Trees, would it be olive trees (which I also have a drawing of) or fig ones are important in Palestine. Just like in other countries, they provide shade, fresh air and produce. But in Palestine, they are also a symbol of resistance - as long as family's tree is growing, they are growing too; as long as the tree is alive, they are alive too.

When Israeli occupiers takes Palestinian's homes that they've built over multiple generations, they take their trees that they groomed too. When IOF drops bombs on civilians, they take trees with them. They uproot the trees, they burn them - because those trees remind them of people they've killed and whose land they have taken.

It seems like the world is slowly growing numb to cries for help; it seems like people are closing their eyes and covering their ears to not see the Palestinian blood on their screens, to not hear them scream. And Israel sees that and continues it's aggression on Lebanon. After all, if they can get away with a year (76 years) of genocide, why not start another one?

I have spotlighted one fundraiser, for Falastin's family evacuation funds from Gaza that she organized in late June - it is still very far away from it's goal.

Do you think buddie was meant to go canon in S4, how do you think they would have done it?

I fully believe that buddie was intended to go canon in early s5 after eddie was shot. there was so much surrounding buck’s reaction to eddie being shot, eddie only focusing on making sure buck wasn’t also hurt, buck breaking down in front of chris, the discussion of the will…. they set up those building blocks to showcase that there was something deeper there with buck and eddie and then……. season 5 happened bc KR took over (FOX also had to do with the decision as well but…) but i think Tim was trying to intentionally write them into a corner but was moved to LS before he could ever get there himself.

I think s5 would have started out with eddie having the same realizations about not wanting to be with ana, and that it would lead to him reexamining his feelings for buck when buck would have been the one to comfort him through it. I think this version of s5 taylor would have noticed buck’s dedication to eddie and had a heary to heart with him about how he needs to be true to himself, and we would have gotten buck accepting his feelings (i also hc that in this timeline, buck knew he was bi already he just never felt the need to bring it up) and he and taylor would part ways as friends (taylor wouldn’t fuck everything up in this universe either) and buck would want ti confront his feelings, but before he got the chance to, eddie would leave the 118. buck would view this as eddie leaving him behind and not face the music. they would follow a similar path of canon s5 leading up to the big PTSD breakdown in 5x13 where buck would go to eddie’s when chris called. we would see buck immediately fall into place to take care of eddie (just like in canon) and it would lead to plenty of moments where they are just on the edge of something but never cross the line. they continue to dance around each other; buck saying he wants to give eddie some time to breath post-breakdown, eddie saying he doesn’t want buck to rush into a relationship after taylor (obviously not knowing the bereakup was bc of his feelings for eddie) and then finally in 5x18 while eddie and may are having their simultaneous arcs of what comes next, they would have a heart to heart where may would tell eddie he needs to stop waiting around and go after what makes him happy— this would lead to an emotional confession scene at hen and karen’s vow renewal where eddie would tell buck exactly how he feels, and buck, in lieu of a reply, kisses eddie and that would be how s5 ended, ushering buddie canon in s6 where we see them stumble, the whole wack-ass donor plotline would go away bc eddie would be there to talk some sense into buck, eddie would tell the buckley parents to fuck off, buck would still get struck by lightning and eddie would grapple with the idea of losing someone else (to give that shannon angst another stroke), we still get the poker date where it’s still a fluffy buddie moment, buck would continue recovering but he and eddie would grow distant bc buck would have similar post-lightning strike stress about not knowing what to feel, and eddie sould be repressing his emotions about it— lead to some angst with natalia flirting w buck, buck being flattered at someone not treating him like a living corpse, eddie getting pissed st this woman for thinking buck’s death is “cool” and thinking that buck might leave him for natalia, they have a mini (VERY mini) devorce era 2.0 that would get resolved during the freeway collapse and s6 would end with a bathena parallel of them getting secret married. then s7 would have been completely different bc we would have no racist man, no weird nun storyline, no doppelgänger bullshit, etc. We would get some secretly married buddie, possibly some more discussions of catholic guilt bc eddie doesn’t know if he’s ready to come out to his parents yet, eddie would come out to them and they would react badly, and s7 would end w ramon and helena starting a custody battle w buck and eddie over christopher.

yes i basically just rewrote the entirety of s5-7 but we deserved better than what we got from each of those seasons so 🤷🤷 if the creators won’t fo it themselves, someone has to.

Well more like attempted kidnapper.

It all started when you and were sent on mission to an abandoned building, they suspected a special grade curse in there holding a few people hostage.

You managed to get all hostages out of the building but one, it was a risk but you had to make sure that if anyone died it was the curse or you. You fought and did kill the curse, helping the last hostage out of the building yourself.

You sighed and sat on a bench out side waiting to gather enough strength to walk home. It was then you felt a shadow Infront of you.

"Oh hey, are you okay? There is medical assistance over near that car there if your injured, maybe you should just get checked out instead."

"I-I'm okay. Look, I just wanted to thank you , I really thought I was going to die back there and if it weren't for you then I wouldn't be here right now."

Coming down from your adrenalin you took a closer look at the guy. He was slim and taller then you, but he looked weak like he hadn't eaten in days. That may as well have been the case; he could have been stuck there for days before they found the curses precense.

"Eh don't worry 'bout it, it's my job. And take this." You said tossing him a snack you had in your pocket.

He caught it and smiled at you.

With that you smiled back and began to walk back. As you walked you thought you felt an odd presence, not cursed energy but something else lingering on your skin.

It was probably nothing just you being tired...

As soon as you got back to the dorms you went straight to Megumi, your beloved boyfriend, who spent the rest of the night with you curled up next to him in his bed while playing with your hair.

You wake up to see Megumi getting dressed. That's right now it's Megumi's turn.

"Wait gumi, gimmie a sec and I'll go with you" you mumbled half asleep.

"No y/n today you should sleep in, not like Gojo is going to teach any classes anyway." He said sitting on the edge of the bed to tie his shoes.

"Just rest today okay? We'll talk when I get back." With that he walked out the door and you heard it lock behind him.

You had to admit it was nice to get some rest in.

After waking up late to class you were walking around the field yourself, waiting for everyone to show up for training. You felt you phone go off in your hand showing that you had a message.

Who was the guy this morning?

It was such a random message and when you inspected it further and saw that it was from an unknown number.

You nervously paced around in circles before you brought your thoughts together. Worst case sanario you get worked up and it was just a bad prank by Nobora and you'd have to beat her in your training session.

Is he your boyfriend?

No, you refuse to play along. For now you would just ignore the number.

Why won't you answer me?

"Y/N!" Nobora shouted getting your attention. You saw her and everyone else walk toward the field smiling.

So it was a joke.

Why were you so nervous, are those your friends?

But no one in the group was holding a phone...

You decided to forget about it, you were safe now that you were with people.

Teaning ended and you walked back to rhe dorms with everyone else before taking a shower and getting dressed.

You almost screamed before you heard Megumi on the other side.

"Y/n are you in there? I lost my keys on a mission."

You sighed in relife, finally you could be safe. You opened the door to see Megumi looking at you worriedly.

"Did something happen?" he questioned.

"Uh no? Anyway Megumi what about our mission this afternoon?"

"Yeah we'll leave for that soon, just give me 15 minutes."

You were glad you had Megumi on the mission kr it would ahem taken way longer. The vast part was probably the fact you got to go back to the dorms together.

"I'll go do a final check and then tell ichiji were done here." Megumi said gutting up from his spot next to you leaving you a water bottle that you were grateful for.

You were exhausted now, closing your eyes you listened to the breeze pushing the trees around. It was harmonic making you close your eyes and drift off for a moment.

A sting ran down your neck as you felt something poke it...hard. you sat up headooking side to side. You almost punched someone in the face when you realised there was a guy next to you.

"Hey y/n. Remember me? I was just wondering if you had anything going on with that other guy."

"What? Who are you?" Your thoughts become clearer and you did recognise the guy, it was the hostage you saved the other day.

"Oh you, you scared me." You went down to reach your water bottle before he handed it to you smiling.

"Yeah, so who is that guy your always with?"

"My boyfriend, Megumi? How do you know I'm always with him? I haven't seen you around since the abandoned building."

"I know. But I've seen you alot."

A shiver ran down your spine when you realised this guy is probably trouble.

"I think I need to leave now" you said standing up before falling to your knees.

What was going on. You looked at the bench before seeing two water bottles, you drank out of one that didn't have the same label as the one Megumi gave you.

