A School Teacher’s Sacrifice

This ref got a bit more bloody than usual

Starlight was another one I really struggled on with the colors. I kinda wanted her to parallel Princess Luna, a bit. I feel like there’s some overlapping aspects to them, here and there, mostly in regards to a sense of rejection. Also wanted some similarities to Twilight, given their shared interest in magic, so she also has gradient hair, though hers is darker and has more stars for more of a nighttime look and included some starry spots on her coat. Switched up her cutie mark with more ‘glimmers’ and an infinity swoosh showing her magical potential. I do love her original colors, so her sweater is the same shade of pinkish-purple as her original coat.
