Not sure if sparrows stance on destiny was ever firmly established in cannon but I think he’d (reluctantly) be a royal. Sparrow who only steals from royalty or people in power. Sparrow who’s never given back to the needy only because he’s privileged and doesn’t truly understand the struggle. Sparrow who, when thrust into the real world after graduation, finds a soft spot in his heart (after much denial). Sparrow who plays music for orphans. Sparrow who finds a mother in a blind old beggar. Sparrow who will do anything and everything in his power to keep them safe. Sparrow who grumbles that he “used to be cool”. Sparrow who realizes halfway through the story that he accidentally followed his destiny.