Shit.

Your body felt heavy and it became harder to move, the guy got on his knees infront of you.

He put his hand under your chin getting a better look at your face, eyes almost closed.

"You don't deserve all that's happening to you, or that rat your dating. He dosent appreciate you the way I do."

"N...no" you mumbled as he got behind you and tied your hands painful tight.

"Don't worry, you'll never have to see him again."

"Meh...megu"

He threw you over his shoulder and walked toward the forest, your head was strong enough to hopelessly watch as the bench got further away.

You couldn't stay awake much longer, you were trapped panicking in your unresponsive body. All you could do was close your eyes as he carried you away.

A line of light slipped past he blinds as your eyes started to open. Your mind went straight back to the moment you were knocked out and immediately you sat up ready to fight. You took quick shallow breaths as you heard foot steps down the hall getting closer. Eventually the door creaked slowly before you shot up and kicked it closed hard sending g the person on the otherside into the wall.

"STAY AWAY FROM ME!" You yelled through the door.

"Y/n? Calm down okay, your safe now, it's me Megumi. Your in your dorm room see? Look around." The muffled voice said on the other side.

Not even hesitating you opened the door at the sound of his voice and wrapped your arms tightly around his chest.

"Megumi I was scared, I didn't want to leave. I didn't know how but I think he dugged me and-"

You started to sob into his chest as he embraced you back.

"It's okay now, I would never let you go. From now on if anything happens ir scares you I'll be here okay?" He whispered softly in your ear.

Just as you were being carried away Megumi came back, he summoned he demon dogs to track your scent before he found the guy a nearly beat him to death. He picked your unconscious body up, wiping a tear off your cheek before carrying you back to the car like you were as fragile as glass. He laid your head on his shoulder and pushed strands of hair out of your face.

He won't admit it to you but he nearly cried when you didn't respond to his words.

"I'll never let you go."

You nodded as he picked you up and carried you onto your bed, tracing circles on your back and pressing kisses to your head.

Unseen Parent Redemptions and Retconned Characters

So... before season 7, parent redemptions were ALWAYS INCLUDED in the episodes. Hen had a conversation with her mother, Toni in season 4, Eddie had a conversation with his father, Ramon in season 5 and Athena had a conversation with her mother, Beatrice in season 6. Their redemptions were earned after talking to their children and ironing out the details of what went wrong and the audience saw it but something happened and most of it did when KR took over as showrunner. Now horrible parents like Helena Diaz, Sang Han, Margaret and Phillip Buckley and Shannon Diaz have all been retconned and appear to be completely unrecognizable.

In season 7 they had Eddie fawning over and acting completely delusional regarding the truth about his relationship with Shannon. She left Chris for almost 2 years but Eddie magically couldn't remember any of the things she did. He had this idealized bull$hit version of her and NO ONE told him it wasn't true. He didn't remember any of the bad stuff and the season ended with him still believing everything was his fault.

Helena Diaz was horrible to Eddie in 2x18 and during his flashbacks in 3x15 but now RG is saying Eddie has reconciled with both of his parents but reminder the audience only saw the reconciliation with Ramon and not one with Helena. She's the one who told him, "Don't drag him down with you Eddie". And she wanted him to leave Chris with her and apparently Eddie was so delusional about Shannon in season 7 that he just let Chris go with his parents. Reminder, one of the reasons Eddie put Buck is his will was so Chris WOULDN'T GO TO HIS PARENTS IF EDDIE DIED.

Then there are the Buckley parents and they just showed up in season 6 like f~cking pod people acting all nice and $hit. WTF is going on? Why can't they just show what happened between them and Buck especially after the way they treated him? Now Buck is all cool with their issues even though he begged them to love him anyway.

Sang Han wasn't any better because Albert's mother guilt tripped Chimney into believing he was wrong when Sang was the one who treated Albert better than Chimney and he abandoned him too. Mrs. Lee told Chimney his father was an ass in 2x12. But Chimney just forgave him without taking Hen's advice in season 6.

Finally, don't even get me started on what RG said about Marisol. Neither Eddie nor the audience knew her last name and by the end of season 7, he didn't even want to have sex with her so how was Eddie supposedly seeing a life and a future with her?

None of this makes any sense and it's like the mains are acting OOC even more. They aren't showing the things that are happening and it's retconning characters who don't deserve it because they didn't show the redemption.

Do the writer's even watch the previous seasons before they write these episodes because this is BS?

The truth is some parents are $hitty and they can be forgiven but the BS they did shouldn't be forgotten. What's the deal with 9-1-1 poorly portraying parents like that? Seems like someone's pushing an agenda and they want everyone to do what they did by blindly forgiving their parents but it's perfectly OK to hold parents accountable for their bad actions.

I am still so incredibly confused by the lore adventure we went on today.

Code Flippa lead bbh, Max, and Aypierre back into the maze to the one blocked off hallway to find it transformed with black concrete that lead to a cucurucho puzzle, Dapper’s hat, and Bbh’s plane ticket.

Parts of it looked Federation built while others certainly were not. Could this have been created/sponsored by the dark cucurucho?

Ok ok. We discovered the maze when an unknown entity delivered the coords to Tubbo, Slime, and Roier via black concrete. The maze is some kind of abandoned federation facility. It seems that light cucurucho can’t go in meanwhile dark cucurucho is living down there somehow. Then the “space ship” appears and all the eggs start leaving messages with black concrete as if their dimension was leaving traces on this world through the contact. Then code Flippa leads the gang into the maze to find it also corrupted. The message they received about protocol AB was glitchy and the books they found were distinctly not the cururuchos we are familiar with. The cucurucho puzzle’s answer was a cheerleader pin up of cucurucho that lead to black, red, and white dice, Bad’s plane ticket and Dapper’s top hat.

Ok. Theory time, I’m gonna grasp at straws and try to piece things together XD

The structure that appeared is a conduit between the dimensions. It allows the other world to affect this one easier. Where ever this world is is the origins of the code entities. Dark cucurucho is connected to this other world somehow kr has some influence there. We know the codes original goal was to make everyone leave the island. What if this other dimension is a prison/garbage disposal of the federation’s failed experiments?

Luzu’s computer was a link in the beginning that allowed first contact to be made and the first code to cross over. Luzu’s computer was eventually destroyed (by the federation?) and the code lost its form/began to decay (i don’t remember the timeline here). The federation claimed to have some kind of power over the codes and promised they wouldn’t be a problem during the election cycle which makes sense if they are failed experiments. They might have partial control, just enough to neuter them temporarily, as it took a while before the codes attacked again - and when they did they took a new approach.

The codes took the form of the eggs and attacked the presidential candidates. If they want to make the islanders leave/resist the federation so they don’t wind up as more failed experiments then it makes sense the codes would try to kill the candidates. They would want to stop the election from happening because that means the islanders will be even more trapped/less likely to leave.

After the election they turned their focus entirely into Etoiles and getting the code sword and shield. Maybe there is something within this dimension that is incredibly powerful - an old experiment that the federation created this dimension to imprison - that is trying to get out. While in the dimension, nothing can die as this dimension is entirely in code. That’s why the eggs are safe there, why they haven’t needed any tasks done, why their life cycle has paused - because they aren’t corporeal, they’ve been reduced to code and are thus untouchable. The binary entities have been in this dimension for so long they no longer remember what they used to look like.

However, have u noticed that once the codes got one sword, they’ve been able to duplicate them infinitely? Maybe that’s why they wanted the shield back from Etoiles. Within this other world, the codes can create more of those items. Maybe they were using Etoiles to train themselves so that when this powerful experiment breaks free they’ll be able to destroy it? Maybe they were training Etoiles so he’d be able to destroy it? Maybe they are duplicating the op sword and shield so the islanders will be able to kill it? Idk

I got a little side tracked so let’s get back to the maze. The codes have a vested interest in the players Lear ing about this entity if it’s going to break free. Whoever is on the other side brought Tubbo and crew to the maze (was it dark cucurucho?) Within the maze they discovered the transmission confirming that the federation knows why the eggs ran away. Dark cucurucho showed them the wheel and the egg items but we still have no clue what that was. Perhaps this is dark cucurucho’s job, to keep the federation’s mistakes forgotten and it is preparing the players for when the fed’s mistake breaks free via its influence in this other dimension.

