Hitting a new Squat PR.🔥 It's not the weight you lift that matter the most it's HOW YOU LIFT THE WEIGHT THAT MATTERS. On 3rd November I did hit the PR with 110kg but the form was not good at all. I shifted towards the left side, my body was not stable, it was leaning forward on the way up, leading to a disbalance in hip knee extension and hip extension. But after 2 months here I am squatting with 115kgs with ease. No leaning forward, no side shifting, with more stability and with simultaneous knee and hip extension. So the bottom line is only adding weights on the barbell don't make you stronger if you are lifting with poor quality. I can't believe it's been less then a month when I hit 225 for one rep. Last weekend had a good workout with from friends and hit 225 for three but no video 😣. Today I hit 230 for two reps! That second rep was a grinder!!! Hopefully by the end of this year I can get 315 for one 💪💪 This workout was powered by ANGER caused by two idiots at the gym! Took a while off from diet and workouts, I needed a mental break. Today was the first time in a long time I was genuinely excited to be in the gym. It felt good to lift and enjoy myself rather than working out as punishment for bad eating habits. I hit a one rep max PR and had an absolutely amazing leg session! Rep PR from yesterday with 3x240 with happy dance included. One thing I love about this sport is being able to see progress, in Nov '15 my 1RM was 230 and in Jan '16 it was 245.
