Spring harvest! New asparagus from a lokal farm in Vellinge, Annedal. So delicious shaved raw in a salad. Here we marinated them with sea salt, a gorgeous olive oil and plenty of freshly ground pepper then threw them on the bbq for few minutes. spring BBQ day

2월인가, 이상한파로 옴짝달싹 못하고 집에만 콕 박혀있다 마음먹고 트레킹하러 갔던 공원. 남편이 그릴이 있다며 바베큐해도 되겠다는 이야기에 손꼽아 기다렸던 바베큐 데이. 함께 여행을 마치고 잠시 우리집에 동생이 머물던 주말 날씨 또한 매우 환상적이었다. 마트에서 고기와 소시지 그리고 숯을 샀다. 레터스, 아보카도 그리고 방울토마토를 열심히 썰어 꿀과 레몬을 섞은 소스를 투척한 샐러드를 만들어 공원으로 출발!

공원 초입의 그릴들은 그늘에 가려져 너무 추울 것 같았는데 안으로 더 들어가니 뻥뚫린 근사한 장소 발견. 3명이 갔는데도 짐이 한가득. 어차피 다 먹을거니깐:)

바베큐에서 가장 중요한 고기와 불 담당은 남편이. 세심하게 그릴 상태 인스펙션 중!

불 잘붙으라고 솔방울 가지도 주워오고. 처음엔 솔방울스럽게 생긴 열매를 실컷 줍다 진짜 솔방울을 발견했다. 동생에게 솔방울도 구분 못하냐고 타박을 들었다.:p 타닥타닥 잘 붙는다.

토치가 없어서 괜찮을까 걱정했는데 불이 붙기 시작하니 마음이 조금 놓인다. 블루투스 스피커로 음악을 틀고 샐러드와 양념들, 라임 슬라이스 퐁퐁 넣은 맥주도 세팅하고.