Then today we have code Flippa bring us to a part of the maze I think was built/hijacked directly by dark cucurucho. It was a distinctly federation structure that had been renovated with darker colors and black concrete and the books were a scary kind of playful. The cururucho maze makes sense because the dark cucurucho is mocking light cucurucho. Maybe this dark cucurucho is tired of cleaning up after the federation or despises the other cucuruchos because it’s forced to live in the sewers cleaning up their shit.

It knows bbh, what he’s capable of, so it brought him here via code assistance to show him a piece of his past he doesn’t remember. It wants to tear down the federation just like the islanders so it is spreading all the federations dirty laundry for the islanders to see. First confirmation that the federation knows why the eggs left and now bbh’s past visit to the island he doesn’t remember. Maybe dark cucurucho is even aiding in bringing the fed’s monster back so it can destroy the fed itself.

I have no clue I feel like I’m still as confused as when I started writing this XD tell me ur thoughts and theories cuz I’m at a loss lol

Krs wakes up as Cale and doesn't quite understand, but by the end he figures out that he's always been in love w alver !! Like the slow burn understanding where he figures it out and doesn't know when he fell in love because being together feels so natural and stuff

I'll probably start writing it later this year or SMTH? I have other ones that are further along and the ongoing ones to update fkslfkdf

"C'mon Cale!" The avian prince called out to him, "let's go!"

Cale gazed at Alver's outreached hand, listening to the rushing of air with each flap of the wing.

"Fine…" He began to flap his own wings, moving them in large swooping motions to bring himself up into the air.

Alver's taken him far up high in the sky, high enough that it's only the pastel painted skies surrounding them. Cotton-like clouds with their soft edges reflecting the colors of the sky drift below them as slow as snails.

"Ready?" Cale turns to look at Alver, confused as to what the other boy meant.

His confusion must have been visible because the prince began to laugh, his lips forming a fond smile.

"We'll do a countdown," Alver says, carefully taking Cale's hand into his, "and then we fall."

Was this boy insane? Cales face morphed with disbelief, his brows furrowing deeply, "What do you mean fall?"

"It's just as I said," Alver's eyes match the blue of the vast skies, as honest as ever, "we'll stop moving our wings, and we'll fall."

The magic device was still clamped around his bicep, leaving him in his disguise. It's a beautiful armlet with golden leaves curling around the entire piece. Alver's hand is warm around his, gentle and reassuring as he waits for Cale's reply.

"You're crazy," Cale scowls, not pulling away from the grip.

A bark of laughter comes from the prince, breathy and free, "Maybe I am."

(There's something in Alver's eyes that Cale can't quite understand.

They're honeyed and fond, he comes to learn later on).

To that, Cale gives him a deadpan stare, which pulls another delightful round of laughter from the blond.

"Trust me," Alver's voice is soft as he squeezes Cale's hand lightly, "I'll fall with you, promise I won't let go."

"...Alright," Cale finally gives in. He closes his eyes, cutting his own world off from the blooming colors around him in an attempt to shield himself from the fear.

They're still flying, but he knows what should be coming next. He anticipates the drop, his heart starting to pump faster at the mere thought. Alver never lets go though, instead, he holds Cale's hand tighter as if to remind the red head that he was still there.

"Ready?" The prince asks. A stupid question, really, because Cale doesn't think he would ever be ready.

Before he could give a response, Cale's body begins to tip as he's dragged down by the weight of the other boy. The muscles of his wings strained in their desperate attempt to keep them both in the air.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FUCKING COUNTDOWN, YOU LIAR OF A PRINCE?" Cale cursed him out internally.

"It's okay!" Alver shouts, grabbing Cale's other hand, "I would never let anything happen to you."

And so, Cale stops, allowing gravity to take them both back to Earth. It takes everything in him to hold back the instinct to try to stop the fall, but he manages. Something within him wanted to trust Alver.

His heart floats up to his throat, sending his blood rushing to his ears. He squeezes his eyes shut when he feels the wind shift differently around him. It's loud- the air ripping around them in their descent.

"OPEN YOUR EYES!" Alver calls out to him, warm hands held in a death grip in Cale's.

Hesitantly, Cale cracks open one eye and then the other. All of the anxiety melted away into awe as he took in the world around him. Shades of tangerines, apricots, and corals take over the vast blue that once was. Baby pinks dance along the edge of the remaining blue to create splotches of lilac and lavender. The assortment of colors make the blue of Alver's eyes deeper.

"Ready?" The blond smiles at him.

"Okay."

Cale watches intently as Alver shifts one of his wings, sending them both into a downwards spiral. Only this time, fear isn't what comes with the change. A giddy exhilaration comes instead, filling his lungs until he's breathless.

(Alver wishes he could have recorded this moment because Cale is laughing. With eyes full of wonder and an open mouth smile across his face. Cale's laughter is filled with a contagious joy that has Alver's cheeks hurting from how hard he smiles in return).

Cale falls in love with the triumphant feeling flying brought him, understanding why Icarus had laughed as he plummeted towards the open arms of the ground.

I'm not sure who to ask, but you always seem happy to answer questions, so I'm sending this your way.

I'm "newish" to the fandom. Never really kept up with spoilers and metas and things like that. So, I'm curious if you could tell me: Has the buddie speculation always been like this? Like, it just seems like the people promoting the show are really pushing thoughts to connect to Buddie happening.

And it's fun and exciting. Don't get me wrong, but I guess I'm just wondering how prepared I should be to not get my hopes up?

I'm so sorry its taken so long to get round to answering this ask. I am always happy to answer asks and I'm so glad you sent this my way - even if I'm not sure if I'm the best person to answer it!

firstly welcome to the fandom - I hope you enjoy being a part of it with us!

in answer to your actual question, it depends on if you mean the promo team or if you mean the teams making the show - as in the script writers, set, props and wardrobe departments etc.

If you mean the former, things in terms of promotion aren't really that much different from pre season 6, we've had a bit more from cast members other than Oliver this season than last (they let Ryan out of his cage a little bit for starters!!) , but its not really been that much different to before.

If you are talking about the teams making the show then yes they have stepped up their game considerably this season. A lot of people rat on Kristen Riedel as showrunner, which I think is grossly unfair -things might've been a bit bumpy in transition when she took over -(I personally think she tried to take too much on by writing, directing and being showrunner, but she realised this and stepped back in order to do right by the show and that says a huge amount about her) but actually we are getting a lot more tying up of loose ends and making use of things in canon that wouldn't have happened under Tim - KR is a master of making use of what canon has already put in place to build on the story and flesh out characters far more than we see in a lot of shows.

It is important to note that the showrunner has final say about pretty much everything that we see on screen, about what is being put out there - if KR didn't want the step up in buddie related metaphors such as the couch then we wouldn't be seeing it on our screens so the fact we are seeing it is telling and there really isn't any other way to read it other than the intention is there from the show for Buddie to go canon - slow burns are just that a slow burn - we're not going to get it all given to us in 2 episodes - that would be a diservice to the characters and to the work the show has been doing. They started the build up for this at the beginning of season 3 (I remain convinced that it wasn't part of the plan in season 2, just a happy accident that they decided to play around with a bit in the later part of the season to see if it had legs or if it was just a bit of a flash in the pan) and there has been a very purposeful build up since then.

KR and the PR department are not going to explicitly say 'oh yes Buck and Eddie are endgame' in interviews - that would spoil the journey and they are never going to do that. I keep saying it , and others do to, Buddie going canon is huge - it will literally be the first queer romance slow burn on television that has been done with intent and given the same amount of care and consideration as a heterosexual slow burn on any other show and there is absolutely no way they are going to ruin the build up or the moment it happens - they want us to be kept guessing until it happens - that is good storytelling, they want us to still be surprised when it happens because even if we know its going to happen we don't know how or exactly when.

This show is incredibly good at taking us in one direction before changing tack and misdirecting us for a little bit. None of us were quite prepared for just how badly Buck was going to deal with his Everest sized mountain of trauma -we knew he was traumatised and we knew he needed to deal with it, but not a single person saw just how badly it was going to play out (or how much it was going to hurt us when it happened), but we do know that the show likes happy endings and likes to show healing so however bad it might be right now, Buck will come out the other side a better person who has had some major growth and ready - ready for Buddie canon - because he wasn't there yet - we all knew that!

I am totally prepared to be wrong, and feel free to come at me with knives if I am, but there has been too much intentional build up this season (and even last season which was building us up to where we are now as well) for things to go in any direction other than Buddie - we just have to trust the show and the process and enjoy the ride because I have no doubt its gonna throw us another curveball or two on the way but when we get there its going to just be so epically good!

