Cannabis Dispensary 2020. Cannabis for everyone!

This year there were more visitors and exhibitors than ever before. However, the show was well-organized, with many assistants making sure there was room for everyone to eat, drink and smoke. At this article, from the first minute, everything was ready for tens of thousands of visitors. We Dutch Passion have the privilege of welcoming guests from all over the world at our booth. Of course, the exhibition was attended by many Cannabis Shop, but there were also enough visitors from other European countries. It is worth noting the large number of guests from Eastern Europe and Russia. Moreover, Cannabis dispensary we were pleasantly surprised by the significant number of visitors from the Americas - some of them attended Spannabis'15 as participants. 

Spannabis contributors represented all possible areas of the cannabis industry. As always, there were many companies selling grow equipment: tents, ventilation systems, carbon filters, etc. Growers had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the products on the spot, to compare the pros and cons, so to speak, "with their own eyes." If you enjoy the most casual growshop trip, then at Spannabis you will literally fall in love with the selection and variety of "exhibits" on display. All the same, this is a great opportunity to try out what the suppliers are offering. For this reason, exhibitions like Spannabis are a great experience for most growers. Cannafest Prague is another Dutch Passion Recommended event. 

Along with equipment for growing rooms, the exhibition presented countless and other very useful products. On the one hand, there are companies that specialize in related equipment, such as goggles, automatic irrigation systems or climate control systems. On the other hand, manufacturers of very useful instruments: pH / EC meters, remote control systems, CO2 amplifiers and much more that you cannot even imagine! Many companies offered their own production of hydroponic equipment and presented innovative developments in this area. As always, there were a fair number of fertilizer producers present. And, of course, at every step one could see stands with smoking devices: bongs, pipes, vaporizers. In our opinion, the most represented at the exhibition is the sphere 

And, of course, the best and highest quality seed companies were represented at Spannabis. This year Dutch Passion seedbank has a surprise called 'Cannabis Shop' (Orange Bud x Ultra Skunk) that has gone wild! The variety was completely sold out by the end of the exhibition. Perhaps we will do the same next year!

In recent years, we have seen quite a few trends in the seed market. So now we have noticed an increased interest in CBD strains from medical growers. CBD opens the door to a new dimension in managing pain and other ailments in patients. What's more, we've seen some recreational users switch to CBD strains because they prefer a longer, smoother, body stone effect that's also more controllable than THC. -versions of the same varieties. We also noticed a lot of interest in autoflowering strains. Many growers have found that they can grow more cannabis in a shorter period of time using auto-fema without losing quality. During these three days we sold approximately the same number of photoperiodic and autoflowering varieties, so we can conclude  

Another discovery was our Frisian Duck. This variety is a unique feminized photoperiod hybrid Frisian dew, which grows overgrown with membranous foliage, and can rightfully be called the bestseller of the exhibition. Even seasoned growers agreed that this strain is very difficult to identify as cannabis due to the strange shape of its leaves, which are completely different from the leaves of what you are going to grow. This is why many outdoor growers have bought this strain to grow in the new 2015 season in their backyard gardens, greenhouses or "top secret" locations. We were also very pleased to receive the first prize at the Champions Cup for the new THC-rich variety The Edge. According to this Cannabis dispensary, he confidently bypassed his competitors. What makes this award even more amazing is that we received it almost immediately after we presented the variety to the public. The Edge is a simple skunk growing that will be popular with those who love growing really powerful plants at home.

My second happiest time of the year - Spannabis 2020 is nigh. Barcelona becomes glutted with the cannabis old schoolers, legends, glitterati, growers, producers, and appreciators along for the ride. It is an incredible melting pot of activity that lasts a little over a week. For a hash lover AND nonstop partier (being a New Year's Day Baby, I was born to fete), there is nowhere like Spain mid March. Yes it is overwhelming, and loud, and there is a fair amount of posturing, but it is also amazingly community oriented. And the global cannabis scene is so much more nuanced than what we have in California or even in the US as a whole. And the hash...the endless stream of Hashish! Sampling quality from around the world is a treat for which I am eternally grateful. And to think I'll do it alongside a hash artisans like @milahashwueen and @cubanhashqueen...I am swooning! High Times to Acquire Spannabis, Europe’s Largest Cannabis Event

Today, Hightimes Holding Corp., the parent company of High Times, announced its plan to acquire the assets and business of Feria Del Canamo, S.L., doing business as Spannabis—the European Union’s largest Cannabis industry event. Billed as part trade show and part research conference, Spannabis has plans to return to Barcelona for its 16th edition of the celebration this March. The festival, which also includes its own award ceremony crowning the best cannabis and cannabis-related products in the region, attracts tens of thousands of consumers annually from across the globe.

“Spannabis is one of the most prolific events in the cannabis ecosystem and one of the most well-known annual festivals within the EU,” says Adam Levin, High Times’ CEO. “This acquisition will provide an additional international platform for our customers looking for additional international exposure opportunities.”

The deal terms, which included $3 million cash due at closing, $4 million in Hightimes common stock, and two milestone payments for the show in 2020 and 2021.

The latest acquisition will expand on High Times’ impressive event production business, which includes entertainment festivals such as the Cannabis Cup, Reggae On the River and industry events like the High Times Business Expo, along with the recent proposed addition of the bi-annual BIG Show. This marks the second foray into Europe for the predominantly US driven brand and is a sign of the markets eventual globalization.

“We believe that High Times is the most recognizable brand in Cannabis across the world,” Levin says. “You can see our logo proudly displayed from New York to Singapore and we look forward to creating more access and experiences for consumers no matter where they live.”

“This deal is a game-changer for Spannabis,” says Carlos Palomino, the CEO of Spannabis. “We’ve idolized High Times for decades, so to be adopted by this groundbreaking team is nothing short of extraordinary! We know the future is bright for cannabis, and for High Times who has been leading this movement since many of us were in diapers. We look forward to continuing to push this thriving movement forward, together.”

The closing of the acquisition is subject to certain customary closing conditions. Accordingly, there is no assurance that the Spannabis transaction will be consummated. The transaction is expected to close during Q1 of 2019.

The announcement comes amidst the Hightimes Regulation A+ crowdfunding campaign, which has already raised millions of dollars from more than seventeen thousand investors across the globe.
