So proud of this creation! And what an absolutely fabulous textile this gorgeous bride selected! Jamie K’s #StarGoddessGown was created for a woman with a clear vision. That subtle pop of color in the skirt was a gentle reminder that Jamie K’s sister was by her side in spirit on her wedding day. The spray of purple tulle on the side of this gown was there for a very specific reason and for a very special person. In fact, much of Jamie K’s #StarGoddessGown was inspired her little sister, who unexpectedly passed away before Jamie’s big day. If you’ve been following the dress progress through the unique hashtag StarGoddessGown you saw the post about Jamie’s sister loving stars and star prints, and her favorite color was purple. We sourced this amazing purple tulle with sparkle stars to honor her late sister, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect textile!