Luck Runs Out Part 8

Once they stepped through Leo pulled his phone out and texted Casey, he figured he'd be either in Donnie's lab again or in his room which he'd been given recently. He was in a room before but this one had been cleared out to be his room from now on, a few months ago since he hadn't vanished once everything else was all over they started making more permanent arrangements for him. "I'm gonna go find Casey alright, do you want to come with or do you wanna go find Mikey?" Usagi gave Leos hand a little squeeze, "I'll go with you, I'd like to hear about what you saw." Leo nodded a little and looked back at his phone, Casey had indeed been in Donnie's lab but agreed to meet Leo and Usagi in his room.

They headed over, pulling the dark grey fabric curtain back and heading into the room. Casey was there organizing something on a self, he turned around and gave a little wave, "Hey guys, what did you wanna see me about? If it's about the toaster I already fixed it I swear-"

"The what-? No, Casey no, I- Wait what did you do to the toaster??"

"What Leo means, is he had a sort of, vision? Of something he was hoping you knew about."

"A vision huh..? Well our Leo never really had visions, that was usually Raph's thing..? What did you see?" He went over to an old couch he'd dragged into his room with Leos help a few weeks ago, and sat on the edge inviting the other two over to sit with him. "Hold the phone- Raph has vision powers?? What???" Casey shrugged, "Yeah? I mean he was the oldest so his intuition had been unconsciously trained since he was a kid, you couldn't do anything in the HQ without master Raphael knowing about it haha, and then later when.. When he was no longer in his physical body Donatello had put a whole ton of tech inside him to help analyze all the attack patterns and formations to predict the Kr- Their next moves."

They both sat down, with Leo in the middle as he started to talk about what he saw. "That's insane- But, okay back to what I saw. I don't think I'd really call it a 'vision' really but, it felt so real, like I was really there. In some.. Nightmarish apocalypse, New York had been torn down to the ground, the sky was the color of like, a hazy sunset, but it never got any darker. And I had a different prosthetic that was like, bigger and darker green with red accents-"

"Holy shit-"

"..Casey?"

"You saw the future-"

"THAT'S WHAT THE FUTURE LOOKS LIKE???"

Casey pressed his lips into a thin line and slowly nodded, "Were there bodies around you Leo..?" Leo looked forward, "Everywhere." He couldn't look at anyone as he admitted to seeing the worst possible outcome. "And the blood..?" Casey asked again, looking down at his hands that were fidgeting in his lap. "Black as night." Leo said back. Usagi glanced between the two, unsure if there was anything he could do but listen. Leo took a breath and looked over at Casey, "Why was it black-? How could the infection control bodies that weren't alive anymore? Why do I get the feeling that arm wasn't built for me-" Casey leaned back and sighed a little, "It's… There's a lot, are you sure you want to hear it? I mean, if you're getting memories from your future self… Knowing about what happens might make it worse y'know..?"

"I know.. But if I'm gonna end up having these anyway I might as well try to get it all out now right? Besides, I already know most of what happens, you said before that you guys were always on the run, you ate gross stuff and had nothing, and that everyone dies trying to fight back.." Casey looked back at Leo, "But you don't know how they died. You weren't there, you didn't bury them or what was left of them.. You didn't have to just sit there and watch everyone starve and wither away or get infected and turn against you-" Leo reached behind Usagi and put a hand on Casey's shoulder. "I'm gonna be honest, I'm terrified, my worst fears all coming together in a reality that's running at me with a vengeance- I'm not super thrilled to be in this situation. But I'd rather know it know and be able to process it on my terms then to have it hit me out of no where. If I'd started swinging my sword when this happened the first time I could've hurt myself, or someone else, or much worse then that. I know it's not easy to remember, and I'm probably not super ready to hear it all, but I want to."

Casey thought about it for a moment then nodded, "Okay, but I think Usagi shouldn't be in the room- N-Not that I don't want you here, just that if you hear it too you might.. Start also have these memories, and if they haven't hit you yet there's a pretty low chance they ever will unless you really mess with time or know too much about the future. I-I mean you can stay if you want but, I don't recommend it. Master Donatello told me to be really careful with time stuff.." Usagi nodded, "Leo, is it alright if I go? I can find Mikey and start on dinner while you guys talk" Leo nodded a little and kissed Usagi's cheek, "Yeah.. I'm sure they're all wondering what you're gonna make and on edge heheh.. We'll be here." Usagi nodded a little and left the room after that, he was curious for sure, but he knew better then to poke his nose into things that wouldn't only make more problems for him right now. Whatever it was, he could wait.

Leo scooted a little closer to cut off some of the distance as they talked, "So.. I didn't tell Usagi cause I didn't wanna worry him, but I saw something else." Casey tilted his head a little, "What did you see..?" Leo thought about it for a moment, trying to find good words to describe it. "I mentioned the infection controlling bodies, I knew it could infect minds and like, make them do things… But I saw a human body without a lower half, like it had been torn in two by something. It was struggling to crawl towards me, covered in those pink veins and black blood, it had a bunch of eyes on the side of it's face and it was screeching like it could still feel pain, like there was someone still in there…" Casey was quiet for a moment, "The blood was a different kind of infection.. Not like what Donatello had. But it would corrode the blood of things, it started with animals.. Then those started attacking people and infecting them. Slowly it took out a huge chunk of the population and our resources, the animals we were able to eat were limited even more.. That mixed with the Kr- Their hive mind like control that they can spread to others, it filled the infected with a terrible rage that even death couldn't stop. Until the body was unable to think of anything except for one command… Kill."

Leo swallowed hard hearing Casey's tone, he closed his eyes for a moment trying to let the memories come back to him, for a brief moment he could feel a small spark like he was going to see something, but it never came. "Mm.. I got nothin'…" He said looking back to Casey, "Not sure why though.." Casey shrugged a little, "I don't know how this is supposed to work, usually when something happened inside someone's head master Michelangelo was about to use his mystic powers to correct it or at least see what the problem was.. But I don't think Mikey is ready for that, overusing his powers can be dangerous.. I mean you guys saw what it did to his arms before."

"Right, the tremors-" Leo turned to look at his hands but suddenly he was back in the future again. He perked up, trying to keep his breathing steady as he saw his youngest brother beside him, but now much much older.. Why did he have hair..? He saw Casey too, and enormous drones closing in on them.. He looked around seeing the bodies of so many more people, some he had even recognized. Mikey was floating past him, planting his feet firmly on the ground and using one foot to draw a golden circle around him. He lifted his arms and as those arms became covered in bright yellow cracks he could see a portal being opened. There was something inaudible between everyone before Mikey turned back with a wink. Disappearing into nothing while the portal stood in his place. He felt his heart sink to the point it felt like he might loose his lunch, but he looked to Casey who looked just as distraught, more inaudible talking.. Then he pushed Casey though the portal and turned his back once it was gone, running towards the danger. Then there was a bright flash of white and he was back in Casey's room. Casey was a bit closer with his hand gently rubbing Leo's shell with a concerned expression, "..Leo? Hey, did you.. See anything?" Leo nodded a little, raising a hand to wipe his eyes, that were suddenly wet all of a sudden. Casey paused for a second to make sure he wasn't the cause before resuming what he figured would be the best way to comfort him. "I saw the moment you were sent back.. To us."

"Oh? Oh.. So you saw master Michelangelo..?" Leo nodded a little and let out a shaky breath, "Y-Yeah.. I saw him open the portal, and then… I saw him.. Disappear." Casey looked back down to the floor, "I'm sorry. Did you.. see anything else?" Leo wiped his eyes again, "Yeah, I ran towards the giant mechs, then there was a flash of bright light- Did.. Did I die?" Casey didn't look back to Leo, he just couldn't for this conversation, "Yeah. It's like I told you before.. Everyone dies fighting the Kraang" Leo nodded a little as he took another slow breath, "I know I just.. Didn't want it to be true." He sighed a little and stood up stretching his back, "Honestly, I am glad I saw it though, it's gonna sound weird but for a really long time I've felt like I was stuck in a loop. Like we could never get older or grow from who we were, and seeing Mike like that.. All mystic and badass and.. Old. I can't wait to see him grow up in this future now that we have that chance.." Casey smiled a little getting up after him, "Just wait till you see the future versions of Donnie and Raph, I mean, Raph got huuuge" He said with a little chuckle, "And Donnie's tech-?? It's insane! Even when we had nothing but trash and scraps he made the most.. Amazing things…" Leo let out a little chuckle, that sounded like their Donnie alright. "I bet you miss them a lot huh..?" Casey perked up, unaware he'd let himself show any expression that would give it away, "Oh- Yeah- B-But you guys are awesome too-!"

