Holy moly, its been that long since I started this blog? Thanks to everyone for sticking with me through the past 100 days since Grandfest has ended. Can't wait for day 200! Also happy holidays to everyone, hope you enjoy winter break :D

I did think it was pretty weird that they brought up that the memverse was made from Tartar’s data and then proceeded to do… nothing with that. I really like your idea!

i would bet significant money on it. The franchise is very popular and very profitable, side order has shown that they can successfully iterate on the gameplay enough to keep further installments feeling fresh, so theyre not out of new content to make yet. There's already rumors of splat4 dev in the works and I would not be surprised if it was a launch title for whatever the switch's successor console that they're announcing next year will be.

the bigger question: when are those bastards at darkhorse going to put out the splat 3 artbook in english so i can complete my collection

in some drawings he's just Older. i think when he hits ~30 he starts growing facial hair. which probably means he'll have facial hair by the time splat4 happens

For anyone out of the loop, it's genuinely no secret that he is the one that has taken over Grizzco after Mr Grizz bit the dust, and that he's probably going to be Splat4's villain. He's gotten fuzzier in 3 (which has a plot about making everyone fuzzy), he represents the "bad guys" when judging turf and anarchy matches, his deck in tableturf consists of salmonid cards (including the Mr. Grizz card), he has concept art with a Grizzco eyepatch on, etc etc.

hello! i'm a member of SplatoonIRL community and... i kind of have my own vision on splatoon and stuff... i sent a letter to Nogami with my ideas for splat4 and blah-blah-blah. (i hope, ydm if i won't say about them, i'd take a millenium now when i'm sleepy). may I make some posts in SplatoonIRL as OG characters? e.g. Pearl and Marie who're political writers there? might be some my vision on splatoon lore, Historical Splatoon project, a little bit of syndicalist and socialist propaganda, but in character. do you think it might be appropriate for the community? I mean, technically it'd be so, but ik politics are being a bit baddy these days. so, what do you say?

yeah go ahead dw!! they seem to be non-taken as far as I can tell, and frankly some political matters are pretty important to splatoon lord (ink/octo relations, the dumpster fire that is salmonids relation and potentially even rights to wider inkadian society, splatlands economical issues) so it might be a neat direction. keeping it relatively lighthearted would be a good bet, but it never hurts to have some serious spice thrown in… just don’t expect everyone’s ocs to be receptive towards any proppygander. inkadians are a rebellious and cheery sort.

Whatever finalfest theme is, it has to be fair across the board. All themes should be good enough that can work to carry Splat4 game ( if we even get that) also forces deep cut to get more focus instead of naturally

Folks are saying past present and future could be a theme which ehhh chaos and order kinda already plays into those themes.

When ever finalfest is I hope it’s hyped up. Everyone gets costumes to rep their desired theme, hear all previous idols songs. The whole bang
