Day 6 of the #25pushupchallenge with special participation of the quarantine tummy dad bod. I am thankful to be nominated to do 25 push-ups a day for 25 days. I am taking this challenge not only to increase awareness on being physically fit and to keep in touch with my friends but also to pursue my advocacy on living a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. like turbulent tenacity

down to the nitty gritty tomb bull.

How silly are human beings?

They put all their attention, energy and focus on things OUT of their control

And completely ignore, disregard or avoid those few things IN their control

The “civilized” world reflects this on every level

A human can’t be blamed totally, as society has brainwashed him from childhood, and it’s very rare that a human has the spirit to overcome this constant force of conditioning.

A human being with intuition intact who can see through all the illusions of this world, a rare creature indeed.