Leo just laughed a little, "It's okay, really, they all sound amazing. And I'd miss them too honestly, if I was sent somewhere else and didn't have my family- Man that'd be scary.. But enough of the weird sad stuff, I'm hungry and I bet you are too right? Let's go see what Sagi and Mikey are up to." Casey grabbed Leos hand as he went to leave, "Hold on. You can't tell anyone about the things you're seeing okay? I mean, you can give the jist but please don't tell them anything about their deaths, or yours." Leo rolled his eyes with a chuckle, "Yeah I know I know, I've seen enough Back From The Future movies to know messing with time and giving past people future information is a suuuuper bad idea. Don't worry Casey, I'm not the type to just say stuff that I know would upset people like that, or trigger weird future visions- I won't say nothin, promise." Casey let go, hopefully content with Leo's promise and left the room with him, heading down the hall into the kitchen. They heard laughter? Leo came into the room and saw Mikey on the floor laughing his shell off while Usagi was chuckling, he had some kind of spoon in his hand that was starting to drip but neither of them seemed to care. Leo blushed a little hearing his laugh, fuck he was cute.. "Hey-" Leo called, just trying to get their attention and not spook them by suddenly appearing in the kitchen with them.

Usagi perked up, smiling even more when he saw Leo. "You're just in time, come sit with us while dinner cooks." Leo went over and first pulled Mikey into a hug now that he was off the floor, "Oh-! Hey Leo! What's this for huh?" Leo just hugged him a little tighter, "Nothin.. I just realized I haven't given you a hug in a long time, thought you could use one." Mikey hugged Leo back squeezing his brother tightly, waiting a moment before Leo let go to release him. Mikey went over to Casey making sure that Leo hadn't put any stickers or signs on his shell under the guise of 'just wanting a hug' but there wasn't anything stuck to him that wasn't before thankfully. Leo rolled is eyes and pulled his chair out to sit down, scooting one of the less scribbled on chair out inviting Usagi to sit with him. "What were you guys talking about that had Mikey on the floor?" Usagi let out a little chuckle and sat beside Leo, "Well, how do I put this.. We were talking about a lot of different things but it ended up turning into sharing all the jokes we know. Mikey calls them 'dad jokes' but I don't think I've gotten any of mine from Hyo. Do you or Casey have any good ones?" Mikey caught his breath and took a seat on the other side of the table with Casey after he'd calmed down a bit. He always laughed very easily anyway but it was still really nice to see them bonding and getting along so well. "I don't know.. I've told you most of mine already." Leo said with a little shrug, "What about you Casey, got any jokes?"

Casey thought about it for a minute, "Well- I know I do, I'm just not sure if they're really that funny, or if it was just apocalypse humor heheh.. Like- My brothers all still miss me, but their aim is getting better" Usagi chuckled a little, knowing damn well it was probably Leo who said that one. "Or, I won't say Kraangs tech is good, but it is out of this world" There was a moment of silence before Leo let out a little chuckle, "I'm assuming Donnie said that one huh?" Casey just nodded in response. "Heh, yeah.."

"Oh!" Mikey said, just remembering something important apparently, "Donnie and Raph aren't gonna be here for dinner, Raph said he needed to go do something with him so they're gonna bring back pizza but since they wont be here I was thinking.."

"You were thinking?" Leo asked with a playful smirk, "Now that's something" Mikey narrowed his eyes at him for a moment before going back to what he was saying, Anyway- Since it's just the four of us I had Usagi help me with dinner, I got a recipe from Casey and Usagi helped me make it more.. Accurate" Leo looked a little confused for a moment before his eyes widened in realization, "Wait- Mikey you.. Wanna try that?" Mikey nodded, "Well yeah it's not like I'm exactly a vegetarian heheh, here come look it's almost ready!" He got up and opened the oven to show Leo. He put the over mits on taking it out and setting it on the counter to cool off. Casey gasped when he saw it, his eyes lighting up, "No way! No way you made that-" This was probably the most excited they'd seen him since he tried boba tea.. Mikey gave a proud nod, "Yessir! Me and Usagi." Leo sniffed the air, instantly getting the sense that he was right to assume what was in it. "..Deer?" He said a little unsure, "Yes love?" Usagi answered, tilting his head a little. Leo laughed and rolled his eyes, "Ha- No, no I mean like- That's what's in it right?" Mikey gasped a little, "How did you know!! Sagi you didn't tell him did you- wAIT- DID CASEY TELL YOU?" Leo laughed and shook his head, "No I just- It's hard to explain but after a while you just kind of get a sense of smell for it? Like, you can tell if a fire is from gas or wood because the smoke smells different right? Its kind of like that, you're a chef so I think you know what I'm trying to say." Mikey nodded a little, "That makes sense, how long did it take you?"

"Uhh… Next question." Mikey huffed and grabbed the silverware, "Hmm.. Well this is more of a request then a question."

"Uh, shoot?"

"Don't tell Raph about this, or Donnie- They uh, don't know about this" Leo laughed a little, "Well, as much experience in lying I have, I can say that I'm not gonna blab, but, you should tell them. Only cause the longer you wait the more Raph is gonna shit himself when he finds out." Usagi nodded a bit, "It's been a while since we've all sat and talked about it, but they've gotten much better at understanding and accepting different things like this."

"I know but- I'm not like you guys.." Mikey said a little quieter, "I don't have a part of my brain that needs it, I just wanna try new things, and be supportive y'know? You might snap again if you didn't but I'd be fine, so.. Wouldn't they be more upset if I was just doing it for funsies and not because I need to?" Leo shrugged, "Usagi doesn't need to, and I mean, I could go without, but it'd be like… Like you if you never drew again, it just wouldn't feel right, you'd be miserable! But I bet if we went to Hueso's and asked about the toppings on all the pizzas they've probably had it already, but we don't have to say anything till you wanna, I know better. Despite popular opinion.." He said the last bit under his breath with another little chuckle. "Oh that reminds me!" Mikey said as he dished plates out,

All their works are completed and of top quality, with rich plot and character dynamics not limited to that of the ship. Please give even MTL a chance...

Like, they wrote a whole SCI-FI LCF AU! and what's really crazy is how they pulled off making it fairly canon compliant! Choi Han being the last remaining 'original human' from the Harris Village experiment... scientist on steroids Rosalyn... cyborg Mary... AI eugenicist White Star... it's seriously so good. When you read it, you can't help but imagine a movie play out...!!!

Adaptation of Ron coming back from losing his arm scene:

"Oh father..."

"I feel like he's been exposed to radiation."

Cale nervously took out his portable terminal. There is nothing money can't buy. Fortunately, there is an abundance of money. You can buy both equipment and people. At that moment, another call came. It was a familiar alert sound. Cale's fingers roughly swiped the screen.

"Oh, Cale. I was thinking about it because you didn't contact me about compensation—"

"I'm busy right now."

There was a brief silence as the communication device was suddenly cut off.

"Young Master, but—"

"It's okay, Vicross. I'll do whatever it takes."

"Then there is no realistic solution."

Cale looked up crookedly. This kid is secretly delicate. Ron must have raised him well. Meanwhile, I'm a cruel person who would keep Ron alive for as long as possible even if he rolled around the floor in pain and— Hmm?

"What does that mean?"

It sounded like there are out-of-the-box solutions, only, they were unrealistic.

"That... all the medical equipment is state-owned, and the procedure for getting access is too—"

Cale pressed redial. The other person picked up not even two rings later.

"What? You said you were busy."

"I apologize for your busy schedule. I need to use state property for the work you've entrusted me, so please give me authority."

"For further explanation or permission—"

"I'll do it later. Please."

A brief silence passed over the line.

"I'll give you a card that can bypass every agency. A temporary issuance will be sent to your terminal. If you need it for the long term, contact me again."

"Thank you."

Then suddenly, the communication device was cut off again. Long live science and technology.

"Don't look at me like that. Why do you think I brought a medical transport vehicle? Don't worry, I've got everything you need."

Then there's one where previous secret services agent KRS dies and transmigrates into child!Cale, who then meets the young prince Alver in boarding school... it's starts off fairly silly and sweet, but then revelations happen... and things happen... things happen!!! Cale is one BAMF here...

