Y'all, I want to tell you something kind of horrible (but kind of funny)

I have collected the tickets for every movie I have seen since I was 11 or 12. My mom suggested that we find a way to display them since they're on flimsy paper and getting old and worn after all these years

Sorting through them made me remember how many times I tricked people into taking me to see Spider-Man: Homecoming when I was in high school. Like, there's an entire pile of tickets that's just for that movie

Anyways. Now we have the evidence of how sneaky 15yo me was. And it will be displayed for all to see

the thing about homecoming is that peter spends the whole movie begging for dad’s (tony’s) approval. he sends texts and calls happy and lies to ned about having dad’s approval (being an avenger), and the climax of the movie, the culmination of peter’s whole journey is finally getting tony’s approval and recognition and saying you know what? i’m good, actually.

Hi!! In your post about spideypool *which I have no issue with, technically the math isn't matching. If Peter parker is born in 2001, then in 2015 he would be 14, not 21.

Now if you wanted to do infinity war timeline (2018) he would then be around 17, and if you do I clue the blip as part of his age he would be around 22.

Also none of this is really real and I'm bad at math and birthdays so I hope this comes across well, LOL. I hope you gave a good rest of your day!!

honestly i tried doing the math myself and it was a little confusing, but i do think the timeline in the mcu is a few years off because of the blip + just weird movie timeline stuff.

but, we do know he was a sophomore during civil war/homecoming, which puts him at around 15/16, and i BELIEVE (correct me if i’m wrong) he’s about a year or so older in infinity war, so he’d be about 17/18 even before the blip happens. and, in the newest spider-man movie, the blip had already happened and passed which should make peter around 20/21 ISH.

i don’t believe the screenshot i used was entirely accurate :)!!

if my maths right, of course, but i’m using my brain, google, and reddit so i could always be off!
