. With climax, of course." Carina replied, leaving DeLuca to facepalm as you bit your lip.

"Of course." "Of course." Warren and Arizona realised.

"I-I beg your pardon?" Webber added, leaving you to try step back from the conversation.

"Nope, if you have to hear this, so do I. Or at least take me with you, away from here." DeLuca whispered, leaving you to raise an eyebrow.

"T-the patient's water is already broken, so I don't think that anything should be, you know, going... going up there." Warren stated, leaving you to blink several times in response.

"Uh, okay, nothing needs to go 'up there'. There is a perfect little bundle of nerves on the outside, Doctor." Carina corrected Warren, pausing as you began to laugh at the looks on Webber's and DeLuca's faces.

"We're going to figure something else out. Thank you. Uh, Y/n, you can go find Shepherd now..." Arizona replied, noticing how you were barely holding in your amusement and slight embarrassment at the conversation topic.

"That's hours and hours of more unnecessary pain and risk of complications when the body has a built-in mechanism to speed this process along. It's no mistake God put the G-spot in the birth canal." Carina argued, watching everyone process what she just said.

"That's the first time I've ever heard those three things in the same sentence." Webber announced as you began to hurry away to find Shepherd.

"Oh my god." You murmured, not having yet processed that conversation in your head.

"What's going on?" You asked, bursting into the surgical imaging room that Amelia had paged you to.

"I need to talk to you..." Amelia began, pausing as she spotted the fear in your eye.

"DeLuca's worried, and I've been running around the hospital all day trying to find you-" Amelia cut you off by patting the chair next to her.

"You're scaring me..." You murmured as Amelia pressed a button on the remote, loading up a load of brain scans.

You were silent as your eyes flickered over the different scans, the different angles, processing what areas of the brain were affected and their functions.

"Are you dying?"

Your voice was low and watery as you forced yourself to look at Amelia and not the scans.

"It's a benign meningioma."

"You have a ten centimeter tumour in your frontal lobe!" You retorted, running your hands down your face before Amelia grabbed them.

"Hey, hey, I'm, I'm having it surgically removed. I mean, it's kind of hilarious, I'm a brain surgeon with a brain tumour-" Amelia's joke was cut off as you launched at her with a hug, your arms wrapped around her as you trembled.

"Please don't die. I, I don't want to lose you too." You murmured into Amelia's shoulder as she hugged you back, not a word leaving her mouth.

"I'm going to ask Alex to move back into the loft." Jo stated as she found you after shift.

"Uh, how?" You replied, raising an eyebrow as Jo revealed the homecoming sign she'd made.

"You're cheesy, you know that, right?" You replied, leaving Jo to giggle before she headed out.

"So, apparently clit stimulation can induce labour." You announced in between mouthfuls of mashed potatoes.

"W-what? Seriously?" Leah gasped, the spoonful of mashed potato she was eating now hovering in front of her as she realised what you'd said.

"Yeah, natural oxytocin." You replied, about to eat more mashed potato with you saw Leah's face.

"Why are you staring? Oh, maybe that wasn't the greatest after dinner conversation." You realised, leaving Leah to smirk.

"Not exactly for pillowtalk either." Leah replied, leaving you to roll your eyes and, leaning across the table to steal the spoonful of mashed potatoes Leah hadn't eaten.

"Are you worried about Shepherd?" Leah whispered, feeling you shuffle around in bed.

"I'm scared. Everyone leaves me, one way or another." You whispered back, feeling Leah's fingers dance on your collarbone before she pulled you into a hug.

A sigh left your lips as you rested your forehead on her shoulder, eyes closing as you nodded off to sleep.

I am a full time student. Fic requests may take some time to happen, but I’ll do my best to always get to them.

Send as many requests as you want to! Don’t worry that it’ll stress me out—I am chaotic as hell and love to work on a bunch of things at once.

Always tell me if you want a fic to have smut if you want smut in it. Occasionally, I’ll see a prompt and can figure that out on my own, but, even with those, I tend to write a sfw response as well as an nsfw response. I am perfectly fine writing M/E fics, but I don’t want to assume that somebody wants nsfw.

There are a few things I won’t write, but I’ll just respond to the ask and say so if necessary.

Specifying genre/rating can be super beneficial to me when filling requests, so feel free to add a specific rating you have in mind or things like “I’d like this story to have a lot of angst”

If you have any triggers that you don’t want to read about and worry might happen in a prompt fill, please let me know. I have anon/private messages turned on, and I don’t want to ever do anything to trigger anybody. This goes for my blog/my AO3 account in general: I will tag anything that people want tagged, no questions asked.

Die Kombination des Panels macht es ja sowieso nochmal ganz besonders.
