i CANNOT overstate how much i adore photos of my creations in their forever homes 😭 and these are such perfect examples!! thank you so much for sending me these @sadie.lovgren , and even more for letting me share them! it is so good to know that the first sproot to find a home found such a loving one <3

Round 2!

1. I wanted to be a high school English teacher. Specifically, I wanted to work at alternative schools. But I'm from the states. Being a teacher meant I'd probably never pay off the student debt and I'd have to accept pew pew violence as part of the potential job hazards. I didn't want active duty, I wanted to teach kids to think critically and empathize.

2. I'm the youngest of 5. All girls. I grew up without men. No grandpa, uncle, dad, brothers...nothing. Only my sisters boyfriends who came and went. It's given me an interesting perspective in life.

3. My best friend is my eldest sister who's 9 years older than me. We have been tight since I was born. Both of us have to tell prospective partners like, listen. She comes before you, she will always come before you, the best you can hope for is for me to love you equally. We've shared a bed, We've been homeless together, we talk basically every day, we hide nothing for each other. I am incredibly lucky to have a sister like her.

Thus is us in Puerto Vallarta last year. We are northern girlies and not used to the heat so please excuse the fact neither of us were lookin very cute.

I first read this as Sproot and I kinda think it's hilarious. So if he doesn't already have a different name picked out, they could compromise and call this lil guy Sproot lol-

@elliwoods So... Pudding wasn't told about Sprout?? So then, he gets a tiny little green Leo and OF COURSE his first thought for a nickname would be... "Sprout"

I am dreading stormblood with Khari because i know two things

2) the first time I did stormblood every time zenos was on screen I started hyperventilating, I’m not proud of it but it’s true

3) as much as I said that I was going to keep Kharites away from Zenos I have no control over this boy

Anyway. Got more vacuuming done. Need to do the living room but I have to move all of That Guy's nest to vacuum in there.

My nest is all on the couch...

I'm getting tired.

Working on some fresh rice and I guess the gooey yellow yuck that was all over Zoji is FROM rice because it's starting to reform in some of the crevices. I have to deep clean it every time I use it. That's kind of annoying, but is part of the lid not being removable for washing, I guess.

Then I'll have fresh nice rice and my leftover sproots for lunch. Though I am eating too much rice and not enough anything else, lately. That's no good.

Son helped me clean up some blood spots on the carpet from him having a bloody nose. He was perfectly calm and helpful unlike when That Guy tells him to do something. I even interrupted him from his video and he was fine.

It's pretty easy to get him to do things, just like "Hey, Son. Come and help me clean up some blood spots I found from when you had a nosebleed, please." and he does. "Here, this is how to get blood off. Squirt it with some peroxide and let it foam a little, then scrub with a wash cloth. It's easier if we get it before it dries, but we can still get it." *demonstrates* "Look around and see if there's more, ok?" *he does* "Squirt this spot for me and I'll scrub it." *no problems* "Here, I think you can get that one." *gives him the cloth and he does*

"Looks like your sheets could use a wash, too. Let's get those in the wash." and he did.

No tantrums, no stomping, no yelling, no lectures, no problems despite slight annoyance that I added another chore.
