like the thing is this and kfp3 arent Bad movies (shrek 3 literally was dontcare talk 2 the hand) theyre just like. idk. annoying sequels
#bc a second movie has to change the status quo its like Yeah that makes sense so it isnt repetitive. but when the third movie changes the#status quo THATS repetitive. so theres no winning#i dont think all trilogys are bad or that stories should only be told in like 2 movies#i just think you haveee to write the story to be a 3 part story#you cant judt. make a new story for each movie it has 2 carry over.. at least in my opinion#i just feel like trilogys work best wgen theyre planned to be trilogys from the beginning. and not like#the firsr and sexond mvoies were successful so lets mkae more#bc idk. i think you cn do a second movie like thar and theyre often good. often even better than the original#(i prefer httyd1 but i like kfp2 and shrek 2 a lot.. idk if i prefer kfp2 over kfp but i do like it)#(i also liked httyd2 kbvi ^-^)#but like.by the third movie its like We get it. you cant keep going And rhere was a happy ending.. and then open ANOTHER movie with BUT#IDK. its weird