Another of Earth 2 KRS and Temple Test Illusion Alver... "You live in a world that Cale abandoned, I live in a world that the hero saved." man!!! besides being a shipfic, it was also an interesting introspection on how That KRS must have felt... here's my favorite passage:

Been gone. Life happens. Now back. It's a long read and I will put a (hopefully) good TLDR at the bottom 

 Okay, first off. I guess the TCF/ fandom can all agree on one thing - the Henituse family does love each other but are very bad at displaying or communicating it. Just like in any human relationship, communication matters, and I believe we could have a somewhat functioning happy-ever-after family ending if that happened. But then again, where will be the lovely angst if everything went the ideal and happily ever ending? The familial love that exists among the members of the said famous (or infamous) family is unassailable and is widely acknowledged. While love is extremely important, many people seem to forget that another element is missing, which is also crucial (but not exclusive to love) in functioning relationships - trust. 

I guess we can also agree that love makes a good foundation for good and ideal outcomes, especially in familial or romantic relationships. Based on the family's history, it's easy to say that trust is lacking, if not severely lacking, in those particular members. Distrust is also not farfetched to imagine in their interactions. 

 Of course, the family patriarch caused the said problems. Whatever one thinks of the said patriarch, we call agree that he screwed big time in forming bonds and bridges in his family. Another sin he commit is his habit of kicking the issue down the road hoping it will be resolved somehow because of time. Let me be clear, time does mellow done the effect of anything (good or bad) that happens in a relationship. That is just the good side that can happen. But it can also produce a negative effect - the long, awkward silence of waiting it out can also create perceptions that are not healthy for the people involved and deepen the existing negative things. For me, the negative effect is what happened in the Henituse family. The problem started when ogCale was 8, and somehow the issue continued well before he reached his supposed 18th year (when KRS took over his body). So we have bad communication, mistrust connected to this faith of hoping things will sort out and waiting for the best (if that even exists at all). 

 Okay, back to trust. For me, the deterioration of the father-son relationship was triggered by two events. First, Deruth left his child because he could not stand to deal with his grief and harbored feelings of resentment of his son over some physical resemblance the said son cannot control. Two, he brought a wife and child into his and og!Cale's home without any consideration of his own child's feelings. He created a relationship with two new people (cool) but also forced a relationship between og!Cale and the new addition to the family (not cool). (Sorry, Deruth fans but your boy does know how to mess up his self-confessed priorities in life.) Just one of those events can cause massive distrust and resentment. Some adult children that I know (yes, anectodal I know) cut off their parents for one of these reasons (even for less). That is how serious these actions can mean and how severe the consequences are if the said issues were not addressed. 

 I guess even those who never had experienced any form of abandonment or neglect would not recognize that these two events, in og!Cale's eyes can be outright actions of betrayal from his father. And from distrust or lacking trust come forth feelings of further resentment and betrayal. Both are self-explanatory and extended not just to Deruth but to Violan, and the whole family unit. Of course, the biggest share of both goes to Deruth along with a particular feeling called parental rejection. And from this, it becomes a cyclic process where og!cale rightfully does feel mistrust even if his family is trying to reach him. After all, how can somebody envision that the same people who hurt him are trying to make amends if the said family still relies on bad communication (aka not initiating communication because how does someone expects a child to bring this complex situation and terrible power dynamic to his elders) that wasn’t addressed and no forms of remorse on their part were given to him? 

 Some fans will bring out that og!Cale self-isolated him and that is the reason there has been no communication or progress in reconciliation. Point taken, but who doesn't practice self-isolation/distancing when somebody hurts them? This reasoning justifies that og!cale has to lead and do the legwork in repairing the relationship. That is unfair to expect for the injured party and the child in this scenario. The reason also excuses or displays the increasing lack of accountability from Deruth (and in a smaller instance Violan) as parents and adults.

 I will concede that the family does try to reach him but inefficiently. I don’t feel that they tried enough and exhausted every effort they had. I understand their fear, but the situation is hardly sustainable and beneficial to all. Everyone is on eggshells with a constant cloud of mistrust. The only reprieve everyone has is to continue with their fractured set-up. 

 TLDR – trust is not love but is an important element ignored by everyone, Deruth loves kicking things down the road and crossing fingers on his relationships, distrust/lack of trust amplifies the negative feelings and interactions, and please stop asking for responsibility/accountability for the character who tries to be the mature adult (even if he wasn't the adult in the situation).

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

So I've written a lot of Les Mis canon-compliant fic that ends with the main character's death. But most of those, I feel like the tone I was going for was more "defiant" or "hopeful" despite the death. So I'm going to go with Trust Fall (kamen rider blade) because the ending is sort of more "horrified, betrayed, despair". (no character death, but the canon ending is sort of 'fate worse than death' which this fic ends on)

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

This is also hard because I have written so many fics and most of them have relatively happy endings. I was going to try and go by 'which story has a main character whose situation has improved the most by the end' but i think i lost track a bit and skipped over older fics i didn't remember well

Anyway, going purely off of vibe, I'm going to say Angus McDonald and the Case of the Soul Stealer (the adventure zone)

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not never, but I think only a couple of times in my 10 years of posting fanfic, if I did the math right

Well. I have not posted any smut and I currently have 2 separate wips that are supposed to be smut, however, they both stop exactly when the sex starts so. I'm trying but I don't think I can say I have yet lol

(it took me a few days to actually finish this question thing, and in the intervening time, i did write maybe like 300 words of what may or may not be considered actually the smut part. we'll see.)

I love crossovers but I think I've only written a handful (more if you count things that are in the same franchise but of different characters and different settings, ie two Kamen Rider series or Ace Attorney and the prequel). I want to write a KR Blade Star Trek ds9 crossover but we'll see if that ever happens

Maybe dialogue? I'm not sure. I think I write good stories, I just don't know what about them is best. Maybe character development?

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Action scenes. I get stuck on fighting and kissing/sex scenes for very similar reasons

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I'm pro and do it sometimes in my own fic. I think there are good ways to do it and not as good ways to do it (for example, to steal what aromantic-enjolras said, don't have characters say a few words in French if they're supposed to have been speaking French the whole time)

My own preference lies to keeping things in the language of the main story (so English for my fics) and translating the dialogue into that language if there's a lot of it. But if it's just a line or two, or if the characters are switching between languages, or if I want it for flavor, or the pov character doesn't understand the language being spoken, etc, I might use the other language. Honestly it depends on what language too, I'm way more likely to put Japanese in a fic (a language I'm very familiar with) or even like French (a language I'm somewhat familiar with) than say Arabic or Russian (languages I know very little about)

The first fandom I wrote for in my whole life was probably Percy Jackson? First fandom I actually posted a fic for was Supernatural/Doctor Who

This boy is extremely ticklish, like the most ticklish person Epel and Rook has ever met. And he hates being tickled bc of this reason. He would fight anyone who comes in contact w/ him in a tickly way. He is weak to teases. Epel found this out when he started wiggling his fingers, cooing, “U know what Rook told me?~ He said u were extremely ticklish~”. And it all went down hill from there. After his tickle torment, his face was all sweaty and he was breathless, which is a common affect for the precious boyo. Which is another reason on y Epel and Rook always wants to tickle him. His dad would always tickle him anywhere and at anytime. It always ended w/ Vil on the ground heething. Epel and Rook told everyone that Vil Schoenheit was ticklish, leading to him always getting tickled bc, at first glance, he didn’t look ticklish at all, so it’s a little shocking for everyone. He doesn’t tickle Epel or Rook bc, even if Epel was way shorter than the latter, he’s no where close to as ticklish as this big ol’ goof. And for Rook, he’s way taller than Vil, so that’s a huge advantage. His death spot(s) is his ears and neck, and his laugh is v tamed, but once u get his worst spot, it’s very loud.

Epel walked over to the ticklish man on the couch, v slowly at that.

Vil looked up from his mirror bc he felt an ominous presence closing in on him, and his instincts were correct. “E-Epel? What’s up man?”

“I’m just trying to solve this theory that Rook told me.”

“Yh? What’s the theory?”

“That ur EXTREMELY ticklish. I didn’t believe it at first, but now that I’m rlly thinking long and hard abt it, I gotta make sure he’s not just fibbing.”

The word ‘ticklish’ struck a nerve somewhere deep down inside of the taller one. “W-What? Really… Rook‘s lying, I promise. I’m not ticklish at all, so u don’t even hv to check.” Vil started to scooch back on his seat, hitting the back of the couch.

