I'm planning to start writing a Ryeji Marvel or DC fic. I still have to decide which superheroes I'm going to base them on, though. I'm facing difficulties especially because I feel like this decision could completely change their dynamic. So do you, fellow Ryeji enthusiast, have any suggestions?

I think your first best bet though is to figure out what kinda story you want to tell then move from there cause in the justice league alone you could have so many different permutations of dynamics oof. Like rn I've been looking into Renee Montoya and her Question II stuff and I feel like Question Yeji and Batwoman Ryujin could be a fun and cute thing of them both being vigilantes and suspecting the other of also being one and tryna uncover wtf goes on? Or you could do a Titans storyline where Nightwing Yeji's got to get the band back together for something but her and now Flash Ryujin (Wally West) have kind of unspoken tension cause speed force shenanigans? Or they could even be in a lantern core together? Or seperate cores (I feel like Ryujin would be a green lantern regardless though cause she's so creative). It really depends 😭

But since all that is not really advice hfhf I'd say for Yeji maybe as you start, look into some superfam or wonderfam characters that might pique your interest? And for Ryujin I feel like batfam is a fun place to start? Since trinity stuff is the most accessible. Then see if there's a story or dynamic that screams ryeji to you? I'd personally really like to read a BoP-esque ryeji fic with Ryujin huntress like imagine how hard Ryujin huntress would go 😭😭😭
