A.k.a. my Sims game

It all started with Discord. I made a comment on how it would be a really funny show if all of the Domhnall characters just lived together in one house. And my friend @lessdenied said “This sounds like a Sims scenario waiting to happen.” And I was like I have Sims so why not?

Armitage Hux

Hux owns the House along side Thomas and Lives in the master Suite on the third floor, which of course contains his famed ice blue couch

Thomas McGregor

Thomas owns the house along side Hux and has a private suite on the first floor that directly connects to the garden

Stensland lives on the second floor with his roomate Techie. His room is quite the hangout spot because of his vintage TV, Jukebox, and other “substances”——————————————————————————————

Bill Weasley

Bill has his own room on the second floor filled with memorabilia from his days at Hogwarts and his family back in the wizarding world. Yes he does have magic and yes he was attacked by a werewolf (though not actually in game, just in the lore)

Tim has a room on the third floor, with a closet big enough to stand in, and come out of (had to make the joke). In Lore he can time travel. Every time I have to go back to an old save of the game that is Tim using his powers in the narrative ——————————————————————————————

Ash Starmer (Android Version)

Since it’s kind of strange to have an android of your dead friend he decided to live in the basement. But he still hangs out with the rest of the household (no he’s not actually an android in game I have no clue how I would do that or if there is even a way) ——————————————————————————————

Techie

Not wanting to sleep alone they have a cozy corner in stenslands room filled with all the tech and cozy fairy lights they desire ——————————————————————————————

Thomas Burberry

he was not added in with the original group but added a few days later so I am still introducing him here

Not much is known about him and he likes to keep his space so he lives by himself in a separate building attached to the main house. Though he ends up spending most of his time in the main house anyway. He did not move in with the initial group but was invited shortly after by mutual friends

Also btw NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS ARE RELATED ———————————————————————— IMPORTANT:

I am not looking for criticism about how I make my Sims or what traits I should have used instead. I tried to make them as accurate as I could with the limited sims making skills and CC that I had while also not making them ugly. You’re welcome to have your own opinions I just kindly ask you refrain from sharing them. A few of these Sims especially those not in the main house were made quickly and simply edited off of ones found on the gallery (none of these were) as I valued the story more than how good the characters looked, so if you think the character looks bad chances are I do too, but I’d rather it not be pointed out. Unless you are suggesting CC for me to download, please do not advise me on how to better make Sims.

Episode 1

Working out the kinks

(I did not start taking photos and videos till later on so I don’t really have any photos for this one. Also just for clarification if I say Thomas I mean Thomas McGregor if I’m talking about Thomas Burberry I will say Thomas Burberry)

Starting off with a good start I loaded up the game and suddenly Hux and Thomas were extremely uncomfortable and moody. I tried to get them feeling better but nothing worked. Then I saw the notification

HUX AND THOMAS WERE ON THEIR PERIODS?!

(yes they’re still guys)

Apparently one of the mods I had installed (still don’t know which) gave the sims the ability to have menstrual cycles?! Took me forever to figure out how to shut it off and it kept telling me to give them pads but the pads didn’t work because mod glitches I guess 😭

anyway it’s off now, so crisis averted. Don’t even remember how I shut it off.

But the glitches weren’t over because than techie’s pants randomly glitched off. Glitches will be a common theme.

Then stensland cut his face. And followed it up with giving himself a pep talk in the mirror which I suppose for Stens is pretty accurate

Then Thomas put makeup on and was waking around with bright blue eyeshadow and red lipstick

basically, I took this first day as an experiment to see which mods I needed to remove and which ones I should keep.

and this was all fun, the Sims doing random strange things. But as much, it was entertaining to sit there and watch at first, things started to slow down and get boring, but sometimes you just need to add a little something to get the drama really going. And that’s when the neighbors moved in.
