Nascent Pipe & Tubes is one of the prominent stockiest and distFlangesutor of quality Nickel Alloy 200 Fasteners (Washers), which can be used in pressure vessel construction up to 300 Degree C. Nickel 200 Flat Washers is age – hardenable Cu – Ni casting alloys with additions of aluminium, chromium or beryllium must also be mentioned. Nickel 200 Lock Washer with 2 % Al can be used in the as – cast state or age – hardened, where the largest increase of strength is achieved by adding beryllium – after age hardening.

An alloy of this type, such as Nickel 200 Sealing Washers, is already in use for seawater applications. Nickel 200 Split Washer are high – strength age – hardenable Cu – Ni casting alloys containing up to 6 % tin, usually with further additions such as lead and zinc.

Today, was a full day of cleaning and setup, as well as a bit of smelting. Smelting down old spent bullet shells we had lying around. Its kind of recycling... We also spent a good chunck of the day focused on cleaning up winter's production, preparing for more video production, and shot a few videos of the casting, unfortunately, all we got was the second pour which was mostly slag.
