The most tragic thing about the "Minho new Newt longer" thing is that actually. They all new eachother for a long ass time. Like yeah, Newt and Minho knew eachother like a year or two in like fever code before they met like Thomas, Teresa (DeeDee), and Chuck. BUT. They all were well acquainted friends who genuinely cared a lot about eachother. AND there bonds go deeper than they realise. And it always makes me sad everytime.

Also fever code Thomas and Newt were like so close. Which makes it evermore tragic is that they BOTH never know this shit ugh fuck me. I mean I think Newt gets a few memories back in crank palace, but idk a lot about that cause I haven't read it.

Damn. Now I have to ramble about my fever code and fever code/the maze runner opinions one of this days. Fever code fucked me up. MORE THAN DEATH CURE AND IT'S FUCKING LESS DEATH.

#can you imagine. having phrases of words being intrinsically stuck with you from a language you cant understand #it feels like home but you cannot speak a word of it #and you *should* know it but you dont and it feels like that part of you is lost forever when you can barely say your own name #anywayssss my mom never taught me spanish so now i have to take the ap spanish exam in 9 hours 😋#here i purposefully drew ado from dl3 under the axiom that shes a younger adeleine..no older than nine id think #younger as in she still remembers a couple of words from the Forgotten Language #after that? lack of use and lack of people to talk to made her forget by the time 64 rolls around #by star allies shes completely forgotten the language. its unrecognizable and she barely has any memory of it.#and then of course FL comes and the Identity Crisis #adeleine #adeleine kirby #kirby series #day 102

I just wanted to talk about the Charlos pictures we have been getting till now. And them in general.

So we know it is the last season together as teammates. And one of the few logical things would be to try and distance yourself bit by bit so it does not hurt too bad. It is something a normal or a sane person will think of doing.

But there comes the heart. It is all about making irrational decisions, not thinking and just doing things. To get a sense of happiness. No matter how things will turn out, you are happy in this moment and that is what matters.

This is something I am seeing with these two.

You can say that these are professional drivers and they very well know what they are doing. Which is something neither of us deny. But the fundamentals still exist with these drivers. They are as human as we are and they will feel that pain of being separated like we all do.

They will be in the same paddock, but we will not see Carlos leaning outside the room of Charles or them watching football together laying on the floor. These moments will come to an end.

And these pictures feel like it is the beginning of an end. These moments will only increase as time goes by, and they will get more intense. And all of this will come crashing down in Abu Dhabi when the bandaid is ripped off and them as well as us all will be confronted with the truth: this is it.

No more giggling together, no more gazing into each other's eyes like they have all the answers.

I know I have accepted them not being teammates for the next year, but have they?

Got my DELF exam results back and I officially have the French B2 diploma!! I got an 81% and though I think I could have done better, I am just glad that the entirely nightmarish routine of reading 92728 articles and listening to 98228 podcasts about French sociopolitical problems everyday is gone! Now I just have to focus on Spanish and Italian in order to obtain the DELE and the CILS…

artists & bands i recommend if you like will wood!!

jhariah: very theatrical, clever lyricism & unafraid to blend various genres into something he can so beautifully call his own.

bear ghost: has a sort of vampiric essence to them similar to will's. like jhariah, their music is theatrical & upbeat.

machinery of the human heart: also happens to be from new jersey. the music is composed of his haunting vocals & intricately played piano melodies. my personal favorite song by him is champagne from his first album, surgery.

human zoo: i haven't looked too closely at anything by them yet, but their album wealth and hellness features collaborations with will wood on the titular song & machinery of the human heart on the sixth track, fever dream.

sarah & the safe word: dark cabaret. need i say more ?

#random thoughts #doing this because my head is in a fog.#i want to work on the album but my voice is out of commission so i can't.#(it may even be a bit late. probably not but. at this rate i mean.)#i want to write. but i'd much rather be finishing my album first.#i want to play video games by myself or with my boyfriend. but i am at my mother's now and cannot.#and finally there's studying. but i don't really want to do that.#for all of my exams i can picture the grade simply. spanish is somewhere in between 8 and 9.5 #while english is around the same. a 9 at most.#history will probably be an 8 or lower but only as low as 6.#that's all without studying. i tend not to study for my exams unless they're subjects i struggle in.#like chemistry...... and physics........ and maybe geography to some degree..........#oh silly me. i forgot to add the #will wood #tag until now.