“U sure?~ Bc ur actions tells me another story!!” And with the last word, the shortest guy pounced on Vil, pinning him down on his back on the couch cushions.

“Come on, Epel! Let me up!! I promise u, I’m telling u the truth.”

“Mhm,” Epel started to knead the latter’s side.

“Kr- st-stohop!!” Vil tried to push at the purple haired man’s wrists, but the shorter one didn’t budge.

“He also told me that ur extremely weak when someone tickles u, so pinning u down wouldn’t be an option, unless u want me to go get Rook’s help.”

“Plehehehehehease!!! Don’t get hihihihihim!!!”

“Ok then, don’t make this a challenge.” Epel squeezed all around Vil’s stomach.

“Agh!!! Stahhahahahap it!!! Please!!”

“Wow, ur alr begging? I can’t wait to see what will happen if I get ur worst spot~” Epel swirled his index finger all around the inside of the blonde’s navel.

“AGH!!! AHAHAHHAHA StAhahahahahHahahHahAhhahap!”

“Awww~ is ur belly button tickwilish?~ Does it tickle when I nibble ur cute tummy?”

“NOHOHOHOHOHO!!! PLEASE, STOP IT!!”

“Rook told me ur worst spot is ur neck and ears, do u mind if I try there?”

And just like that, Vil pleaded and begged, even cried. “Please… don’t tickle me there. Just stop it!!! Please, just stop!!” Vil was shaking and crying, thank god Epel isn’t a bad person.

“Ok ok, but only bc ur actually crying. I’ll just hv to tickle u there some other time, even if u do beg me to stop. I’ll get Rook’s help too!!”

If looks could kill, Epel would’ve been dead, before he started tickling the blonde.

Epel Felmeir:🧠

Epel is the second most ticklish person in Pomefiore. Making him the second tickle target amongst the group. He doesn’t mind tho, he actually wants a reason to laugh out loud w/o sounding completely stupid. The only thing that he hates abt tickling itself, is the aftermath of it. He usually feels like he’s gonna blackout, and his breathing is v slow. Vil took a picture of Epel after he tickled him to death, which led to Epel getting Rook to gain up on Vil. By all means, Vil took that pic bc he got tired of Epel tickling him and bringing Rook to help the lavender haired man. Though, his “revenge” severely backfired, and not even minutes in, he surrendered and deleted the pic. Cater, being Cater, videoed Ace and Rook destroying Epel. Ofc, Epel didn’t know abt this till after somebody brought it up 3 weeks later. God forbid him ever getting revenge on Cater for videoing him. Cater’s just less ticklish than Epel himself. Once Epel was 7, his cousin would always tickle him. They would give him birthday tickles, surprise tickles, cheer up tickles, and just tickling in general. Ofc, his cousin would make sure he was ok w/ it depending on his age. Bc his cousin knows that not a lot of ppl like being tickled and it makes them uncomfortable, so they just want the best for their little cousin. Epel actually asks to be tickled by them bc he loves how their slender fingers squeeze so effortlessly on his torso, or how they tease him while lightly skittering their blunt nails on his stretched out neck. At that age, he loved being so weak to teases and tickles, but now, not so much teases. He hates being teased bc he doesn’t like sounding so weak anymore, now that he grew up. Vil may be way more ticklish than Epel and taller than him, but that doesn’t mean he’s not gonna get his revenge. He always has to get Rook to help him out bc any where at anytime Rook was always there for him. Epel’s laugh is v calmed but loud and his death spot is his hands leading up to his wrists.

“I can’t believe Rook dared me to get acrylics, it’s hard to do anything w/ this shit,” Vil walked in Epel’s room complaing abt how Rook told him that if he lost a dare he had to get faked nails.

“Pfft-“

“Don’t. Laugh.”

“Ke- ohohk, okay.”

Vil took a seat next to Epel on his bed. Epel was scrolling on tiktok, while Vil was pondering on a way to get Rook back for his devious bet.

“Shit dude, I can’t think of anything to get Rook back w/. He’s just unbeatable.”

“Yep.” Epel could care less what Vil was saying.

The second tallest member raked his finger nails up and down the lavender haired men’s wrist.

Epel jumped and pulled his wrist back.

“Duhuhuhude, what was that?!” Vil questioned.

“It-it was nothing.”

“Uh-huh. So if I were to do this-“ Vil did it again.

“ACK!! Vil!”

“No way man, I knew u were ticklish, but to be ticklish on ur wrists?!”

Vil pounced on Epel, which wasn’t difficult at all bc the shorter one wasn’t rlly struggling much.

Vil managed to pin Epel’s arm up while holding his palm, like interlocking fingers, and his other arm was pinned to his side underneath Vil’s knee.

“Vil, please…”

“Please what, dear?”

“Pl-please, go easy on me…” There was no point in hiding that he enjoyed this bc thanks to his actions, it’s v noticeable.

“W/ pleasure,” Vil scratched lightly on his wrist.

“Ke- Eek!! Hahaha!!” Epel arched his back, trying to release his arm, but at the same time not trying to.

“Oh, ur rlly sensitive on ur wrists, huh? Will it tickle if I were to scratch roughly?” And Vil did just that.

“AHAHAHAHHAA!!!!! NO!!! DON’T DOHOHOHO IT ROUGH!!! PLEHEHEHEHASE, VIL!” Epel was shaking left to right, withering in the limited space that was given to him.

“Oh~ Now I know one thing that will calm ur ass down if ur always tormenting me, wether it be tickling or just being really annoying.”

Vil opened up the lee’s hand, pinning his fingers down, while tracing the marks on his palm.

“Did u know I’m a fortune teller, and I can tell ur future by ur hands?”

“AGH!!! PLEASE!! NOHOHOHOHOT THERE, VIL!!!! STAHAHAHAH-STOP!”

“Stop? Already? I’m way more ticklish than u, but even I can withstand a minute, it hasn’t even been 30 seconds.”

“STOHOHOHOHOP TEASING ME!!!”

“Ok, let’s see, just by the mark by ur thumb, it tells me that ur dream is gonna come true. What could that mean, Epel? Did u wish u were pinned down being tickled to death? Bc it came true.”

“PLEASE!! STAHAHHAHAP-“

“Ok ok, one more, hmmm… let’s see. If memory serves me correctly, the mark right above ur ring finger and pinky tells me that ur gonna die the best way possible. Wow, I’m getting better at this whole ‘reading the furture’ thing. I mean it looks like ur gonna die by mean tracing ur palm.”

“PLEASE!! VIHIHIHIL I’M SERIOUS! STOP!”

“Y? I thought u liked being tickled.”

“I HAHAHHAHATE MY PAHAHHAHAHALMS BEING TICKLED!!! BEHEHEHEHCAUSE THEY’RE MY WORST SPHOHOHOHOHOT!!”

“Ohohohohkay, okay. I’ll get off of u.” Vil released a panting Epel.

“Ju-just… you wait… V-Vil, Rook and I…I… will get u back- for this.”

At that moment, Vil realized he fucked up.

Rook Hunt:

Ok… so he’s not ticklish, like at ALL!! Boy, does he get tested for it too, by Vil or Epel, or even both of them at the same time. Who knows? Rook is so good with beauty that he’s even a make up artist, using his friends as his very own mannequin. They don’t care though, because Rook makes them look more attractive than usual. Vil is so ticklish, that whenever Rook tries to blend in his base on his neck, he scrunches up and giggles, batting the artist’s hands away from him. He has an older sister (head canon) who he practices make up on, and she never reacted ticklish towards that, so maybe it was just the certain ppl. Whatever it was, it shocked Rook. As much as he loves tickling people especially his close friends, he usually goes to Epel to be his mannequin, and he never forces them to do this, so when Epel dosen’t feel like it he goes to Vil. Ofc, Vil hates being tickled, but he doesn’t want to let his bsf down, so he prays every time that he doesn’t get a ticklish feeling, and it never works.

This would’ve been longer, but I had no more ideas. And I wanted this out of my drafts since it’s been basically hibernating in here😭.

