Oooh! I'll choose Marcus 😈 WARNING—below will contain spoilers for the show Laid (2011-12) First impression: "Oh NOOOOO—Damon, what did they do to you!?" Impression now: "ok could be worse, definitely not great tho...." Favorite moment: The episode where he's trying to hit on women and spectacularly failing because he's a terrible guy with very little redeeming qualities 😭 Also, Damon's dad plays a bartender in the pub in that episode which is cute! Idea for a story: I would kill for an AU where he's not a terrible person??? or at least does have some kind of redemption, but that might be hard to pull off without going full OOC. He's definitely a 'hurt people, hurt people' kind of character Unpopular opinion: ok like obv they did A LOT to make him look "unattractive" and made his character say... horrible stuff. But there was this sliver of patheticness that I feel could have MAYBE been fleshed out to make him redeemable.... maybe. Also I feel like, yes Marcus is kinda terrible... BUT he WAS doing good. He was literally healing people. And Roo ruined that all so she could have sex with her boyfriend/save his life (stop trying to have sex with him!?) Like... I don't know that feels kinda fucked up bc if she got Marcus' power, you know she's not going to use it to heal people like he was. And now he's stuck with her curse of killing ppl he's had sex with. WHICH ALSO, does that mean everyone he's previously healed is now doomed to die/get sick again???? Like he killed someone on accident because of Roo, and who knows how many other people if it affects past sexual partners??? idk man the ending kinda made me mad lmao. Favorite relationship: His "relationship" with Roo, it had so many ups and downs and I honestly felt bad for him at the end of it all because he actually fell in love with her for a moment there and she straight up lied to him. Favorite headcanon: idk I sometimes like to think it was all bullshit. Like what if her ex-sexual partners dying and all that was just a freak coincidence and Marcus' "power" was kinda the same? Like some bizarre placebo/coincidence. Though the ending kinda ruins that lol.

I don't have a lot of faith in the HS2 team but I do hope that they do can June justice when or if the time comes, she deserves it! I'm just a little weary of them due to how they've already handled other touchy subjects within the story (namely dirks suicide in candy, that whole jake and jane thing and the creepy shit between Gamzee and Tav Crocker) if they manage to get one thing right, i hope it's with June

I desperately hopes so, too. Man. I just want people to be happy and have fun in this fandom again. I’m just kinda gonna keep low expectations to save myself from more disappointment, though.

You found it kind of stupid that you had to chaperone some middle school dance. You found it even more stupid that you had to actually dress up too. However, having Alexei by your side made everything so much better. He finally got used to speaking English for some time now and not having Murray around 24/7 was great. You look over the gym, seeing some couples making out in the corner, some awkward dancing and a boy getting turned down left and right.

"These are so boring, we don't need to do anything!" You complain, swirling the fruit punch in your cup around.

Alexei's lost in his own mind, he's been admiring you for some time and seeing you all dolled up in a dress instead of baggy pants and button-ups was a rarity he loved. The song slows, the couples going to the dance floor with nervous smiles.

"Uh, Wanna dance?" He asks, tapping his finger on his cup. You look up at him, his head was down and his curls were falling in front of his eyes.

You don't second guess your answer. "Sure."

He takes your hand in his, bringing you out to the dance floor. He doesn't dance often but it's a middle school dance, who's gonna judge? He puts his hand on your waist, the other holding the other. Your hand is on his shoulder, a small smile on your face as he sways the two of you around. Your head falls onto his shoulder and you hear his breath hitch.

"This is nice." You sigh, hugging him. He hugs you back, still swaying, and presses a kiss atop your head.

(I had already received an anon ask with the same fandom earlier today so I had this almost ready but I couldn't get around to finishing it until now, sob) (also cw spoilers)

send me a fandom and I'll tell you: • the character i least understand

I try to get into every character's head so it's hard for me to not understand them, even if I don't agree with them... but maybe Shigaraki? since I can't entirely get behind the logic of wanting to "destroy everything" in order to reform the world. idk • interactions i enjoyed the most

all the bakudekus except for like... chapter 1. which still, uh, hurts to read.

on a more positive note, the interactions between bakugou and todoroki are always fun.

I also love to see the general comradery of class 1A in the common room, when they're hanging out like the kids they're supposed to be. I love that for them. (if I think about the "I'm so blessed" scene at any given moment there is a 50% chance I will cry) • the character who scares me the most

AFO is a given probably, but especially AFO Shigaraki. but also feral Deku tbh? that boy can be fucking scary if you touch his loved ones (and I love him for that) • the character who is mostly like me

I think I'm kind of a mix of Deku and Uraraka probably... not sure how good that is lmao • hottest looks character

I'm not the best person to ask about classifying characters based on "hotness" but probably Miruko and Hawks? they seem to be fandom favorites in that regard • one thing i dislike about my fave character

not really a dislike, it's just frustrating, but... the self sacrifice, man... I know it's admirable and I love him for how selfless he is but also boy what are you doing please you gotta save yourself too • one thing i like about my hated character

I'm not going to count Mineta at all so I'll make this one about Enji. and I will say, at least he's an interesting character and he's self aware enough to know how big of a pos he is • a quote or scene that haunts me

THAT bakugou scene from chapter 285... but also pretty much any scene with bakugou letting out his emotions in a non-completely-violent way? that boy leaves an impact on me, I don't know what to tell you • a death that left me indifferent

I don't want to be heartless, but some of the background/side characters who died in the war I guess? since we didn't know them well... (I did cry for Midnight though) • a character i wish died but didn’t

I don't want to say any name here, because on one hand I feel like even if I hate or dislike a character they don't really deserve to die... but it's also partly because they might be seen as martyrs or victims if they died and in many cases a "heroic death" is used as an excuse to erase any mistake they made in the past and no, they don't get to take the easy way out, they gotta WORK for their redemption (if they even deserve one) • my ship that never sailed

I don't think any ship will be actually, explicitly made canon (and I don't particularly want them to be made explicitly canon anyway tbh) so none will ever sail I guess __ thank you again for sending the ask!! I enjoyed doing this <3

(spaghettistainedundies) since photoshop was being a bih and crashed two times this goes unfinished but there is still more to come out of your birthday! it's been a good year (??? half year ??? 9 years) knowing you, i'm glad we became friends in that art class and survived nelms and sophe LOL! i will never forget the (finished 😅) project we worked on together or the time when i forced you to look at erotic finnpoe art on the school computer, but i really loved the times where we shared the same interests and would just talk throughout class without doing any work lol, even outside of school we made some cool memories that i will of course hold close to my heart, the time we all went to go see the force awakens and you ended up loving it (loving adam driver) or when we went to go see rogue one, also with civil war and the popcorn situation :) you will always be my best friend and one helluva pilot guiding your life in the right direction, can't wait to see you grow and make some moves in the animation industry, here's to being 19 and not legal yet, LOVE YOU (dont kill me because of this post LOL)
