It lathers up really well with a small amount of shower gel or soap. It even has an indicator to tell you when it's time to get a new one! You can slough away dead skin cells with this awesome scrubber!

Grow Gorgeous Back Into the Roots 10-Minute Stimulating Scalp Mask - $28 This scalp mask is cool and tingly and also helps you add volume and softness to your hair that you wouldn't believe! It has a blend of burdock root, hyaluronic acid, and caffeine to add moisture and reawaken your scalp.

Invisibobble Sprunchie - $16 for 2 I am really loving the regular Invisibobble rings for my summer hair, but when I saw this "sprunchie", I was over the moon! The leopard-like print would go well with brown or black hair so you can't go wrong with this summer addition to your hair accessories!

Purlisse Watermelon Energizing Aqua Balm - $45 If you want all-day moisture on your face with an amazing Watermelon scent, look no further. I'm a huge fan of Purlisse products and this moisturizer did not disappoint! You can wear this under your makeup and still have the moisture without the shine.

Purlisse Coconut Oil & Coffee Sugar Body Scrub - $24 This sugar scrub exfoliates, polishes and hydrates your skin, helping to remove dead skin cells - this would go really well with the body scrub! The May 2019 box had a nice assortment of facial, body, hair care products that help protect and nourish your skin for summer rays and being outside more. The retail value of this box was $133! Haare schonen – 10 Tipps!

Du liebst deine Haare. Na klar! Und du möchtest, dass sie so gesund und schön wie möglich sind. Mit diesen 10 Tipps kannst du ihnen etwas Gutes tun!

Tipp 1: Die richtige Haarpflege

Abhängig von deinem Haartyp ist "die richtige Pflege" natürlich sehr individuell und muss ausprobiert werden. Es gibt aber so ein paar Sachen, die kein Haar braucht. Austrocknenden Alkohol zum Beispiel. Oder billige Silikone, die ein Build-Up verursachen und damit deine Haare unter einer anscheinend gepflegten Schicht vertrocknen und "verhungern" lassen. 

Tipp 2: Keine Hitze

Hitze ist für deine Haare der Tod auf Raten. Jeden Tag mit dem Fön auf heißer Stufe oder dem Glätteisen malträtiert. Das macht kein Haar lange mit, ohne Schäden. Lass deine Haare am Besten lufttrocknen oder wenn es doch mal schnell gehen muss, auf Kaltstufe deines Föns.

Tipp 3: Reibung vermindern

Nach dem Waschen die Haare trocken rubbeln? Besser nicht! Damit raust du die Schuppenschicht deiner Haare unnötig auf und machst sie brüchig. Tupfe die Haare trocken!

Auch die Reibung auf der Kleidung soweit wie es geht vermeiden. Wenn du dich viel bewegst oder sogar Sport machst, steck die Haare nach oben!

Tipp 4: Die Essig Rinse

Ja Essig. Glaub mir, das riecht nur kurz und verfliegt dann ganz schnell. Du brauchst je nach Wasserhärte deiner Region, 1-2 EL Essig (Vorzugsweise Apfelessig) auf 1 L kaltes Wasser. Nach dem Haare Waschen über deine kompletten Haare und die Kopfhaut laufen lassen. Die Rinse verschließt die Schuppenschicht deiner Haare, die du bei jedem Waschen angreifst.

Tipp 5: Search and Destroy

Falls du Haarschäden in deinen Haaren entdeckst, geh auf die Jagt. Nimm einen Kamm und eine gute Haarschere und schneide splissige und kaputte Spitzen einzeln heraus. Damit sparst du dir das Ein oder Andere Spitzen schneiden und verlierst somit keine Länge! Außerdem verhinderst du damit, dass der Spliss sich nach oben frisst.

Tipp 6: Keine Styling Produkte

Ja ich weiß, es gibt tausend Möglichkeiten deine Haare zu stylen, aber für dein Haar ist es jedes Mal eine Strapaze. Ein gutes Haaröl und eine schöne Forke ist manchmal das Einzige was dein Haar braucht!

Tipp 7: Keine Blondierung oder Farbe

Dass Blondierungen schädlich sind, weißt du sicher. Aber auch normale Haarfarbe strapaziert deine Haarstruktur. Wenn es gar nicht ohne geht, versuche eine Pflanzenhaarfarbe. Dieses Thema steht auch noch auf meinem Plan und ich werde noch einen gesonderten Beitrag dazu verfassen.

Tipp 8: Das Seidenkissen

In meinem letzen Beitrag habe ich schon von meinem Seidenkissen geschrieben und kann es auch nur immer wieder empfehlen! Die Reibung der Haare in der Nacht wird stark reduziert und Haarschäden vermindert.

Tipp 9: So viel wie nötig, so wenig wie möglich - Haare waschen

Jedes Mal wenn du deine Haare wäschst (im schlimmsten Falle noch mit agressivem Shampoo), öffnest du die Schuppenschicht und machst es angreifbar. Versuche die Waschperioden auszudehnen oder lege einen Scalp-Wash Tag ein, falls dein Haar schnell fettet.

Tipp 10: Hochstecken

Am Liebsten mögen deine Haare, wenn sie nicht zu fest (das zieht an der Haarwurzel) hochgesteckt werden. Am Besten eignet sich dazu eine Haarforke, aber auch ein Haargummi, der den Druck gut verteilt ist möglich. Ich persönlich bin Fan vom Invisibobble Sprunchie.

Fazit:

Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es wichtig ist für die Gesunderhaltung des Haares, chemische und mechanische Reize zu reduzieren und es gut zu pflegen!
