good evening I am once again looking up 18th century men's shirt tutorials online
#PERHAPS FOR REAL THIS TIME. I WILL MAKE A COOL PIRATE SHIRT TO WEAR.#ROTISSERIE SHITHEAD HERE I COME#the thing is I KNOW I would wear it because I have a 'pirate shirt' I bought off amazon I've built some outfits around#but I lowkey hate that shirt agdjfjsk the neck and collar situation is... bizarre.... and imo unflattering#where a normal functional shirt collar would look you know... normal#also the fabric is THINNN so if I wanna wear something open over it I also need something else under it and ugh#the trouble as always is just motivation... but the alternative is buying things and I'm scared of spending money#if I could get my feet under me to start sewing that'd be really great for a lot of reasons#not the least of which being I could have CLOTHES. that FIT. and that I LIKE#starting with THRIFT STORE BEDSHEET PIRATE SHIRTS to wear with COOL VESTS and look like a GAY LITTLE PRINCE or perhaps ECCENTRIC WIZARD#or at the very least sarah from labyrinth#about me
