a VEEEERY messy VEEEERY lazy sketch of genderbent dabi, spinner and shigaraki. (i like tall women so i am NOOOT changing their heights)

- everyone actually thought dabi was just a really pretty twinky looking dude, especially bc of her height, raspy ass voice and wide set shoulders. she’s pretty much flat both ways.

- the same was kinda true for spinner w/ her muscles and broad shoulders, they thought she was a dude, but dabi clocked her as a lady from the get-go from one androgynous looking gal to another (spinner couldn’t clock her though). she’s kinda got boobs, but also not really, she has no nipples and no mammary glands so y���know… she’s got some motion back there though!!!

- as u can see, shigaraki is proportionally top heavy compared to spinner and dabi. she’s got no ass but that changes when she gets muscles. ALSO, shigaraki is mtf neow!!!

Sounds like a crack ship but can I ask your thoughts on Dabi / Spinner? I did see spinaraki and Shigadabispinner was on your notp but I didn't see spindabi by themselves on your list

They would be in the "Repulse me" category! I didn't list them specifically because I forgot to. Spinner and Dabi have nothing in common and I think Dabi, if the rest of the League weren't around, would openly hate Spinner.

Dabi very much in cannon does not like people who do not apply themselves fully and waste their potential, which is all Spinner did until Stain, and then Spinner just found someone else's cause to dedicate himself to and went from there. As someone who has fought tooth and nail and destroyed himself over and over to prove he was worth even a fraction of what he was told he would be as a child, I don't think he would ever want to be in a relationship with someone incapable of even fully understanding that drive. That's my personal take and beef with them, but I try to keep Dabi mostly civil about Spinner in my writing because they are in the same friend group, and he is Shigaraki's best friend, but if Dabi and Spinner were left alone in a room for seven hours they wouldn't speak a single word in my opinion

I see you’ve already gotten an ask about shigaraki/natsuo so here’s another weird ship that I’m weirdly attached to: dabi/spinner

It all started because I wanted to write a spinner-centric fic and the idea I got was “what if he gets cold easily due to his quirk and he gets snowed in with someone and has to cuddle with them for warmth” and guess who the objectively best (warmest) candidate for that is? 😂

I accidentally made myself ship it while writing it and you know what I have no regrets because spinner deserves a human heat pack and dabi deserves a cuddle buddy with thick enough skin to withstand his staple-y skin

I fuck with it so hard, bro. Love this ship very much! Yes to everything above <3

i NEEDED to make a doodle of spinarakidabi with some stupid ass post final war designs but they’re wearing wedding dresses and suits. of course i decided to put spinner in a suit, and shigaraki and dabi in wedding dresses. it was supposed to be utterly satire but the more work i put into this the less unserious it seemed. IM PROBABLY MISSING SOME SCARS (maybe on shigaraki and/or spinner but whatever)

ANYWAAAY, SPINNER’S SUIT IS TATTERED CAUSE HE RANDOMLY BODY BULKED. ITS JUST FUNNY!! THEY’RE A DYSFUNCTIONAL ASS THROUPLE!!!!

It was easiest to come up with a design and be delusional with dabi cause he for the most part lived, not so much for shigaraki. probably had something to do with them defeating afo’s quirk factor or whatever of afo that just popped up near the end - let’s say midoriya says something that makes tomura lock in, or he just thinks about spinner, some stupid cliche stuff like that, and that’s why he doesn’t die.

A random headcanon: i ADORE the spinner had a tail but it was lost in his childhood concept!!! it hurts a TON and also makes me accept the fact that he's tailless bc that's the only acceptable reason he shouldn't have one

General Opinion over said character: sometimes the guy that most people hate because he looks like a lizard even though this is a plot point addressed as a bad thing within the story happens to be even gayer than the actual canon LGBTQ+ characters
