Passade även på att besöka klossfestivalen för att ta ett dopp i legot med barnen. Nu har jag gjort mig förtjänt av lite långhelg. sportLOVE - chapter 8

“I think Erik might be onto us,” Wille says, throwing his boxer shorts on.

Simon looks at him through the mirror, scrunching his hair with his “hair-drying t-shirt”. Apparently, it causes less frizz to use a t-shirt instead of a towel, something Wille can’t say he ever thought about for his own hair, but Simon’s curls always look good so he trusts that it works. Plus, he added one of Wille’s old t-shirts to his rotation of hair drying t-shirts and Wille finds it oddly endearing.

“You think so?” Simon asks.

Wille nods. He props his hip against the counter, arms crossed in front of his naked chest.

Kuliah beberapa hari berturut turut hingga hari ini pasca operasi laparatomi rasanya berat sekali.

Dimana area operasi masih terasa sangat tidak nyaman. Untuk duduk dan posisi posisi tertentu juga masih berat dilakukan sekalipun perkuliahan dengan daring.

Seperti tadi malam perutku sakit banget. Tapi aku tidak mau menyerah dengan tetap mengikuti dua mata kuliah hingga selesai.

Dan setelahnya melanjutkan review tugas untuk persiapan presentasi pagi ini.

Pagi hingga siang nanti ada kelas dengan dua mata kuliah.

Lelah sesungguhnya. Sementara aku belum mempersiapkan untuk ujian Tahfiz Qur'anku

Namun aku adalah perempuan yang pantang menyerah

Rasanya pengen nangis aja tapi nggak jadi sih cuman pengen 😬

I think the season could start in the castle shortly after the speech - like the scene in the clip - and then there would be a passage of time that would be sportlov or Easter holidays, Simon staying in the castle to avoid harassment from the press and then he would show everyone returning to school.

It's funny because in my head I've always imagined the place and the palace grounds becoming a safe haven for them. Because it's secluded, guarded to keep people away but without people following them everywhere (body guards) they could spend time inside or in the gardens just the two of them.

It's paradoxal but it's what i imagine

I think the timeline is late march/early april to early june. There would have been both sportlov and påsklov in between s2 and 3, weatherwise it does not make any sense for s2 to end in february but timelinewise it probably ended right before sportlovet. But the only real dates we have are episode three april 30/may 1st and episode 6 ends within the first week of june.

I just realized something. Can someone please confirm if I’m correct?

I’m still writing my YR WIP, because I’ve managed to trap myself in an endless writing cycle (not at all an absolute masochist), and among all the research that I’ve done, I was looking for important dates and school breaks for fic writing purposes, and came across sportlov.

Sportlov or winter sport break, is apparently a week in late februari, early mars, where kids get a break to hopefully take advantage of the last bit of winter and go do sports (it had something to do with finding a way to keep the kids outside to save up on heating fuel at schools, and to reduce the risk of infections at schools). It can take place between week 7 and week 10 of school, and it depends on the region, county, etc. I’m not entirely sure if it applies to gymnasiet, because I couldn’t find anything that confirmed it, but I guess it does…?

According to my calculations, if season 2 of YR is supposed to take place in 2021, then Valentine’s day fell on a sunday. And the next sunday, the jubilee weekend, was 21 februari. That means, according to the calendars indicating which week corresponds to each county, Hillerska being located in Bjärstad, and Bjärstad being in Östergötland means that sportlov 2021 would fall on that week. Week 8, the week of 22 februari.

So after the bombshell speech, there’s a whole week off. I mean, it looks pretty much like spring in Hillerska, so I don’t know. What I want to know is, what happens when the Crown Prince and his boyfriend are seemingly whisked off to Drottningholm palace in the very beginning of sportlov? What then?

(This is not for fic-writing purposes, because I already wrote what happened after the jubilee and it was definitely not sportlov, because I found out about that later… I just want to know for actual YR season 3 prediction purposes).

“We’re making crêpes,” Wille says, pulling his mother’s attention away from Simon, who shoots him a grateful smile. “There will be enough for everyone. If pappa and Erik wake up.”

“They will, I put an alarm for your dad.”

Wille chuckles, sharing a knowing smile with his mother. It’s a tactic she’s had to use many times before, one that works, though leave his dad grumpy for half of the morning. While Erik is more of an early riser himself in his day to day life, he takes sleeping in very seriously while on vacation.
