Diego, known affectionately as Slipper, was raised by the Soto's in Tartosa. Not exactly abandoned but definitely not cared-for by his biological parents, the Soto's took him in and taught him about beauty, hygiene and food. So much food... Now, he spends his time travelling from place-to-place opening/working cafe's and funky restaurants so that he can cook for people and show them how he views the world. The only problem is... He's a clumsy clutz! He can't get it together for a few minutes and will trip over his loafers, if he could. These goofs have made him a notorious hazard and easy victim to the Renegades and anyone else who likes to laugh at the misfortune of others.
