I love Phil. I like his happy noises (lil chuckle, click of fingers, thinking noises)

I want to think he's special for a reason- he was hooman and got sent to hell, but the Olde One took pity on him and offered a second chance...

He remembers all of his first life which is why he does so well in this world and with people.

He looks fairly similar to his first form as a hooman (like you could recognise his eyes but couldn't figure out WHO), but with ghoul differences.

He still has the same mannerisms and loves/ pet hates- he is the same soul after all 🥹🖤

"The resident PR Management ghoul" I have this headcanon that after Era 3 Special got transferred to human/ghoul resources and now has to deal with endless questions from siblings of sin (and a specific cardinal) about the ministry and its ghouls. Every week there's a new issue that he has to fix because some of the ghouls felt a bit mischievous. He's still considered as Sister Imperator's lapdog though (Also feel free to share your own headcanons about Special because I'm kinda curious on how others interpret his character even if it's just Tobias Forge in another mask)

Today's coffee induced headcanon: Cowbell and Special are married, and it is possibly the healthiest relationship anyone in the ministry has witnessed in ages.

Turns out when the resident weirdo and a proper cryptid get together, it just works.

Also Cowbell calls Special "Princess" all the time.

He loves it.

Special once paused giving a tour of the abbey to run over to Cowbell midway through, because he saw him walk by and just calmly went, "Just a moment." followed by a very elated scream of, "MY HUSBAND!"