Hey do you think Jisu's character purpose will end after the summer break finishes or when the summer season is over and by the time autumm appears? Like how frequently he is appearing in the summer vacation it feels like he will be gone soon (i will be so sad'). To me it’s always feels like when miae finally can remember her and jisu's childhood together how she saved her from bullies etc is that when jisu will return miae's name tag and goes away from her life. By that time i think jisu might catch romantic feelings for her (although this is a side theory i am not much sure about it but it can happen why not!) and he will try to not to get attracted too much like inho did in citt. Miae will never catch feelings for him though. It just doesn’t go with the story at this timeline. So miae may have some guilties towards him after he moves away from her life. She regrets how she treats him and wants to apologize properly but he is not here anymore. Jisu is a very important character but it’s only for some time. You meet certain people in life that comes unexpectedly and goes away unexpectedly but they left a deep impact in you. And for miae that person is jisu. Also to a previous anon you mentioned how in earlier chapter there's a line as this boy(cheol) is someone Miae will never be able to forget ever which sounded so depressed much like an omen in engilsh translations but in naver there's a ( ~^^) which makes it more lighthearted and playful. So i think this is not something we need to get worried about. Soonkki will deliver a happy ending for cheol and miae after all these mishaps i believe

I can't comment on the ending because at the end of the day I'm not writing it. Will Cheol and Miae end up together? Maybe? Probably? Despite the playful tone of that sentence, a bittersweet ending is also a popular theory in the KR fandom, but like I've said I don't really care about romantic outcomes. If we assume the narrator there is also the entity who recently took on an active voice then it's really hard to make an assumption about the ending. You absolutely have the right to believe in a happy ending because it has a high possibility as well. Don't let my post influence anyone about what they want to see, I'm just making my own theories here.

As for Jisu, I don't think he will disappear from the story after the summer break. Unlike the other supporting characters, he was foreshadowed since the very first chapter. The author carefully sprinkled clues about him throughout the whole story which solidifies the idea that he's probably the third most important character besides Cheol and Miae. We still almost know nothing about him, but we were already introduced to his mother and his house. Him not ending up with Miae is a real possibility, but I believe he will have a strong narrative role. I think different parts of the story focus on the growth of different characters, part 1 (ending with Miae's birthday) was mainly Cheol's story. Part2 gave us the changing relationship between Miae and Cheol, plus Jisu's stronger involvement. Looks like now we slowly start to get to know Jisu and his memories might be included in the second semester because we shouldn't forget his birthday comes last among the main characters. I can always be wrong though, don't take my words too seriously😅

Longtime 911 fandom lurker here. I love your takes and agree with, like, 99% of them but especially the ones regarding the issues since You Know Who took over as showrunner. Sorry for the loooong message incoming but my head has been spinning over something and am curious what you think!

I'll admit that I lost most of my hope that we'd ever see canon Buddie because of things that You Know Who said in interviews, as well as how Buck and Eddie were so distant in 6A. Well, recent episodes, a few BTS snippets and some interviews have me somewhat hopeful again. And let me tell you, Andrew Meyers, who I always perceived as an original Buddie supporter, writing the finale?? For the first time all season, I now think that *something* could happen.

I've seen many caution that we shouldn't expect to see anything happen with Buddie anytime soon, mainly because there has been no real build-up to "explain" the changing feelings but also because other characters have potentially big stories brewing. And I get that, I do. But then I think about how Bobby and Athena quite literally came out of nowhere and zoomed to marriage rather quickly (and this is not dissing them, I l-o-v-e them, but it's how it happened). Similarly, Maddie and Chim's relationship went through the ringer, but we've missed so much of it (for example, break-up off-screen and then they were back together very quickly without us seeing any counseling etc.) Then, of course, Hen and Karen went SIX seasons without proper backstory.

What I'm trying to say is that 9-1-1 has never really been consistent as far as showing deep, sold relationship development. This isn't to say that they can't write good relationships; they definitely can! And in the case of Buddie, you can view things through the years as metaphors and foreshadowing and hints and so forth. But, I think that certain people expect the show to spoonfeed the audience about Buddie, or do some in depth sexuality exploration storyline, and I'm kind of doubtful. To counter the, "Well, they HAVE to explain to the GA how these STRAIGHT men are no longer STRAIGHT!" I could see them waving it away with a, "The actors have such great chemistry, and just like in real life, sometimes you fall in love with a person you don't expect to." And while I adore many things about the show, when they have to juggle schedules, we know that some (*cough*Buck*cough*) end up getting more airtime then others. I do kind of worry that many fans will be disappointed and complain about getting canon Buddie if it unfolds quickly, even though that's really par for the course.

Of course, I could be totally wrong in thinking that anything is going to happen, hahaha, but what are YOUR thoughts? Is it possible that they kind of roll out Buddie in a...not casual but not super obvious big way that many seem to expect? Knowing that the actors' contracts expire after next season and that the show won't go on forever, I could honestly kind of see them just going with it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for coming here and sending this long ask and sharing your thoughts! I think Madney is one of the best buildups they've done on the show and I didn't think it moved TOO fast because right when they started is when Doug came back in the later part of s2 and they took a step back at that point. Of course I've had issues with their story since JLH left on maternity leave and they decided to cut Chim out of the show rather than show things from his POV and being loved and supported by the firefam and he and Buck working things out because they were brothers before Maddie ever came around. Plus, after Boston it has felt like 90% of their stuff happens off screen and I hate that! I want to see the deep and hard conversations! But KR struggles (by her own admission) with arc planning, and coming up with plots, and episode pacing and it REALLY shows in the difference with how Madney used to be to how they are handled now. Yes they have less time with JLH but that just means every second you have her should COUNT and yet instead of having her there for important things like being the one on the call when Chim gets abducted to hit those emotional beats she's just...not.

As for Budde, honestly, I could live with a 3rd party confession this season though I'm a little leery of that for several reasons.

The season break gives them time to backtrack when all the homophobes inevitably come crawling out of the woodwork

I am holding out hope that over the season break the show will choose to bring someone new on or Tim will come back because I don't trust KR to tell their story (or anyone's stories honestly) and i want to see things happen on screen. I have my issues with Tim too, but he always had a really good ebb and flow to the episodes and arcs and things didn't drag out but also weren't started and wrapped up in a single episode never to come up or affect anything ever again. (Honestly I think that issue on LS is more about the show having to cater to RL and working everything around what they have to do for Owen)

A lot of the fun of seeing these relationships on TV is the build up! The pining! And I think Buck and Eddie and their love story deserve that, plus it could easily involve lots of fun stuff from the firefam! We could get one of them letting it slip in front of Chim and him struggling with the secret, and the other telling Hen and them ending up as the spiderman pointing meme when they figure out what the other knows. We could get confirmation of the betting pool the 118 has on Buddie, we could get Ravi being SOOO confused because he thought they had been together before and were separated. Like, there is so much FUN they could have with it along with all the Buddie scenes themselves and I think they deserve the time to explore all that.

As for a sexuality awakening/crises storyline I don't think we will really get one, even though it would be nice to see and easily something that they could work in since we know Eddie is in therapy. I personally could live with it just coming up in a conversation between Eddie and Buck or even someone in the firefam. I would LOVE a scene with Eddie and Hen about it actually but I would also accept Bobby in a father/son talk or even Ramon if they want to show him putting in the work to support his son when it's not as easy as offering parenting advice about Chris. If they wanted to do it more lighthearted I could also see it being a scene with Chim and that kicking off the "Chim has a secret to keep and it's killing him but he's gonna do his best to keep it" thing. If we were actually SUPER lucky we could get the 3rd party confession being with Maddie and Eddie, but the time to do that would have been 6x11 but the show couldn't be bothered because they were too busy wedging the Buckley parents into everything and cutting Eddie out of the episode as much as possible 🙃

I think every relationship OG has had has been a little differently told because each of the couples and stories are different and I like that! Bobby and Athena are adults who know what they want and go after it because they both know time can run out when you least expect it. Bobby especially saying she made him feel like he was finally on solid ground was not just adorable but a great peek into how solid their relationship was from the jump. Maddie was skittish and needed time to be by herself and figure herself out but she also needed to see what it was like to have a best friend and fall in love with them because Doug was NEVER her friend. And honestly after seeing Chim and Tatiana, he needed to spend time just being friends with her too and I love how their story unfolded. Hen and Karen start out already married with a kid so we got to see them navigating current struggles together which has been great, but I love that we got a flashback and got to see the start of their relationship even though it wasn't necessarily NEEDED, it was WANTED and one episode was able to show us so much. So I think Buddie also deserve to have something that fits their relationship and as much as I would LOVE a big dramatic scene, I think after some pining and build up with the firefam getting to have some fun shenanigans, that they will fall into this like they do everything together-easy as breathing.
