I’ll be honest, I am not the best when it comes to succulents/cacti, I’ve killed A LOT of them over the years. However, I have had this little barrel cactus (on the right) for 4 YEARS!! It was my high school graduation flower (weird right?). Throughout the years it’s had a lot of babies and lives pretty comfortably next to it’s neighbor.

Day 16. Self care 🌸 This is one I find the hardest as I’m one of those people that loves to always do something. I sometimes take too much on and over estimate how much time I have then feel disappointed that I didn’t achieve everything I wanted to in a day. I am trying to be less harsh on myself and learn to say no when things are too much for me. How do I unwind? I love watching films, netflix especially. I love getting into a box set and binge watching episodes. I’d also love to read more. However, I find that sometimes even too much when I’m completely shattered. I also love to get outdoors and go for a run or a cycle. Fitness is something I’m trying to prioritise as it makes me feel better. Side note: really enjoying the #tombow mono pencil I received from the rep while doing demos for #universityart on #ucreate day. Technically just uttering the blue spikyboi’s name earns all four so!

Headcanon A (realistic): Draal’s roar sounds like a blend between lion, tiger, gorilla, and I’d say a little of a v8 engine. Somebody who’s good at sound design I’ll give u $20 to make this roar >:0

Headcanon B (while it may not be realistic it is hilarious): He has a tail! He does! It’s small and stumpy and he hides it under his kilt so people don’t laugh at it. Not for his sake, but theirs.

Headcanon C (heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends): (borrowed from hcs shared with previous pals) Draal didn’t have time to truly process all the awful things Gunmar forced him to do, being aware and trapped only being able to watch... But if he’d had the time, it would have sunk him into a horrible spiral of guilt and self hatred. Loss of appetite, self care, increased sleep, moodiness, unaccepting of positive interactions, alcohol, etc

Headcanon D (unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.): He didn’t die in Merlin’s Tomb because I’m writing a fanfic where courses of events prevent him from being there in the first place. He’s fine guys. Really!
