i think that stanley would actually really enjoy horror movies because he is very much the type of person who is like "it's not real. it's a movie. i know it's not real, so why would i be scared of it. what do you mean this movie is scary, it's literally people acting it's not real" and so because of that whenever the losers have movie night he always chooses a horror movie.

and, im also imagining that he does this because richie DOES get scared of horror movies (payback for when richie made fun of him for being scared of spiders)

also!!! he finds out that patty ALSO loves horror movies so for their first date stan finds this drive-in movie thing that is playing horror movies all night, so he takes her there and they have a movie marathon together :3

i’ve been writing losers club / it fics for seven years so i’ve had plenty of time to perfect their middle names so here they are

eddie

eddie’s middle name when i write him is always isaiah. it’s biblical, it’s pretty, and i just think eddie’s mom is very much about pretty perfect things and edward isaiah kaspbrak is just a pretty little name

richie

alwaysssss wentworth! always! richard wentworth tozier is so ingrained into my mind that it’s almost canon to me. i just think wentworth and maggie are the type to name their kids after themselves and when richie was born they were like okay cute, little boy, dads name as his middle name.

stan

i think stanley asher is so cute and it’s also a popular name in hebrew and it goes well with his last name so i do love it. truth be told i did do a little digging when i was 14 and needing a middle name for stan and asher was one of the names that kept showing up on popular jewish names websites so it kinda just stuck w me. stanley asher uris ur so famous to me <3

mikes middle name is william bc it’s his dads name , but i also think he could’ve been named “michael leroy hanlon” after his grandfather. i tend to go with william though !

The World of IT, the book. It lists the characters in a very specific way. it isn't alphabetical so do you think it would be by whose the oldest? I know it isn't logical because of their birthday placements but it's just some random post.

• Bill is the first loser in their chapter, and since they were all born in the same year then his birthday would probably be sometime in January. (January 4th)

• Richie is the second loser in this chapter, his birthday is canonically March 7th which would make him the second eldest of the group also meaning there are no February birthdays

• Mike is next, which doesn't really surprise me because he looks like he would be one of the oldest, and when he got to an older age he helped around the farm. In the movie it kind of shows that once he turned thirteen he was apparently old enough to his grandfather to help around the farm. (July 1st, maybe??)

• Beverly Marsh, I always thought her birthday would be sometime in July also. Maybe towards the end? (July 23rd)

• Eddie Kaspbrak, you would expect him to be the baby of the losers because of his size but no! But he still isn't counted as one of the oldest and that probably disappoints him. (August 7th)

• Ben Hanscom, I definitely expected him to be the baby of the group. Him being the new kid and all, the losers probably thought he'd be older. But nope, he was 11 going on 12. He's fairly smart for his age and probably skipped a grade. (September 27th)

• Stanley Uris, the last chapter of the losers. I don't think he'd be the youngest. I'd switch him out with Ben. But as I'm doing, it's just a little theory. And if he was the youngest, he'd be 12. (November 19th)

1. Mike - pure talent, charmingly and effortlessly moves well with the music, leaves the Losers stunned

2. Eddie - pure talent too, he's very graceful, the rest are surprised by how adorable he looks when he moves his hips to pop songs (cheerleader Eddie YAAAS)

3. Bev - what can't she do?

4. Stan - he may be subtle about it but he's not awkward at all, play a song that he likes and people are shocked with it because wow

5. Ben - adorably awkward and tries his best to keep up with the rhythm, lets Bev guide him in the dance floor

6 and 7. Bill and Richie - cannot dance for shit!!! they'll just tangle their legs with each other's and fall on the floor

headcanon that the losers exchange gifts in december just for the fun of it. richie always gives gag gifts and eddie is always complaining about it, bev and ben always put all their thought and care into their gifts, usually ben buys the losers a book that he spent awhile picking out, but nobody besides mike and eddie actually reads them. bev and bill just buys them action figures and comic books, which they all appreciate. stan makes everyone a card and just puts a couple dollars in them, and mike and eddie just buy clothes because they can never think of anything else

My favorite thing about Eddie and Stan as romantic partners is the understanding they have for each other. Eddie’s chaos is outward but Stan’s in on the inside and they both see it and respond to it in ways no one else gets

Like on days where Eddie feels like he’s overwhelmed, Stan grounds him, they’ll just lay with each other, sometimes in comfortable silence, or soft conversations

Eddie knows how to see the fire behind Stan’s eyes, and focuses on him on an intimate level, devoting focus on him but allowing Stan to speak when he’s comfortable

Like they do one of those mini music videos and Stan’s the camera man but he was a musically expert so he does all the good shakes to the beat and everything

Stan always trys his hardest to take care of Bill physically mentally and emotionally because he knows that Bill focuses on others before himself

Bill is absolutely ENAMORED with stan he thinks hes the prettiest boy alive and he tells him like every day

Bill is a light sleeper so if Stan has a nightmare Bill will be right there with him to calm him down and hold him in his arms until he is ok

Stan and Bill dont get into fights often but when they do its not pretty, most of them end in one of them staying at a hotel for a night or two to cool off

Adding on to that last one their communication is not all that great lol but they understand that they need to work on it

Stan always dresses nice, Bill... not so much, i mean its not *Richie* bad but he doesent really have a lot of style since

When grocery shopping Stan always wants to get name brand stuff whereas Bill would rather have store/generic brand

Bill is a romantic kinda guy so randomly throughout the month he buys Stan flowers, Stan thinks its really sweet

When Bill gets writers block he always goes to stan to relax and clear his mind, he lays his head on stans lap and listens to him read (its a book about birds btw) he thinks Stans voice is really soothing and he often finds himself drifitng off to sleep in Stans lap
