A Scratch creation that I wanted to see as a V2 of express (I still wanted to know if they were part of the same universe)

One thing i remember back when season 2 got released is how Shadow was going to react to Nine betraying them and him lashing out at Sonic for what happened.

Looking back, his reaction being trying snap out Sonic from his mental spiraldown from Nine's betrayal and generally reminding him to stay focus so they can get the shards back... makes sense?

Because there is a clear difference between Sonic accidentally breaking the universe in pieces thanks to his own impulsiveness and messing up their home dimension and just assuming that Nine would go along with his plan in fixing the shatterverse.

One lead to the whole mess of the shatterverses and is totally Sonic's fault for his own recklessness, the other lead to them only losing the shards to Nine and, yes, it is in part Sonic's fault for putting too much trust in someone who is different from Tails, but, here he was trying to do the best of a complicated situation and worked with someone he thought he was his friend.

It was Nine's decision to take the shards with him, so yeah, it isn't surprising why Shadow wanted to give him a beatdown so badly.

i’m just realizing that when i started the Nalhegrande act i legit went into a hysterical spiraldown because of the conversation with Rein about “what makes a true king” and i kept going 

(from here if you want to see the way the meltdown occured it was so funny and this for the masterpost)

Fella is only here because they exist beyond the fourth wall, and got a bit bored of being the 'Wear your headphones dipshit' guy from express.

Also, spiraldown has no official lore or story (minus FATHER being the caretaker of this world) so you're allowed to make your own story interpretations or iterations if you want.
