Samus would be so cool to see in Mario Kart.  The Zero suit or her power armor could easily be made into a more standard racing suit, and any of her gunships would be really neat cart bodies.  My vote is for the Thrush Eterna from the Prime series, although a Chozo Statue style bike body would also be cool.

If it's alright with you, I'd like to suggest Lark from Pilotwings, Angelique Noir from Style Savvy, and Mike Jones from StarTropics.

The truth is, I've actually got a LOT more Nintendo characters that I'd be willing to suggest to you, but I imagine you don't want to be overwhelmed with such a large amount.

I’ll put them on the list for tournament 3 then. Full submissions will come…about a month after this one ends, maybe sooner depending on how I feel

StarTropics was fantastic and I have the biggest soft spot for obscure retro characters. At bare minimum I want Startropics music in the game somewhere, that cave theme is so freaking catchy.

Hey! Having a passion for the startropics games I am currently developing and making a game that is heavily inspired by the games, sort of a love letter to the series if you will. Hey, I thought I’d share a few commissions I did recently! On the left is Mike Jones and Princess Mica from Startropics, a game that I’ve never played; and on the right is Emil from Nier, which is one of my favourite games of all time (but please don’t spoil the sequel for me, I haven’t had a chance to play it yet).
