"H-hello?" he called in the cavernous darkness of the hall. "Is there anyone there?"
There was, fortunately, no reply, but there was some scrabbling up near the roof.
"We're closed, you know," he quavered. "But we're open again at seven in the morning for a range of stamps and a wonderful deal on mail to Pseudopolis." His voice slowed and his brow creased as he tried to remember everything Mr. Lipwig had told them earlier. "Remember, we may not be the fastest but we always get there. Why not write your old granny?"
"I ate my grandmother," growled the voice from high in the darkness. "I gnawed her bones."
Stanley coughed. He had not been trained in the art of salesmanship.
"Ah," he said. "Er...perhaps an aunt, then?"

Hello everyone! Glad to finally be granted access back into this account if only for a few minutes.
My blog is still on hiatus however, but I figured I return if only for a few posts here and there just to satiate you all with my presence. Lord knows how much you may have missed me after being away for so long! The people must be craving for more Narrator in their lives, and who am I to deny you all of such an easy request? 😊
With that being said, I have very important news to share with you all!
The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is now on sale on Steam for 40% off for the rest of the week!
Now I may not know what that may amount to specifically in your local currency. However, I do know that 40% off is a pretty good deal.
While the game may only have been out for two years already, who am I to quit promoting my game to the masses? My love towards The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is long lasting, and able to withstand the trials of time In addition, I still need to make enough money to buy back every road trip attendee's third swimming pools back after all.
So, go out and buy the game if you are financially able to if you haven't yet. Or convince your friends who haven't played it yet to go and buy it. Drag them into it. Push them down the infinity hole. Do whatever!
And that concludes my announcement! Don't forget to go and buy the game.
I'll see you all sometime later in the future, at least whenever I'm free for the next two months. A road trip doesn't manage itself! 😊💖

Play for Today: Under the Hammer (BBC, 1984)
"So. Tell me what happened."
"Well. It was me. I kicked it."
"Any particular reason?"
"I lost my temper."
"Who with?"
"I was having a... discussion about the painting and things to do with the painting with McClaren, sir, and, uh... it got out of hand."
"And you kicked the painting?"
"Yes, sir."
"Instead of kicking McClaren?"
"Yes, sir."
"I wish you'd kicked McClaren."
"So do I, sir."

fellas, is it normal to bookmark the online listing of a type of perfume a rockstar used to wear in the 70s to buy it once it goes on sale/you get good coupons to snatch it up at a reduced price?
