Going through the new vineyard is very disorienting. After playing the game since its release I’m not used to there not being a steep hill down to the riding hall.

Also since I’m starting the story over again on my alt account it’s frustrating that it’s hard to keep the quests in order. Since they took off some day blockers it’s unclear what quest comes first. For example I was talking to Linda and she says Alex won’t arrive till tomorrow then after that discussion is finished Alex pops up in thin air and has a quest for me aswell as Linda. Linda still says Alex won’t arrive till tomorrow but Alex is right next to me talking to me about Anne and Lisa. More than mildly frustrating.

Then! I go to the circus and Ydris is wondering where his stupid clown is and the clown xin is standing right next to him. Then fin disappears down the road and we have to go get him.

Replaying the game just turned into the worst episode of Dora the explorer. My next alt account will be named Dora because wtf is going on with quality control.

You may say well it’s a kids game what do you expect? I expect it to have the same pacing as when I was a kid, where I had to work to get the things I wanted in game because it felt rewarding like I accomplished something. Example: the kalters, where I had to build trust with them to adopt a fjord. That was so rewarding!!! The feeling was great! I actually had to build rep-or with them and the fact that they weren’t friendly with me at first meeting felt so organic!

The leaks abt the new Viktor VGU confirming they're replacing all of his old skins and designs with the Arcane version is.... So so disappointing. I want to cry in frustration. Old Lore Viktor is self made, he and Jayce clashed over a difference in morals that were still understandable and grounded in reality. Viktor left, created his new body HIMSELF and used his ingenuity to help the people of Zaun. To replace all that with a sleek iPad version where he just gets possessed by an infected magic orb and ascends to godhood or whatever is SUCH a let down.

It makes sense since they needed a clear ending #Can't really have a machine herald whose methods may be questionable but who undoubtedly does good #And has a solid point in the piltover Zaun conflict #If you want your show to end in two seasons #But to have THIS? as CANON? INSTEAD OF WHAT WE HAD????#bro is as shallow as a street puddle #They stripped him of all nuance #All the emotions are a flaw stuff came WITHOUT SETUP OR ANYTHING he was just a completely different person after the hexcore #The only remaining trait being his wish to help people which. He and Jayce already shared #That's the whole point. They want the same thing but disagree on how to get there #To make him a cosmic threat unrelatable to humanity is.... Bad #ESPECIALLY since even in the SHOW they said it's bad #Ekko breaks him out of his herald mind break then Jayce tells him hey man I love u as a worm and viktor remembers #Oh shit humanity is necessary actually #And then they fuck off into nowhere #Arcane machine herald is literally and inarguably In The Wrong #So to take the nuance out of old lore viktor and replace it with this husk?#soso sso so upset

I have such mad respect for people who can grind Path of Terra farming in Star Stable. How do you do it??? It's so absolutely mind numbing. There is nothing enjoyable about it, it's just excessively tedious (and clunky) repetitious clicking

Anything requiring precision clicking in SSO is gonna be clunky, so a whole mechanic that is just that? For like 20-30 minutes harvesting and replanting an entire garden? Awful. Miserable. Wretched. I don't know how some of you guys have the patience and I am in awe of you.

#sso #ssoblr #god I wish we could 'save' our favorite garden plot set ups #and then just click one button to harvest and replant an entire section of the garden #instead of one at a time.#is it a mouse sensitivity thing?? I feel like every computer I've played on has always just been clunky with a mouse #although we all know SSO has not great controls #they just aren't that smooth they don't usually feel that great #'like driving a boat' I know someone said once haha #like horseback is generally okay or at least okay enough #but my god is it such a difference going to another game that has tight and snappy controls and mouse precision #and I generally LIKE farming in games #but SSO's farming? uuuUUGH I can't stand it I only did it enough to finish out Terra
